I got here just as they were either opening or closing so the grill was emptied and clean. They didnt have boxes for pizza...BUT two gentlemen working there went out of their way and beyond and noticed I had gotten a frozen Supreme from their fridge to buy and wanted pizza, they put my pizza in their pizza oven, checked it as many times as it took to get it from frozen to delicious, cut my pizza into 8 slices, modify the box how I asked and did it will extend politeness and friendliness...Hey Im the CHRISTian! Now they have to get saved cause theyre behavior was very much love as they were busy stocking or organizing and didnt have to do any of that for a customer!

Its the cleanest 7-Eleven but shoplifting is out of control there especially from the Motel 6 clientele nearby. Today as I was filling up my gas tank I realized the gas pumps credit card enclosures had been compromised. So I checked all of them and they all have been compromised so I notified the sales associate and he said yeah, we know. Cool, cool, cool. You wouldnt want to mark the gas pumps or anything to LET PEOPLE KNOW!!!!!!

Like to stop at this location when Im driving through. Its a good location right off the freeway and I can get a good cup of coffee.

The guy in the graveyard shift always has the store so clean and organized, coffee is great.

So I’ve been using this 7-11 for a bit and one of the staff members has been so kind and nice. His name is David and he is just the best. The store is always super clean and well stocked plus with David’s wonderful customer service I’ll make this my spot.

No fuel here and no fuel across the street, guess who paid double to fill up a uhaul?

I stopped by last Saturday Night around Midnight for Gas. I went in to use the restroom and wish that I had not of. The restroom was a disaster. There was a homeless lady with a large dog inside the store talking with the only employee there who also looked homeless. It was a very uneasy situation. I would not recommend this location to anyone. I didnt buy any hot food but it didnt look very good plus the large dog was right next to it.

I had purchased 2 packs of Pall mall cigarettes and the money for this product has not been taken from my account. It’s been 2 days today.I would like to set the record straight and pay what is owed for this.Saying that, the employee’s at the 7-11 on Paseo del Norte in Carlsbad are absolutely amazing they are kind and always wearing a smile.The Customer service I receive from them is above reproach.I have been in Customer service jobs all my life and it’s hard to impress me in this way, so keep up the good work.Thank you for a great experience in your store.

Terribly rude staff

Lived near this 7-11 for 18 years and never had a problem. Staff is always friendly and location is clean and deals with the occasional slurpee rush for July 11th or whatever else

I went in today around 450am to get coffee and something to eat. The coffee I selected, obviously took too long, the lady starts yelling at me to stop pushing the button and not to do that as it finally starts coming out. She did not need to yell. She checks it and says says its low. I said I didnt have time to wait (for her to restock it.) She yells at me again for throwing away the coffee cup that was an 1/8 full. I will never, ever go here again. Ive been telling every co-worker and friend of this experience. She was so crazy and rude!!!

I go to this 7-11 daily and until today had no problems but after today i will probably find a new place to stop on my lunch break the lady working around noon was so extremely rude and when i told her she should work on her attitude she starting yelling at me in front of other customers i have never been so disrespected something should be done about it or they are gonna continue to lose customers.

Jesus where do I begin. The man at the counter that served me (or i suppose I should say child) was high out of his mind. Just wait to go home to get high. I guess that would be too difficult.

Friendly staff, good place for the quick needs, parking is convenient.
