Lied about Fixing my car charged me almost $500! It messed again on the Highway an when i called them back they gave me the Run around! I had to get it repaired again spending another $700 (from A Honest Mechanic, ) I have called BBB!!

This location is probably the best Ive been to. I needed a quick oil change before heading out of town. They were super busy when I arrived, but got me in and out of there pretty quick. Theres just no sitting/waiting area. Customer service was definitely 5stars, they guys were great at answering my questions and quite professional. I will be returning!😁

My family and I are headed to Maine for a family vacation. Four hours into the trip we began to experience brake issues. We pulled into this Citgo and noticed the auto shop. It was 3pm and the shop technician had already gone home for the day. Immediately the employee made every attempt to get our car fixed, had the parts there, and the tech returned to help us out. The whole process took approximately an hour and a half. This team of gentlemen were generous, responsive and truly exemplify high customer service qualities. Thank you for making our trip possible. Without your service we would have had to tow back to VA and miss our trip. What an awesome team!!!

Was recommended by a friend to have my truck serviced here because I knew I was leaking gas. Multiple mechanics told me my truck was fine and there was nothing to worry about, but these guys are awesome! They found the leak and repaired it quickly for a decent price, needless to say Im a loyal customer here from now on.Give them a try !

I called them twice to see if they had some milk because I was craving my Frosted Flakes all day and they didn’t even answer the phone. I know they were open too. Other than that they’re cool 🤦🏾‍♀️

It wasnt the tire center we went to but the diner/buffet. The buffet was decent. Likable but not earth shattering. People were really nice. Food was ok.

Small place with only one bathroom (indoors with a line people waiting) but it was clean. Do have ice cream bars and pints. Gas price was a lower than some in area.

Had a slow leak, other shop told me new tire, but the tire still had good tread. Citgo shop patched the leak it has been 7 mouths no problem. No waiting room but worth the wait if its warm out

Went to the tire shop to get a tire plugged. They’re overpriced. The guy came and got my tire and when I asked the price he told me 20 dollars to plug the tire when I said “that’s kinda expensive” he immediately handed my tire back and said “to you it might be expensive go somewhere else” and gave me my tire. Horrible customer service. Would not recommend.
