Finally I have UPGRADED!! New iPhone 11!! A pure upgrade from my 6S+

When I tell you I had the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE ever in a store, I gave these people hell over something they had no control over...UPS screwed my order, But Isabel Hope spelled right and her staff not only matched my anger and frustration with get this not soft words but firm words and let me know they understood my situation and now how can we help.....took 2 days and I got my stuff, Could of been 1 day, But I didnt want a clear case, and they was amazing I dealt with 2 different people and Isabel and they never acted to busy or not involved.....I love it and Ill never doubt they products again as my phone went through a windshield last night and not 1 scratch on it. An amazing Staff. Highly Recommend!!!!!

I love sibley i always come to see my buddy Marques he is very professional and have patience. i built a real relationship with them over there. I NEVER go to another store but sibley.

Tmobile customer service screwed up plan. Went in talked to Mo and he was a professional. He talked to the reps over the phone and explained everything to us and took care of the issue!!

Just came in to pay a bill an the two guys that were there were awesome they treated me if like they knew me never knew this location was there i just dint wanted to drive all the way to river oaks mall to pay my bill like always so came into this on even doe there negative reviews i dint see anything like that the manager an eid were awesome his kinda cute too defiantly coming back an they got me with a speaker too an all i wanted was to pay my bill but they sucker me into a speaker i know i will use it for the holidays ....thanks guys if u guys read this from your new friend daisy

I never been to this TMobile store, despite on how busy it got, my Sale Assoc Eid Batarseh was patient & eager to get my phone fixed properly, he witnessed how concerned I was about the possibility of losing all my backup but he guaranteed me that everything will be alright & he did! Im on the contrary of what the client below states. Ive been a client at this location for quite some time, and Ive never had any negative experience here. The staff is super friendly, and very helpful. I am aware of the employee named Eid. I went into the location with my mom, who can very indecisive and ask a million questions. Eid was the one who helped us, he was extremely patient and knowledgeable of every product we asked of. Not once did I or my mother suspect Eid or any employee to be under the influence of any drug. I will continue my business at this location.
