Awesome awesome awesome! Walked in to get my car battery checked out. Guy came out and found my battery was just fine but was super corroded. Been to the dealership twice and they never fixed it or mentioned it. The guy that check my battery said he would get the tools and clean it off for me. Absolute great customer service. Needed help with a faulty battery that was sold to me at a private repair shop in Ada County. I called the repair shop that sold the battery to me, they stated they werent able to help at all. They said they had no record of selling the battery to me a few months prior. Rather than escalate the situation I called Interstate Battery in Caldwell. Best decision EVER! I now have a new battery that works well. Thanks to everyone at Interstate for your help!

I purchased an ATV battery this may, 2019. The manager added the water to the battery. I stood there watching him while doing this. The battery set in my shop approximately 4 months, until I was able to get the ATV to a mechanic. The mechanic charge the battery. The battery would start the ATV initially, if it took more than three tries the battery was completely discharged. I take the battery with the original box and receipt to the Caldwell Interstate Battery Store. I spoke with the employee and manager. I was shocked at the manager accused me of bringing in a battery not from Interstate. He said they have other people try to do that. I pointed out to them the box and the receipt. I was shocked that he was accusing me of being a liar I cannot in good faith recommend Interstate Battery, and definitely not the Caldwell Interstate Battery Store. I would recommend Bi-Mart, or Les Schwabs,

I waited for 30 minutes while he dealt with one customer he said they close in 30 minutes hopes he can get to us and theres two containers ahead of me so I left

What an amazing experience I had here!! My car battery was completely dead, unable to take a charge or jump and in my garage at home. I called to see if delivery service is something they do and was told it is not but after telling my dilemma to an employee, Chris,, he said not to worry, he would help me and come after he got off work and take care of it!! He actually came to my home after work on his own time, delivered me a new battery, took out my old, and installed the new (which I had the money in cash for), asking only that I pay the kindness forward someday to someone in need. Now that is above and beyond the call of duty to help out a person in need and you know that is the type of customer service I believe they look for when hiring their staff. They have my business and referrals for life!

I went into the store today convinced I needed a new battery for my camper, but Chris asked me to bring in the camper to see for sure if that was the case. After some testing he figured out the problem was in my electrical panel. All the guys Ive dealt with at this store have been friendly and professional, but Chris went way above and beyond what I expected. Yes we bought a battery, the kid told my husband they price match if we found lower. Then we took old battery back for core charge credit, they said we didn’t pay one. Got home on receipt says $16 core charge . So another trip to your store to get our $16 dollars back . And wS told then no price match is done ... false misleading information . Costco shad dame one for like $80 bucks!!!

They staff were very professional, but they didnt have the battery I needed, even though they told me it was a common size.

Justin that works at this location literally saved my day my battery died in the parking lot in my truck and he was able to give me a good enough deal that could run on my credit card so I was able to leave the location. A+++ service Super reliable thanks.
