Occasionally helpful, but generally inattentive staff dont seem to understand that customers pay for their paychecks. They can do better.

This is the best place for all your mail services. Usually theres only 1 person working so expect to wait. Overall great mail service in town.

The people working here were very nice and quick to help me with my needs. The prices for mailboxes are amazing. Would definitely recommend to anyone needed a mailing address that’s not a post office box.

They was very helpful both time I went in there showed me how to change my shipping label and told me what boxes was free to use. They also saved me a trip to the post office to buy stamps, I definitely will use them again when I have to ship something. Looking into getting a mailbox with them if they offer them.

Very rude service had paid for next day service they assured me it would be there next day and didnt get to it destination till 4days later the medication that was sent parished when I went to talk to them about it they said you got your package didnt you well then I do not recommend anyone doing business with them at all very unprofessional

This center is penny-rich but pound-foolish. As soon as you walk in, you are greeted with signs that suggest the manager/owner is extremely miserly. For example, there is a note on the newspaper that said you must pay 75 cents to read the cover page. How cheap. We over-nighted a large package and indicated we often needed to this. The manager made no effort to establish an account or relationship with our business. In addition, the customer service lady was very rude. Im sorry, but Ill take my $200 per package somewhere else to ship.
