The worst customer service I have ever experienced in life!!! Purchased a pickup truck and transmission went out on it leaving me stranded. After getting the truck towed myself to the dealership I thought it wouldn’t be so bad being that I paid for warranty. Nope they’ve had the vehicle going on a month now and haven’t given me a loaner/rent a car. A big inconvenience. Not too mention if they say they will call u back trust and believe they won’t call u back. Not to mention when I bought the truck I asked for help with tires because the mud tires they had on it had no tread. They said they would help before the deal got done but after the deal was done they didn’t! So I had to pay for new mud tires myself which are very expensive ($1400) Love my truck but hate I chose this dealership to do business with. Would not recommend I hate I have to give 1 star!

I have a very good experience with this dealer. They have a huge inventory of nice cars & trucks, the staff and sales persons there are so nice & helpful, especially Erika the lady who helped me buy my Mercedes. She showed me everything, and told me all what I need to know. No hidden fees no unnecessary charges whatsoever. When I test drive the car It shakes a little bit and the auxiliary battery was missing, I told them that I will take the car if they fix all of that. Three days later, Erika called me to let me know that everything has been dealt with, when I test drive it for the second time it was as smooth as a brand new Mercedes and I did not hesitate to buy it. Big Big shout out to you Erika.

Wanted to leave a great review because great customer service goes unrecognized at times. My wife and I are very happy after purchasing our Jeep from Autos Of Texas. Offered us a great amount for our trade in and really helped us get into what we wanted. They really hooked us up and the whole team went above and beyond for my wife. Our Jeep had some issues not covered in the warranty and while I was at work they took care of my wife and little girl. They even let them use a loaner to grab lunch and take home since it wasn’t going to be fixed till the next day. The Jeep runs great now and they only charged me for the parts. Really appreciate Eddie and Erika for making the whole experience smooth

Did not make a car deal but the salesman Gerardo was really good and down to earth. Then a couple of weeks later I tried to buy an advertised car, and just got mixed answers. I gave up.

We purchased our Car with Gerardo from Autos of Texas and he was amazing to work with! We drove 4 hours to look at it and they had it all ready to go waiting for us! They were honest, personable, not pushy, dependable, Knowledgeable, and super easy to work with! We love our new car and they made the whole process so seem less! Thank you again Autos of Texas! **5/25 UPDATE**After 12 weeks since purchasing vehicle, I have finally received title and plates. Only took dozens of phone calls and a dealer complaint with DMV to finally make it happen. Well beyond the two-month LEGAL timeframe for a dealer to transfer title and issue plates.----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Stay far away from this dealership if you can. Buying experience and deal on vehicle were both not bad, but issues with title transfer and getting plates makes this a 1-star dealership.Purchased and paid in full for vehicle 9 weeks ago as of this review. Still have not received plates or title. Dealer continues to blame COVID and the DMV being backed up, but I do not buy this. A friend bought a vehicle during COVID and received plates within 6 weeks. Like, really - it has been over a year since the pandemic started and you continue to use it as an excuse? Cmon guys.Have called them many many times, and Ive either gotten either a voicemail, or very poor excuses as to what is going on. I even got guaranteed by someone who no longer works at the dealership that I would receive plates and title within 2 months. Well, that time has now passed, my temporary plate is expired AND I still dont have the title to a vehicle that I paid in full for well over 2 months ago. This is ridiculous.I have gone ahead and filed a dealer complaint against them with the Texas DMV. Hopefully that is the last escalating action I have to take. My patience is gone and I have continued to give them benefit of the doubt, but no more.I will revisit and edit this review if this is taken care of in a timely manner but I really have no confidence in the dealer at this point. Its a shame because the vehicle itself was a good deal and the buying experience wasnt too bad.

They found us just what we were looking for. The price was spot on with Kelly Blue Book and they gave us more on our trade-in than we were expecting. The sales and financing staff were attentive and open about everything with us. We even spotted an issue with the car on test drive and they put in writing what they were going to do to fix it. They offer an amazing service plan with purchase as well. I will go back to them for my next vehicle.

Three months after purchase and still no plates or title. They do not care to return phone calls and if you happen to catch them answer the phone, then they say the hold up is Covid. That is just an excuse. I have registered another vehicle and an Rv personally with no problem. You just have to wait in line for an hour. They have a legal responsibility to get this done timely. I will be reporting them to the appropriate authorities. Highly unprofessional. i changed my review from 1 to 3 stars because i finally got my plates. It is unfortunate that they wouldn’t return my call until i posted this review though.

Terrible customer service. I see all these reviews and im wondering what the difference is between me and these other customers. Is it cause i was looking for the least expensive car? First of the car was 3945. I told them i had 1500 and they said thats perfect to come get the car. Well they took the money and then said that i cant take the car unless i give 3000 down, so i said i cant do to just give me my money back but they pretty much forced me to get it saying i cant get my money back. So they said theyre working on a better deal so they tell me to give another 500 down so that would make it 2000 down. I still owe 3945 for some reason. I know taxes are an issue but not 2000 dollars worth of issues as i know tax places that do that for less than 200. Now i tell them my ac is not working and they tell me to stop by and theirmaster mechanic and hell take a look at it. They didnt tell me i had to pay 100 just to get it checked out and sure enough the air compressor is completely out which their mechanic said would cost 800 dollars to fix. I tell them the problems and all the owner can tell me is that sucks, at least its not hot today, let me see what i can do. I havent heard a word since then. And its a leakerFollowing up: the catalytic converter was screwed up a $950 fix, needed a new battery 250 and the starter was screwed up another 700.NOT RECOMMENDED!!!

The vehicle has been a good investment. However, the customer service after I put a down payment to secure the truck was not. I had previously told the salesman that I was not in the state to personally buy the vehicle however, my mother who has POA would be the one to sign the paperwork and finalize the buying process. I waited over two weeks to try to get the vehicle off their lot. I called inquiring about the truck on 15 July, was told that it had just gotten on the lot and that it was going to be in the shop for a turbo replacement, but the salesman would let me know when it got out. On 21 July, after calling them AGAIN after not hearing from them, to see the status of the maintenance. I went ahead and made the down payment. I was told later in that week that the maintainers ordered the wrong turbo so it would be yet ANOTHER few days to get the part. 30 July is when I received the vehicle.On the day I wanted the vehicle delivered, I called the salesman requesting him to deliver the truck to my mothers home after multiple times of me having to follow through on the truck, that was the option that would make me a happy customer. He AGREED on the time for drop off and about an hour later I received this text “I will deliver the truck to you however it will not be today my detail guys have not detailed it and on top of that I am extremely busy due to it being the end of the month however, I will deliver it to you personally next week and because of the times it has taken to get this truck to you, I will include 2Yrs free oil changes on your personal vehicle along with the truck.” “I truly apologize ma’am if there is anything else I can throw in for you for the wait please don’t hesitate to ask I will do my best to get your request fulfilled.”The salesman and I already agreed on a date and time for drop off, yet an hour later he comes up with this excuse. My mother, who was waiting for the truck, called the dealership after the ordeal and demanded to talk with a supervisor needless to say, that finally got through after she called them, the salesman called her and told her he would be on his way to drop off the truck that day.Yes, I got the truck that day, it wasn’t after we had to be vocal about it being delivered that day. That is what made me unhappy, I had to be stern about getting things done or else the salesman was going to put it off until next week like it was no big deal.I called to get ahold of the manager to inform him of my unsatisfactory customer service experience he said that my experience was the first he had heard about it, I told him that on top of that the salesman didn’t follow through with the 2Yrs free oil service that never came.Not expecting nor looking for the complimentary oil changes, but I did expect, from the good reviews, that I would be getting outstanding customer service. It did NOT happen in my case, the manager, after explaining to him my situation was too worried about me giving the business a negative online review that he then refused to send me the oil change vouchers, and stopped listening to me.I hope this ordeal, that unfortunately happened, is a learning lesson for the business. Words matter, and instead of rushing to get another sale to slow down and listen to the needs/concerns of the customers. Customer service is just as much the face of the business as the sales and inventory on the lot. Unfortunately, I experienced the negative side of customer service, that has made my overall view of the customer service business here very negative. I am giving this business’ customer service three stars for the fact that that day was a bunch of yes and no’s to deliver the vehicle, it wasn’t until we had to call higher up to get things done that it got here. And when I called the manager to relay him my situation that he was too concerned about the review I would put, instead of taking responsibility and assuring that his salesman gets training on time management, communication or customer service so that he doesn’t run into a situation like that in the future.
