I came in very close to closing time for a low tire. The guy was so pleasant and kind. Did not have enough time to patch a tire of that was even what was wrong (which I completely understood) but took the time to answer my questions and fill up all 4 tires. That right there is great customer service!

We were 6 hours from home and Nick was amazing. Got us in and out 2 hours before our scheduled appointment. The guys did a great job on the install and the whole process was painless. Nick also assured us that the tires we ordered from an online retailer to be delivered to tires plus would be refused delivery to make sure they got sent back. I just got the notification of the refusal. Cant thank you enough.

I blew a tire this morning (Labor Day) on my waybto a round of golf. By the time I got back and got a spare on it was early afternoon. I called half a dozen tire shops to which all were closed or too busy to accommodate. Then Matt at Tires Plus answered. He heard me out and took care of me with full bays and less than hour before closing. Thats customer service. Ill need the rest replaced soon and will most definitely return for this experience. It should be called Tires Minus. I just called and asked if they would repair my wheel barrow tire and they said that they dont do that. Discount Tire here I come. Oh yeah, I need 4 new truck tires too. I forgot to tell him that.

Dont know if anything come of this but the store at this location needs a class on customer services including the manger name Nick. I had a 12 pm appt for brake work and arrived a few minutes early. They pulled my vehicle in and lifted it up on rack. Vehicle stayed there for 30 plus minutes with no one doing anything.. ie inspecting it. Manager and staffs mostly standing around talking and looking at cell phones during this time except for checking out 2 customers who vehicle has already been serviced. Granted after the two customers was checked out (1 by the manager) the manager went back out into the bay area with other staff members talking and looking at phone. I call the manager over and asked him whats going on with my vehicle and he came up with lame excuse that they was having technical issues (based on flyers inspection is mostly visual), so I asked why no one was doing an inspection. He then told me that one was done (granted all of the tires was still on axles and lift wasnt high enough for someone to get under vehicle to inspection anything). When I told him to let my vehicle down due to no one doing or did an inspection he coped an attitude and told the staff member he was letting the vehicle down because I said no one said anything to me (which was a lie) but is a valid point for me to do because if an inspection was done someone should have came to me and told me the outcome of the inspection. Attitudes like this and customer service can and will give Tire Plus a bad reputation because I for one will be taking my business elsewhere as well as recommending no one take their vehicle there for service.Anthony Leggett

Called them tuesday and made an appointment for thursday at 4 to install new tires on new rims. Took the car there at 4 o clock, the guy in front desk told me to come pick it up before 6. I came back at 5:35 and my car was parked in the same spot untouched. I got inside asked the guy if the car gonna be ready today, and he told me yes. Waiting there 30 min they didnt take my car inside and at 6 o clock workers started to close the garage doors. Asking him whats going on, he just told me that they are not gonna do it today and was not even sure if they can do it next morning. I have never seen something like this.

Tires Plus is amazing! I am a young, single girl who knows NOTHING about cars. I have never once felt taken advantage of here, they always make time for me, and have the best customer service. Could not recommend them more!

The front desk staff has excellent customer service! She greets you with a nice smile when you walk in the door even if it is 7am. I had an issue with a tire and they have the best prices. They got me in right away and offered a complementary 6 month tire rotation. Thank you for your honest service!

Recently I went in for an oil change on my daughters car and asked if they could also look at her brakes because we were planning on going on a road trip for the weekend. When the oil change was completed I asked the person at the desk how the brakes looked...he responded the rear brakes looked bad! I asked what bad meant...how much did it measure? He said that he didnt know the measurement, but that he trusted his mechanic when he says that they are bad.Oddly enough, the brakes were changed over a year ago and this car has rarely been driven in 2020. It seemed like he was getting frustrated when I kept asking him to clarify what bad meant, so I just left.I later called him and asked him for a quote over the phone, which he stated around $350. The next day I decided to go to my normal shop and they confirmed that our brakes were in excellent shape and still had more that 1/2 the brake life left! For this reason, Ill never return to this shop and Ill never refer others to this shop. Its a shame, because the prior folks that worked there had always given us great service before! This place smeared their reputation with me during my recent visit...hopefully you make the needed changes and I wish you luck in this competitive market.

Seriously, give the gentlemen who closed down the store on 8/28 a raise! They were absolutely incredible! I had so many issues with my car and they fixed everything, offered to stay late if necessary and helped find all the discounts they could for me without me asking. My car was SPOTLESS and completely detailed when I picked it up and the customer service and communication was phenomenal. They most definitely earned a customer for life!

I purchased a set of tires on October 07/2019 from Tires Plus on S Rangeline Rd in Carmel, IN. I did the road hazard warranty which was a very fair price. I also purchased the lifetime alignment service. (Made total sense considering our Indiana roads!) And that was very reasonably priced. Left the store happy as a lark. The service from begin to end was OUTSTANDING!! Second to NONE. Well.....Thursday I got into a fight with a curb that lasted several second to say the least. Can you imagine how I felt knowing I had the road hazard option. This morning, May 9, 2020 Tires Plus got me right in and replaced the bungled tire and tidied up the rim ( I gave that rim a work out). The cost was 30.00....1 new tire, straightening the rim and tax and labor! Folks, it can’t get any better than that. I think the best part was the CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! I highly recommend Tire Plus North Carmel at 531 S Rangeline Rd, Carmel, IN. 46032. Thank you all at Tires Plus in Carmel!!!!

I needed to get my brakes done and they were able to get them done on the same day and super fast. I was really impressed with their service. The staff was super friendly and hard working. I would highly recommend them. I will definitely be returning when I need new tires.

Took my truck to get the new tires rotated and balanced and a new alignment. The alignment took over 3 hours to accomplish and when I got it back, I noticed my brand new rims had been seriously damaged and no one has even told me about the damage so I returned and they said come back in the morning which I did!! Only to find a manager very disgusted that we would bring up the fact that they didn’t do their job right!!! He kept pushing the blame back on us!! So he said he would file a claim the following day!!!! So we will see what becomes of it!! Customer service is well below satisfaction!! I do not recommend this places!!!!!

Im not the kind of person to pump sunshine up peoples backsides but great customer service deserves a pat on the back. let me start off by saying Im not personal friends with or related to any Tires Plus employees. Ive been going to Tires Plus since the mid 2000`s and owned 8-9 used vehicles in that time. I won`t take my vehicles anywhere else! From the front counter to the mechanic bays all of the employee`s management & mechanical technicians have always treated me with the upmost respect. Tires plus has never disappointed or let me down.They are extremely knowledgeable regardless of the make, model or year of the vehicle. My personal repair needs over the years has been vast from differential fluid changes, engine oil, objects stuck in tires, front end aliments, ball joints, axles, brake replacements & adjustments, electrical, tune ups, vacuum pump work and list goes on. The truth is I valve safety above all. When I get behind the wheel of my car I want to feel absolutely confident that myself and family are going to be mechanically safe. I trust Tires Plus because they are quality people that care about doing quality work.

Great experience! I originally ordered the entry level tires over the phone and made an appointment for later that afternoon. After about 30 minutes there they informed me that they could not get those tires in time but were going to upgrade me for the same price. So I ended up getting a lot better tires for the entry level price, they handled the situation very well and I am very satisfied with the outcome! Thanks!

My dad recommended me here when I got my new car a few weeks ago and I got new tires, an oil change, and an all around maintenance check to make sure everything was running properly. Jonathan made sure everything was great and I will continue to go there for anything my car needs!

I have been to this location for all my tire and oil change needs for the last several years. They have always, especially the Manager gone out of their way to provide me wit great customer service. Applying multiple coupons by just me asking, informing me of a brand name, better quality tire on sale instead of me buying a discount one. Very rapid turn around on my vehicle and friendly. Easy on line scheduling. I have recommended to several friends and they are raved about this location also.

Friday morning I scheduled an appointment online for 9 am Saturday. I input my vehicle information. Their site gave me tire options. The one I chose gave me a quote of 377$ and sent me an email confirmation. I then called to discuss adding some work and John informed me they did not have the tires I requested and the next thing they had was 550$. He was nice and I was able to negotiate an out the door price of 417$ and he confirmed my appointment. I dropped my car off on Saturday at 9 and told them I would be back at 4. When I went to pick up my car they hadn’t even started. I asked about my 9 am appointment and was told I did not have one. I informed the female manager I had an email confirmation and John had also confirmed it with an out the door price of 417$ She then insinuated I was lying by telling me that could not be true because John was not working that day. I informed her I spoke with him Friday and she stuttered before telling me he hadn’t worked for awhile. She told me they would get started and it would take 30 minutes. An hour later my car was done. She then informed me it would cost 461$ because I had told them the wrong size tire. I informed her their website had provided the tire size and she had not told me about the price increase before the work. She wouldn’t budge. Avoid this business at all costs. They advertise lower priced tires then try to upsale you, they don’t honor scheduled appointments or quotes and they are rude to their customers insinuating they Re liars.

***Avoid at all costs.***I took my car in for brake pads replacement. I happen to have a fair bit of car knowledge and knew exactly what I needed. I drop it off and then wait. I get called to the counter expecting to pay my $350 for the pads and be on my way. Nope. They had a quote of $2,600. Saying my tires needed changed (they only have 15k miles), my oil needs changed (it was changed a month prior and my dipstick actually shows slightly over full), my belts need replaced (even though I see no cracking at all), and finally they try the rotor up charge (my rotors have no pitting and are perfectly ok). I tell them nope to all, just the pads. They then come back and tell me that they cannot just change the pads because my rear caliper is stuck (which it’s not) and that would be $400 to replace those (but they will kindly drop the $172 service fee).These people are scam artists. They prey on people in this nice area to get them to spend money they don’t need. Avoid this shop at all costs.

1. Made an appointment online, because they had the best price on the tires I needed. Immediately I received email confirmation of the tires and appointment.2. Arrived two hours before the appointment.3. I was told the tires I requested werent available that I would have to come in another day, but they could install a higher priced tire.4. I called at 2:45, and I was told it was the next in and would be done in an hour and a half.5. I arrived two hours later at 15 minutes before closing time and they hadnt started on the vehicle.

We love them and never go anywhere else now that we found this place!

I stopped into your store at 6:10 pm this evening. I asked if they could fix a flat tire (it was off of the van). I was told they couldnt because they had only 2 techs and 4 tickets to complete and they close at 7:00 pm. I was put off by the lack of customer service.I as the customer really dont care that the management doesnt schedule adequate amount of help for the evening shift. Its winter in Indiana and potholes are everywhere. Your lack of staff is not any of my concern. The sign says you are open til 7:00 pm. Please correct your hours to correctly inform the public that you dont take customers after 6:00 pm. I will not be back even thou I live 1.9 miles from your store. It was recommended to me, now I will be discouraging others to patronize your business.

Ive used this location on multiple occasions. They have excellent service and a strong management team. Theyre willing to work with you on costs and can get you great quality products at a good price point most of the time.

Tires Plus on Rangeline is an OK place. I have been taking cars there for years. For me a matter of convenience. But I do get tired of the excessive sales practices, and repairs recommended that may not be needed at all. Friendliness of staff is on the higher end. Industry standard prices and with generally good service.

TANNER and TYLER really went above and beyond for me! I needed a single tire replaced on a Sunday afternoon, but after being informed that they were completely occupied with prior appointments, I brought my car back in the following Monday morning. I was informed that if I left my car for the day, the replacement of the (1) tire would be completed by the end of the day. However, Uber rates were sky high that time of morning (to go from Carmel to Greenwood) and Tanner (Cust. Service) and Tyler (Tech.) both really helped me out by replacing my tire right then and there. Obviously, it helped that the tire was in stock (a generic all-season Firestone), but they both went above the call of duty to save my bacon. I would highly recommend them.

I wanted a second opinion and Im so glad I chose them. Tanner and Tomo were great to work with, discussing my options and giving me a WAY better quote. They even called another place my car was serviced at to discuss what labor was recently done. I made an appointment and my vehicle was done early (great job, guys!) and they informed me of a recall I had on the vehicle I didnt even know about. Dont have enough great things to say about this location - will be a life-long customer!

Very poor customer service. Dropped a tire off to be repaired and was told that it would be ready the next morning. I showed up to pick it up at 3:30 and they had never even ordered the tire. Instead of trying to make it right all they said was mistakes happen. I took my tire and proceeded to go to a small mom-and-pop store. I highly discourage anyone from using this place.

Deceptive business practices. My son was quoted an inflated price on two new tires for his car. When I requested they offer a more competitive price, they said they would adjust it. What they didnt tell me was that they removed the road warranty, which I wouldnt have agreed to. A week later, one of the new tires develops a bubble on the side. We take it in and they say, sorry, but you didnt purchase the warranty. The discussion got very heated from that point...and they even tried to say they told me they were going to remove the warranty...which they did not.Suffice it to say, I will never take my business there again. I will stay with Discount Tire.

I took my Toyota Camry to Tires Plus in 2018 for engine light on issue. They diagnosed ($99) and recommended Tune up and Valve Cover Gasket that costed $749 including tax & all. I got the work done. After a couple of months issue is back. Engine light is on. When i contacted them I was asked to pay for diagnosis again to begin with. Frustrating. I do not recommend this Tires plus.Aman Sindhu

Was told I need to replace all my tires because of the worn tread despite having two of them replaced a month prior. Everytime I go in there it just seems like Im being ripped off.

If you are in any sort of time restraints, dont use this place. Appointments mean nothing apparently. Made an 8 am appt for an alignment. Of course they try to upsell you a bunch of other things. We added 1 thing and still at 11 am our car was not done. Ridiculous.

Update: there are new employees here since i made my original post. And as sad i as am that my normal guys are gone, the guys in there now are just as fantastic. As long as i live within an hour of this location, ill be coming here for life. The customer service from this location is fantastic, and i try my best to make sure they know how much i appreciate them.I exclusively use this tires plus for oil changes and the like. These guys are amazing. Theyre so ffriendly, they remember their reugular customers by name, I wont go anywhere else. There are plenty of places closer to lebanon but I will continue to go out of my way to go to this location. Theyre the only people I really trust with my car. I highly recommend making this your regular place for your car issues. These guys wont do you wrong.

Got brakes and calipers done a little while back been stopping on a dime ever since Jeremy and Dustin were very helpful and informative will definitely come back for service work.

I would give them zero stars if I could. Worst service and biggest scam place Ive ever delt with. Didnt have the correct lug nut key to get my tires off and tried to charge me an extra $75 just to do so. Insane!

Dropped my car off to get my battery fixed tuesday around 3 pm and they told me it would be done that night and never called. the next day they were closed for the 4th of july so i called thursday morning and they hadn’t even fixed it yet but told me it would be 170$ they said they would call me back in a half hour & never did so i had to call them again to make sure it was ready to be picked up and when i picked it up it was over 200$. poor communication and customer service skills. i’m not happy & wont be going back.

I called and dustin got me right in before work, itbwas hustbmy rim bent so it was free and I made it to work only 30 min late!
