Chris and all the staff are very helpful. True customer service with a smile is pretty rare, and they treat you with respect and go the extra step to figure out your needs. The store is clean and things are organized and easy to find. I know this is the begining of a long relationship.

The do it best hardware is the worst hardware store Ive ever been too. They never have what you need . They dont answer the store phone when you call. Also they post their hours of operation and than close way before. They should be called the dont do it hardware .
