I just recently purchased a 2014 Range Rover, on May 30, 2020 to be exact and I am not happy with the service or purchase. There are several things that need to be taken care of with the car and should have been done prior to the car being for sale, which I was promised they would be. While there I fell in love with the place, having old remodeled classic cars in their showroom which made me want to come back and look again. Upon finding the car on Autotrader he was quick to send updated photos, point out items his dealership would repair and test all the options on the vehicle before I arrived for my test drive. Offered on an Ebay auction. Counter was a snide comment about a body kit and others offering more. Great! Sell it to them then. Dont reply to me with a snide comment thinking that will increase my offer. Odds are I wont recommend friends to you or shop with you. Thing is, Im offering cash, your others are likely offering the financing 2 step.I dont know why dealers no longer haggle. I guess people now just pay whats asked and be happy even though the book or appraised value is far less than asking.

I called Earth Motors looking for an Audi A7 that I had seen advertised. Tony answered the phone was quick with his answers,extremely efficient and warm. He scheduled an appointment after confirming that the car was there and available to purchase. Upon arriving I waited a few minutes and Tony came around the corner with a kind welcome. After deciding that I wanted to move forward,he went over the details and my husband negotiated everything to our liking.The entire process took no more than 2 hours which is far better than I was expecting.I completely enjoyed my experience and Tony was a big part of that. Hey even assisted me the next day when I asked where I could get formats with the logo on it. My husband has fallen in love with several other vehicles in their inventory so I am sure that we will be back soon.

Went to test drive a Maserati at Earth MotorCars and worked with Ivan after the test drive. We agreed on a deal before the end of the next day and I went to pick up my beautiful car. Ivan was easy to work with and a straight shooter. Id definitely check this place out again on my next buy.

Everything was really great! I originally went in and was set on getting an S7 then after the numbers were already ran, I I wanted to look at the S4 and I loved that one as well! Our salesman, Ehab, was wonderful and was excited to make sure I was getting the one I wanted! I went with the S4 as the interior was more of what I wanted. I bought a high performance car, sight unseen, from Earth last year. David Carr was my salesman. Real nice guy until after the sale. When the car was delivered to me, it was not running right. Bogged down when you hit the gas. So I took it to a Tuner. Spent $1000 getting it tuned correctly. Two days later, I get a check engine light. Bring it to a mechanic to find out that the push rods were the wrong size which caused a malfunction. Called David Carr to let him know and he said send me a copty of the bill after you get it repaired and I will try to help. Never heard from the guy after I sent it to him and left him numerous voicemails. Bad business.

I worked with Idean, he made the process so easy. I was out within an hour with a BMW that I LOVE. He allowed me to test drive multiple cars, and helped me make the perfect decision. If you need any help at all he is THE MAN!!

Nice showroom and lots of inventory. I chatted online with someone about a specific vehicle and he said it was available. I called immediately and spoke to Bobby to confirm availability a second time before driving 25 minutes each way. Bobby said the car was available and he would bring the car around and have it waiting. I arrived 45 minutes after I spoke to Bobby who informed me he found out the car had been sold. I asked why he didnt call me before letting me waste my time driving over. He just found out and offered other similar vehicles in which I had no interest. I then waited around and he came out with auction guy who apologized. I get it, cars sell, but I dont like having my time wasted. Bobby should have called. It will be interesting to see if I ever hear back from this dealer on what I was specifically interested in.
