I went into the store to rent a storage unit. Morgan the manager was very nice and knowledgeable, pretty and quick. She helped me secure my unit and get the app downloaded. Thank you shes also pleasant to talk to as well.

I’m currently looking to move to the Campbell area so I called in at this location and the property manager Morgan was very helpful and sounded very friendly, she said she can definitely help me with this and they have a variety of choices for me to pick from. After speaking to this sweet lady I had to find some time to come in and take a look at what best suited my moving needs, I explained to Morgan all the things I was needing to store and she recommended the perfect size! She made what I thought would be a difficult decision super easy! I’m grateful to have found such great customer service during this stressful move. Thanks again Morgan! I’ll be back real soon.

I was a little hesitant to store my car but decided to call Public Storage. I got a reservation close by in minutes. Then Morgan got me set up in the office in no time so I could go back to working on moving out. The process was very smooth and friendly. I picked up my car early in the morning without any issues and I got my final accounting on the same day. It was a great experience all around and Morgan made it extra nice.

Came in today to rent a unit. Morgan helped explain all the options, showed me the unit I was interested in ....and I was sold. Very easy process. In and out (including all the paperwork) in less than a half hour. She was great!

I went into public storage last week looking into renting a storage unit and the manager Morgan was very helpful and knowledgeable on the different units and what type of unit would best suit me. She took her time to explaining everything, and answered all my questions.

Great place because the property manager was great. She answered all my questions and I didn’t felt rushed. She was quick and efficient with amazing communication skills.

I wrote a bad review about a month ago because they increased my rent after 5 months by 35%. That jump in dollars went from 207.00 to 270.00. They called me to try to resolve and lowered my rent. They were a little bit successful blaming it in a system that changes rent everyday and not the greedy owner that claims this is market rent. They got me to 245.00 with related fees it went down to 260.00 they saved me 10.00 a month. Kudos for trying. They are currently advertising for 217.00 online for my size unit BTW. They are nice but not good enough to change my review. I will be giving my notice once I pay my big bill.

This public storage is awesome, all of the staff is very kind and professional, but especially Morgan!She goes out of her way to help you and take care of you while you are there. Morgan even helped guide or truck while navigating the turns on their property.

Great experience so far! Anitra the site manager is friendly and competent. Check-in was easy, her instructions were thorough and helpful, and the space seems really accessible and safe. Only complaint was no warning on website about required insurance, which bumped up the price a minimum of $11/month.

She was professional, caring and concerned that I had all of the information that I needed and explained the process meticulously. When I visited my storage space, she greeted me by name, smiled and showed interest in me as her customer. Have used this place before and was very happy with the people that were there. Was concerned when I saw a new face. But, Anitra is wonderful. She is very good at what she does. Im sure whatever they pay her its not enough, but, I sure hope she wont leave. She is friendly and professional. And, truthfully, she must have a difficult job the way they keep raising the fees. Last time here they never raised mine. Now 2X and very significant. I would have marked way down, but, for her I give 5* keep smiling, Anitra, and make sure those corp. people treat you right. You could go anywhere!

She informed me of all the prices and sizes of units available and showed me where my unit would be located. I went online and was looking for a 10 by 20 space but mistakenly held a parking space, I went into the property to rent it and realized it was not what I needed. I rented a 10 by 10 drive up unit while I did some home remodeling. My belongings stayed safe dry and clean during my six month rental. The convenience of a drive up unit is wonderful. The office staff was polite and helpful. Dont forget to bring a copy of your homeowners/renters insurance policy or they will add another $10 per month for insuring your belongings.

I love this location, the staff and convince of access is top notch. They have been so kind and very understanding. They keep it clean & safe. Its close to home and my office so I feel I have a double win. The price is steep but when you compare to the competition, they dont come close to this lovely and secure of an environment. After 6 Months Raised Rent +15%. I can expect an increase in rates but 15% in the first 6 months. WOW! and then I was told they will regularly review and raise rates. Bye! They seem to be inconsistent in the policies they point to in their contracts. Ex. My contract says they will Email me when rates are changed. But when I explained I still have not seen an email specific to a rate increase I was told it was mailed to me. Anyways, at a more straight forward, reasonable spot with predictive rate increases.

My name is John Bittner and I just recently rented a space from Anita the property manager of this location and she was very helpful, she took the time to find out exactly what I was storing to make sure she got me in the right size at the best affordable price, she showed me a few different units each were very clean as well as the property her relief manager Mikey has been very helpful too, as Im writing this review with his smart phone since I am not able to write one with my tablet. Both Anitra and Mikey have excellent customer service and I would highly recommend this location for any storage needs.

The Staff (Anitra) is great and professional so they have that going for them. The facility is a bit old and grungy but it works. I would say the prices are competitive, but there are newer places around for the same or better price if you drive a bit more. For the staff 5 star, over all facility 4 star which I think is generous in that regard.

Well if you only rent for two months then its a give away being first month is $1 plus about $20 admin fee. Closest you can get to freeway exit and entrance is a definite bonus as well.
