Caliber Carmel is fantastic! Tyler is great to work with. He is responsive and goes above and beyond to get your work done accurately and quickly. Todd their manage is great also. This is the third time they’ve done work for me over the years and they never disappoint. I would highly recommend this location.

Tyler from Caliber Collision did a fantastic job on the front of my car! Someone had accidentally hit reverse and backed into my car on a right turn causing some denting and paint chipping. However, he handled the repairs beautifully and even had my car finished earlier than anticipated! He even did a check on my engine light and recommended a reputable mechanic/shop to take my car to! He was really insightful and communicated well to me the entire time my car was in there. This place has exceptional and reliable service and they are talented with their work. I highly recommend them to anyone!

We had repairs and paint work done to our Honda HRV after a minor front end collision. From start to finish the communication from Tyler and Caliber was exceptional. Emailed us our quote with lots of pictures then texted us updates during repairs. The repair work and paint work itself is flawless. I have no complaints overall and would recommend this Caliber location to anyone.

After minor accident I needed my rear driver side door replaced. Went to 2 different shops (not caliber) and they couldnt get me in for several weeks. I called Caliber close to closing time on Friday. She said come in first thing Monday morning.I came in Monday and dropped it off. She said it would be done by Friday the following week. They would text me updates every day/ every other day. Then on Tuesday the following week (3 days before estimated finish date) I was told it was done and I could pick it up!The car looks amazing! Totally brand new. And they cleaned my car! Which I was not expecting & totally a pleasant suprise!

I was in a major accident, but apparently not enough to total my car - just saying it was really bad, and I had no expectation that my year-old car would feel new ever again... I was wrong! Caliber Collision has made me whole again. They towed my car into their shop, did paperwork directly with my insurance, and kept me updated constantly. They also took as long as I needed to answer my questions and made good decisions that advocated me. My service manager was Tyler and Steve did most of the repair work. If you can get these guys on your project, do it. Theyre amazing and really take pride in their work. My car feels new again, I had no confusion or frustration while it was being fixed, and it was easy. I absolutely would recommend Caliber Collision to anyone.

I was very pleased with initial communications; customer service with a smile, professional and welcomed additional questions or concerns. Daily status on progress of work being performed was an added plus. I didn’t have to call the shop, the shop texted me daily progress updates to let me know work was on schedule with estimated completion date.

They were awesome by keeping me updated. The work looks beautiful. If the workmanship holds up over time I’ll be even more satisfied. The lifetime warranty is gives me peace of mind. The shop described what and how they were going to do the job. I was concerned because the paint on the car is unusual but they matched it so well that it was a work of art .

Danielle from Caliber picked up my car after being rear ended by another car. They worked with my insurance. Danielle took care of it all. She answered any questions we had. I would never use Caliber again. Here’s the summary of my experience. I tried to request an appointment online, nobody contacted me. So I reached out by phone. I wont say the woman who answered was rude, but she certainly wasnt friendly. I made an appointment and brough in my car. Again, the woman wasn’t exactly rude, but I definitely didn’t feel like she’s happy to be working in customer service. I got scolded for not having some kind of documentation from my insurance company. Although that documentation was apparently essential to beginning the repair, no mention of it was made when I called to make the appointment. I asked approximately how long the repair would take. Apparently that was a completely unreasonable questions, judging by the attitude I got from the woman. At that point, I really was inclined to just walk out the door. I should have listened to my instincts, but I didn’t.The repair was actually done pretty quickly, which I really appreciated! I had to have my rear bumper replaced. To be clear, the old bumper was just a plain bumper with, happily, no writing of any kind on it. The new bumper I got from you says “Prius” in giant letters. Did I want my bumper to say Prius in giant letters? I did not. Did anyone call and ask me if they could give me a bumper on which “Prius” was written in giant letters? They did not. I guess it’s my fault for not specifically saying, please replace the current bumper with EXACTLY the same kind of bumper I have now, minus the damage. It seemed reasonable to assume that would just happen without me saying.

Very happy with their quality repair for hail damage (numerous dents and cracked windshield). We appreciated how Joe kept us posted every couple days the car was in their shop. I took my car to Caliber Collision to have body work repairs from two accidents. My car was fixed a week before the estimated time. Tyler was awesome with keeping me informed about the day to day work that was being done. I will highly recommend Caliber Collision, in Carmel.

I had a problem with the driver window that jumped out of the window lift track. After a little discussion, the estimator reviewed the window/door, and offered a possible initial quick fix (free of charge). I think they understood my frugal situation, and suggested the quick fix first. he then suggested a good reasonable alternative if that fix didnt stick. Everyone I met with was courteous, friendly and professional. I would recommend if youre in the Carmel area and need some additional work like my car problem. Good people. Ill be going back next time I need more work.

We had a replacement, installation, and a new paint job done. Our car was ready sooner than the projected repair plan. Which is always a plus! The customer service is outstanding! We were informed and given updates about our vehicle. My husband was out of town for work and I needed to find a ride to pick up our vehicle and Tyler offered to have someone follow him and drop it off to my home. I had recently bought my car from a dealership and noticed the loud sound of air coming through my door. I took it into Caliber Collision in Carmel to have them take a look at it. I spoke to Tyler on the phone, he was was extremely friendly and helpful. He then took a look at my car and had one of the mechanics work on it, after he was finished with my car, we drove it around to make sure the sound was gone. Upon leaving, Tyler told me there was no charge due to it being such a small fix. They will forever have my business and I will refer anyone to them! They are good honest people who do amazing work!

The office ladies were very nice and helpful. They helped out with the rental process when I couldn’t get ahold of progressive with about them extending my rental and returned my rental for me. They sent me texts to keep me up to date in real life time on what was going on with my car. And they even cleaned the inside of my car and made it look spotless 🥰🥰. I wasn’t aware till I went to pick my car up that they were apart of Abra and that’s what my mom always used for her wrecks and she loved. 10/10. Thank you caliber 🙂

Just picked my truck up from caliber and I can’t speak highly enough for Tyler and his team that took care of my F150. From the start Tyler was very professional and informative on what Calibers process was to get my truck back on the road. They exceeded all expectations and I plan to take my vehicle back to Tyler’s team for any repairs.

Caliber got my car in over a month before any other body shops in the area said they could. Not only that, but they fixed up my car even more quickly than they estimated, which was already beyond my expectations. They text you updates on what theyve worked on and what theyre planning to do so you know exactly whats going on. They were really flexible with me with regards to drop off/pick up times as well.

A collision is stressful, but from the start, these folks were attentive, professional, and completed the work timely. It was a good experience and looked perfect. Id recommend them just from that. But theres more to the story and it is the real gold-star of the experience.Later, my vehicle displayed an electrical issue, and the folks at Hyundai couldnt explain why and couldnt stop it from reoccurring. After several tries, and even though they couldnt find anything out of order or spec they suggested that it may have been an unseen condition connected to the body shop repairs. I wondered if the run-a-round from Hyundai was just beginning. I returned to Caliber and ask for help. They do offer a warranty for their work, but with a problem that seemed unrated to the repairs, I did expect some pushback. Nope! They said theyd be happy to investigate, and confirm their work. Further they explained, there would be no charge for the investigation, repair if located and sent me home in a loaner car. I was surprised at the professional approach at the problem, and not at me for being concerned there was some issue missed. Management was terrific. They did find an obscure oversight not easy to locate, and when they explained what it was, and the steps they took to find it, and repair it, I have to say I was truly impressed by the impeccable service. In quick order I had my car back and havent had any issues with it since.I hope I never have another accident and I now live in Avon not on the north side, but if I do...no one touches my car for auto body repairs except the folks at Caliber Collation. They stand proudly behind their work and not excuses. Thanks to all the folks that took great care of my investment and me as a customer. Its greatly appreciated to know, no matter what, they stand behind the work they promised.Ill be back, (well I hope not)! My deepest thanks. Jim

It took a couple more days to repair my vehicle than expected, but the service is excellent. They have a nice text-correspondence system that kept me up to date. They also cleaned the interior of my car. Awesome!

I brought in my 2010 Nissan Maxima for a estimate to see how much it would cost to replay my headlights. They are old and foggy looking. The gentleman who was doing the estimate said that he would like to buff them out first. He took my car to the back to try to buff them. He brought my car back and they looked great! He also told me NO CHARGE!!! That’s customer service!

They are over-priced, disorganized, and rude. They need to do better when it comes to communication and customer service, especially the office ladies. They are called Caliber now and I dont know about other Caliber shops, but this one (the one in Carmel) is definitely one to avoid. How they treat willing-to-pay customers the way they do, I will never understand. The interactions weve had there have been filled with ignorance and arrogance. DO BETTER! Its 2019!

I had to drop my car off there for a quote due to being rear ended. I dropped it off at 9:00am for my appointment at 9:30, and when I got there at 5:30pm to get my car back and the quote, the rep had just gone outside to look at the car and was taking pictures. The car hadnt moved all day, even though I had an appointment with them. I asked if they had even written up the quote and he said no, but he could do it really quick. The quote for the bumper he gave me was like $700. I took it to another place, and the quote they gave me was $1600. The reason being, is Abra, since they only spent literally 5 minutes looking at my car just gave me a quote for the plastic bumper piece. Come to find out that the metal bar and side panel both had to be replaced as well. I asked the rep at the other place I took it to how there was such a price difference, and he mentioned those other pieces. I brought up the quote Abra gave me and he said that had they just looked under the car they would have been able to see the additional damage. It wouldnt have been so bad, but he told me they had been really busy today and there was only two of them. The guy that I originally spoke to when dropping off the car I saw leaving when I got there, there was the guy that gave me my car back, and two people came out of the back that were also leaving while I was inside. He straight up lied to me in addition to not having my car fixed.

Took my car here after an accident, and they were so helpful. They dealt with the insurance company for me and kept me updated on the cars progress while in the shop. Finished quicker than expected and cant even tell that the whole right side has been replaced. When we picked up the car it had a dead battery, but they gave us a jump and we were on our way. Although it was still dead the very next day, we contacted them and they immediately replaced it free of charge. A++

Price-gouging in my view. Nice, friendly staff, but not gonna be an option for any fix youd like to keep off your insurance. Nickel & dime quotes. Surprised I didnt see individual fasteners or contemplative stares itemized.

Great service!! Super happy with how my car looks!! They kept in contact with me the whole time, made sure I didnt have to cover any charges out of pocket and even managed to help me get a mirror put on that wasnt part of the original damage. Definitely recommend them to anyone needing Collison repairs.

All I needed was a left mirror to be put on they took my car back right away and it took less than 10 mins for them to put it on and have my car right back out to me. The mirror cost was even less than what I was quoted before.

ABRA is very overpriced. Please get multiple estimates before ever choosing them. I caution all customers dealing with this chain body shop. Utilize local body shops. My body repair work at a local reputable body shop was 1/3 the price compared ABRA. I will never trust ABRA in the future.
