I was member of this Extra Space Storage facility since 2015 and the only reason I no longer have my unit with them is because I am moving to another state. I looked at a lot of storage units before choosing this location, this was by far one of the cleanest and nicest looking facilities in the South Bay. The best part about the location is the manager Amy and her staff as theyre incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful. It always made me smile that they would wave through the office windows when they saw me coming or going.

Amy was very professional, kind, and helpful. Amy seems to be managing the facility well because it was clean and all the moving carts were used and returned. I feel very comfortable storing my belongings at this facility.

Amy and Dave were fantastic! They were friendly, the rental process was quick and easy, and the office was fresh and clean. The storage units are indoors and I love that the building entrance is a sliding auto door, which makes it easier to push in a cart. Theres a traditional keypad entry OR you can use the app. Im really glad we chose Extra Space Storage.

Ive Heard a lot of horror stories regarding public storage facilities I decided to give Extra Storage a shot in Campbell and have been more than happy with their service. The manager Amy, gave us her full attention and left out no detail regarding what their expectations were with their customer service. The place is clean, safe and above all the staff is professional. And they seem to really like their jobs at Extra Storage.

Great experience. I used their online booking and completed everything within minutes. Arrived with some storage items and found everything to be clear and in order. I got a phone follow up the following day and was walked through further details. Everything feels organized and secure. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

The facility is great but just after 2 months of storing our stuff here, they have already raised our monthly dues without any warning. Not at all what we expected when selecting this location to store our items.

Everything about this storage facility is exactly what I was looking for. Its safe, modern and clean with very friendly staff, keypad security to get into the building, alarms on each individual unit, and someone is there 24 hours (although you dont get 24 access to your unit). Carts are available to make moving easier and there is a very large elevator. Parking spaces close to the door too.

VERY CLEAN AND STAFF IS THE GREATEST. I ALWAYS FEEL SAFE THERE.

I did the online reservation for a storage unit via their website (super quick and easy, no pressure reservation) and within a few minutes I got a call from Steve to finalize it. He answered all my questions and clearly new his business and had just a really pleasant, warm, and welcoming demeanor. Customer service and satisfaction is clearly Extra Space Storages main goal by hiring guys like Steve. In these crazy times, my experience with Steve was a breath of fresh air.

Amy and Steve went out of their way to not only help with some issues but make our move out as easy as possible. I was leading a public school PTA Storage Unit move out and it was cumbersome. They allowed us to park right where we could easily load and switch vehicles to make a 3-4 hour move go quicker. They quickly approved our close out and boom it was over. No one likes moving, but with this group it wasnt too bad at all.

Just started my rental today. Amy and Steve and Josh were all friendly and easy to work. Amy the property manager is especially enjoyable to talk with. I like her no-nonsense approach. The building appears secure and well maintained. The location off of San Tomas is convenient for me.Was a little surprised that the website doesnt more obviously mention the required insurance, and the monthly rates for that, but that may have been a failure on my part for not doing more research on the site prior to, and thats not the fault of the folks here at this location, so Im not letting that affect this rating.

Ann is such a wonderful asset! Getting to know her has been a pleasure. She is cheerful, efficient, thoughtful and possesses a good sense of humor. I was assisted by Steve and Amy, who made my complete experience a delight with their light banter. I was already stressed out as it was, simply from having to move and my experience couldn’t have been better with them. They almost felt like family by the end of the ordeal.

This is such a great location! Amy was super funny, very kind and helpful. Stopped what she was doing to take the time to re-open her office to help set me up with a storage! And Tony I believe was visiting from a location by Camden/Curtner area and was absolutely amazing with my 4 year old niece! He entertained her the entire time so my set up for a storage was a smooth process! He we out of his way to get her paper and markers to color then helped her trace and color her hand. Moved here after horrible experiences with a competitor. VERY friendly staff! They go out of their way to make your move in a piece of cake! I have been renting space (5x5 size) at Extra Space Storage for over a year now and have never had any issues with this storage facility. It is kept clean and secure. I like the fact that the manager stays above the facility for that extra touch of personal security.Recently I had to upgrade my storage unit to a larger size and had the pleasure of working with Ms. Amy Pope this time around. I found out that Amy is also the person who lives above and is very knowledgeable of most renters and is very observant of who comes and goes into the facility. Amy handled my upgrade with the utmost of care and was very helpful in setting us up with a nice larger unit. She is friendly and knows how to expedite the paperwork to get you in and out the door feeling as if you were treated with great professionalism.I would definitely recommend this facility to other neighbors and friends!!

The facility is clean, the staff is helpful and friendly and offers online payments. They carry moving supplies like boxes, moving blankets and locks for the units. The keypad entry makes it easy to get into your unit. The prices are reasonable and have several sizes of storage units. I would have liked the medium size units to have their own lights in the unit.

Top-notch, friendly service at this location. Amy knows it all, does it all. Not many places you can have a nice, friendly chat with the folks you do business with. Bringing the best of Tennessee to Silicon Valley. Great job, Amy!
