I bought a Honda Odyssey from Mauro . We had a budget and he was willing to negotiate with us . Very friendly and professional . I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a good used car !

Please avoid this place at all cost! I am still heated about what happened to me. I purchased a Volkswagen Passat from Mauro in February. Brought it home and just in a couple hours it wouldnt start, it was the battery. I contacted him and he had one of his workers to come by my house to install another battery. After that all hell broke lose. The car was undriveable in March. The engine light came on, the esp light and so many others. I called Mauro and he said it was the gas. I had a mobile mechanic to come out and take a look at it and he showed me at least 20 codes that came up. 2 of the many issues was a bad catalyst converter and the throttle system. Luckily I was able to sell this car on Facebook Marketplace. Didnt get all of my money back of course but it was enough to put down on another vehicle for my son. Mauro totally screwed us over. We didnt even get a call about when the tags arrived for the car, I had to call him. When I did go to pick the tags up he couldnt even look at me straight. The only thing he could say was Well it passed inspection and shrugged his shoulders. This was the worst car dealership that Ive ever dealt with. DO NOT GO HERE!!

I bought a 2011 Honda from Mauro. My experience with this dealer has been good. At first I was a little skeptical going here. But Mauro is a nice guy. The AC went out in my new used Honda. And I let Mauro know what happened. He helped me out and fixed my AC. All I had to do was pay for the part. I would definitely recommend. So if you buy here and something is wrong, then just talk to Mauro he will help you out.

Scam. Sold a lemon car with a branded title which was not disclosed. Will never buy another car from this location...Avoid at all costs.Edit: In addition to issues on this vehicle, the mileage on the car appears to be tampered/dialed back before I purchased the car.

I am in the automotive business, and I wish more dealers would care for their clients like Mauro did. You know what you are getting when you purchase a used vehicle. They are not 100% perfect. Be understanding. These guys plan on being in business in future, and have gained a loyal customer with me. They have a good selection of vehicles, and are true to their word. Give them a try!

So I was buying a bmw convertible for my daughter and was treated with the ultimate respect, luis told me the PROs and CONs of the car. Very transparent transaction when I got to the dealer I was worried because its not the normal style dealer but who wants to go threw that normal dealership tactects anyway they have found a new way to sell cars and I like it. The price of the car never changed and financing was simple and competitive with other banks. As for people buying a used car please know exactly what your buying, a preowned car is just that!!! Take it to a mechanic before you buy these guys are easy to work with... Id recommend them to my momma....

I have purchased two automobiles from Car Experts Group. Each experience was excellent. Both vehicles were Volkswagens. Very good prices and the transactional part went seamlessly. Understand that these cars weren’t “perfect”... However, they weren’t brand new either. If there have been any issues after the sale of either car, Muro (the owner) has been very good about being willing to communicate, and offering affordable and easy resolutions. To those who have a problem with this business: go buy a brand new car instead of a used one.

Sold me a car with check engine said he would fix it then come to find out he just cleared the check engine code waited about a week and a half just for him to clear the check engine code couple months later it was never fixed and my engine blew definitely would not recommend buying from this guy now dealing with bad credit at 20 because I had to repo the car

I had a very bad experience with this dealer. He did not mention a single problem about the car until I reached his dealership. Before visiting his place I called him and asked him clearly if there are any problems with the car and he confidently said, No!.I took my time to check the car since there were multiple issues to which he referred as, wasting peoples time. He doesnt even know how to talk properly, always rude and arrogant, all-in-all pathetic customer service. Please avoid this place, the car was filled with problem plus he did not even bother mentioning that the car drives in limp mode due to an issue. Dishonest person with no respect for anyone.

Worst place ever to buy a vehicle. They fix the cars go enough for a few test drives and then once you get it home everything starts breaking. Some how the 2008 truck we bought passed inspection when they brought it in and should not have.
