I havent bought a car from a dealer in over 10 years and was very apprehensive about doing so. I went to test drive an Elantra on my lunch and met with Chad Kimmel. They have a nice selection and prices are fair. Chad was very personable and not pushy on me purchasing either. That same day I checked out a few other cars at other lots and none of them were as nice, clean, low miles, or within a reasonable price range. I ended up going back to Legend Auto Dallas and working a deal out with Chad on the Elantra. Met the owner Randy as well and he told me to bring the car back that weekend to get detailed and a tank of gas as it was late in the evening and they didnt know I would be buying that day. Both very honest and straight forward people. I recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and affordable vehicle. Thanks guys! I love my new car!
Its rare for me to buy a car from a dealership, lets face it, the best prices can usually be had from a private party transaction. I was looking to buy a car for my sister-in-law while she would be staying with us for several months. I was looking for fun little cars and we found two being sold at a dealership downtown. However... I also happened to run across a car for sale from Legend Auto. The price seemed too good to be true. They had just got the car in, there were no pics posted of the car yet. I called them up, asked about the condition, they said it was perfect. Since I was going to be down in Dallas anyway, and close by, we decided to swing by Legend Auto first.Sure enough, the car was in great condition. I believe we were the first people to go look at it, since there were no pics of it posted yet, and we test drove it and bought it on the spot, for a VERY good price. Tags and Inspection were no problem, they called us when they received the plates, and we got the title about a month after the purchase.Overall, we are very pleased with Legend Auto and how easy it was to buy from them from start to finish. Id have no problem recommending them to others.

One of the best places to get a car. People there are really professional and friendly at the same time. They have a huge inventory of cars that are priced at a really decent/reasonable price.Beau was the salesman helping me out and he knows what he is talking about. Legend Auto is basically a used car wholesaler that provides cars to dealerships.They cherry pick the great valued cars at auction and wholesale them.Its not that hard to list them to the public, so they do. They dont care if you buy a car from them. They know that their prices are great and the cars are great. They dont need to sell them to you.So, if you see one of their cars, and you like it, buy it. You wont get a better deal anywhere, and you also wont get any pressure. Its a great setup.
I came to Legend Auto Dallas to test drive a 2014 Honda CR-V. Teresa assisted me and was very professional. She answered every question I had about the car, and whenever there was something she didnt have the answer to, she was honest to say she doesnt know and looked for the answer for me. More importantly, I appreciate that Teresa didnt push me. She just did her best to make sure I liked the car, not to sell the car. She also said that I could have my mechanic check the car out before making my final decision, which I did. I ended up purchasing the CR-V. Overall, my experience at Legend Auto Dallas was great. I would strongly recommend you look for Teresa if you want to test drive any car there.
Purchased a beautiful used Audi A8 and was very pleased with the transaction. I dealt with Aime Cruz from start to finish and she was very helpful and accommodating every step of the way. Being from NY, I was nervous buying sight unseen, but an independent 3rd party inspector went through the car for me and found it to be as described with only a few additional minor details. Aime arranged quick transport, title came through, overall a nice deal and a great price.

I bought a 2011 Nissan Sentra and the sales price was more than fair!!There were a few minor things on the car that I wanted fixed before I drove it off the lot, and Legend Auto fixed them, no questions asked, and did not charge me for these minor repairs.If I ever have a question about my car, I can call them up and ask them anything, knowing they will give me the best answer and the most honest answer.I will never buy from another car dealer again! Im a USAA member and I found a car Legends had through their Auto Buying Service. I was promptly contacted by a sales rep with the address and a warm greeting. My wife and mapped out a few different vehicles all over 150 miles away. As we got closer and narrowed down our search we reached out to Teresa and she was extremely open to the communication despite it coming 30 minutes before they closed. We got there and immediately went into the details and we were out within an hour. Minimal stress and got exactly what we wanted. It was a great experience.
Shady business - the car fax did NOT show STRUCTURAL damage and of course the sales guy didnt mention it until After I pointed our the obvious welding on the car. He played dumb at first then went and looked at the auction report and said oh yes it does show structural damage is on the car. Do not trust easily, always get a mechanic inspection!
I was in the market for a used SLK280 and after several weeks of research on line set out to see the vehicles I had selected. Several were no traditional dealerships such as Legend Auto. Of these non-traditional dealerships, I found Legend to be the most accommodating and customer focused. We had the car for the afternoon. Once we had decided to purchase there were several items to be addressed. I took the car home and brought the vehicle back three days later for the repairs, no issues, I was given a loaner car, much like I receive from Park Place, and by the end of the day the items had been addressed. I would definitely return as a satisfied customer. Beau and Sam were very good to work with.

I met with Issac to test drive a 13 MB SL550. It was a great experience, no pressure and lots of useful information. We came back and I met with the GM Randy who was great to work with and rally helped guide me through the process and did EVERYTHING right from my perspective. He communicated well and responded quickly to every question, text, e-mail and call. I didnt end up buying from them because I found a Pre-Certified 1 year model new car that seemed to be a better fit for me, and Randy was very gracious, kind and respectful when I let him know. I would not have hesitated to buy from him if I hadnt stumbled on the other car. I am a CPA and very analytical and they checked every box in terms of quality and service that I would have hoped for and I would not hesitate to do business with them in the future. I had a GREAT experience car buying at Legend Auto. I found a car I was interested in through the internet, asked for more info and I was contacted almost immediately, being from out of town and the weather being bad it took almost 2 weeks to just be able to go see it but they did not constantly bug me like others do they just followed up with me. I was finally able to make the drive and Farzad helped me from beginning to end helping me out as much as possible and making it as easy and stress free as possible.

I purchased a beautiful 2001 Mercedes SLK320 in 2009 -- It has been an amazing vehicle... so much fun! It is time to trade it in for a newer - less mileage vehicle. I will make the 6 hour drive again to find another Legend Autos vehicle. They made the purchase process seamless, efficient, and very pleasant. I have been so happy with my SLK320 -- it was everything that they promised and so much more. I cannot even claim the defective items with the warranty that they sold me.SCM warranty that they sell is the worst and to expensive for its value. It does not even pay tax for the items being replaced, yet it is not stated in the terms and conditions; its tricky.The I Owe You was not fulfilled by this dealership.p.s. this posting is not a hate movement but information and possible protection to those who seek honest review.

Purchasing a car from Legend is a terrible mistake. We bought an Audi from here and were headed to Missouri with our 3 children. We had not left the city of Dallas when the engine light came on. Within the next week, we accrued $2300 in repairs. The dealer has promised to help us with the repairs for 2 months. However, they have not kept their word. In addition, they were so late getting the title to us, that we accrued fines and late fees.
This was a very good experience - Beau worked very hard to make the deal with me and I wasnt the easiest customer to please. Love the car!
I had an incredible experience purchasing my 2008 BMW X3 from Hassan and Bo at Legend Auto. I was test driving a car within 20 minutes and they let me take it to get verified by my mechanic before putting a cent down on the car. As expected, it drives very smoothly, and the transaction occurred very quickly with no bumps. Their body shop is also spectacular, and their technicians are also very knowledgeable of foreign automotives. I would recommend paying their shop a visit to anyone looking for a great deal on a pre-owned car. They are also very friendly and accommodating, which made my consumer experience more enjoyable.
I bought a car about a month and a half ago, it had engine problems day one. The following week they had my car a whole day and claim they still couldnt find the problem, and that it was still having problems when Scott started it. But dont worry it will never stop only have difficulties starting. And that they would need my car a week to figure it out. As of today tbe car is still not running. And it has also had front end damage that they patched up. And was not included on the Carfax because the insurance company didnt report it. They are a bunch of evil sell people who scam people out of money. They have lemons that they latch up to sell. BRING YOU A MECHANIC WHEN PURCHASING, THEY WILL RESET THE COMPUTER SO LIGHTS ARENT ON.
The worst experience ever when shopping around for a used car. Dishonest, desceptive, lying, no transparency, disregard of customer service. Randy by far was the most lying and untruthful person I have ever met. I will describe the business as a scam, deceiving, fraudulent and false advertisement. When shopping for a car becareful with this type of business especially with Legend dealer in Addison Texas. If you want to know what happened keep reading. I will describe my experience which I have reported it to a government website. The dealer or Randy or Teresa never advertised that the car had problems. I drove from San Antonio to outside North of Dallas Texas to buy this vehicle a 2012 M35 Infiniti hybrid bin # JN1EY1AP0CM910151. Per my phone conversation with Teresa, the sales person, and Randy the Owner, the vehicle was in perfect condition for the year and had no problems or issues. On June 24 my wife and I drove to Dallas hopping to buy the car and before we left I last spoke with Teresa and she guaranteed the car will be ready for us. When we got there the car did not star so the mechanic had to jumped started the car because the battery or something was dead. After doing that, my wife found out the adaptive lights were not working and there light on the dashboard was on. The mechanic said it would cost 1,500.00 for each light to fix plus tax and labor; around 4,000.00 dlls. First problem!!!! The seller did not warned us about this problem after repeated times of asking her if the car was in good condition. When we test drove the car, including Teresa in the vehicle, I notice a loud noise coming from the engine especially when I was giving gas. I asked Teresa if this was normal since a hybrid should be a quiet car. She acknowledge the noise but did not know what was wrong. I called an Infiniti mechanic and he said the problem was either a wheel bearing or the transmission. And as far as the lights, it will cost me not less than 3,800.00 dlls to repair the problem. Back at the dealer, Randy said he was not aware of these problems and offer to repair the cheapest one, in this case the bearing and could not do anything else since he was going to loose money. So he offered me a little more discount to buy it with 4,000.00 dlls problem and maybe more. Since we drove 5 hrs and it was late, I had to spend money on a Hotel and meals and I told Randy that if they had told me about these issues I would have not driven to see the car. He did not care and said he would take the car on Mondar to fix only one problem. On Thursday June 29, Teresa called me to ask me if I was still interested in the car since the wheel bearing had been replaced but not the lights or had had the transmission checked out. The bearing was replaced only because I told them about the problem and specifically the bearing. I told Teresa I would be interested if all the problems had been fixed and Randy was good on his promise to deliver half way to San Antonio and lower the price. The original advertised price of the car was 18,497.00 dlls and it had been lowered to 17,700.00 over the phone before we got there. But after they replaced the bearing and the noise was gone, they increase the price of the car to 19,297.00 dlls!!!! Unbelievable!!!!!!! In my book this situation was not only false Advertisement but a fraud!! They never revealed the real problems the car had and were not willing to fix or loose money after all the lost time we had gone through or help to pay for some of the incurred expenses. If anything, Randy was asking me for 500.00 dlls to reserved the car until it was fixed but only one of the problems. They never stated the car had major costly repairs before. I printed it out the before and after price advertised on the internet. And once again the problems the car has are still not being disclosed on the internet. So be carful if you are interested on this vehicle or even other ones because they will not tell you the truth about any of them. These are auctioned cars as I was told by the dealer and sold as is.
Immediately had to replace the power steering pump on my 4-runner. Also when I bought the car they said it only had one key and no fob. Several months later I get a call saying they found another key and fob. It cost me almost $30 to have the key shipped that came with the car in the first place.
Bot a car on Saturday and it broke down on Thursday. Didnt even make it a full week.Called them several times with the same response, We will call you right back.Fixed the car with no help from them.What was all that service after the sale they were talking about... they dont even call you back.
I will give them credit, they take nice pictures of their automobiles. At least in my case those pictures managed to avoid all the blemishes that were apparent on the car when I received it. They do a decent job in sales. On the other hand, the cord is cut upon sale. After that, customer service was awful or, more exactly, non-existant. In my experience and that of apparently many, many others, these guys seem like they will do anything to make a sale and when you dont get what you expected or what was advertised, you are pretty much out of luck. I search on the internet and there are thousands of used auto dealers. These guys are way too shady to ever consider again. Too many reputable options.
So I bought a car here that was listed on auto trader. 8 weeks later and still no title nor have the plates been delivered. Filed complaints to both the BBB as well as the DOT for failure to transfer a title or register a vehicle as part of the contract. They promise to call back but never do and yes I have spoken with Miriam and the rest of the team but all I get is the run around. Seriously thinking of pursuing this in a civil suit as well. This is not the place to purchase a car. I reccomend taking your money elsewhere where ther is actually good treatment and adequate service. Will update as both cases progress. Oh, and this business is not recognized by the Better business Bureau either so keep that in mind.

If you are contemplating purchasing a vehicle from this dealership, make sure you spend the couple of hundred dollars necessary to get it checked out by the original maker (i.e Lexus). I was looking for a car in July of 2012 when I came across a 2006 Cadillac CTS with all the bells and whistles for under the NADA value of the car. Since we were going through my husbands credit union that was a requirement. We went over and look at the car along with a few others. For the money the CTS was our best option. We offered $500 less and they accepted which I was thrilled with. When it came time to pick up the car there was barely enough gas to get home on. About halfway home I went to clean the windshield and the wipers would not turn off afterward. It was not until we got home and the car was off for about 10 mins did the wipers finally go off. We called and was told to being the car in the next day and their mechanic would take a look at it. It turns out it was a bad switch but they would have to order the part. And that it would be in in a few days. We kept being told to bring it in the morning and we could only come in the afternoon so it never did get fixed. Fast forward 3 months later and the car has 78000 mi on it which isnt too bad. My husband started the car up to go to work and we hear a knocking sound. We take it to our mechanic and it needs a new engine. while the car was in there we had them check out the transmission too because it wasnt acting right and big surprise, needs a new transmission too. Luckily when we bought the car through our credit union we bought an extended warranty so it will only cost us $100 otherwise we would have an expensive piece of scrap metal sitting in our driveway. After Legend Auto acquired the car they did nothing to it. They didnt change the oil, check the fluids, nothing that a regular dealer would do. All they do is buy the cars at auction and flip em so buyers beware. They were very friendly before we got the vehicle but afterward they wouldnt work with us at all. Before you buy make sure you have a mechanic thoroughly check it out. Btw our car is still in the shop and has been for 3 weeks because of this

Within minutes, I had a friendly response from Farzad. We emailed back and forth discussing financing, trade in, etc. Farzad was always quick to reply and answer my questions honestly....with no pressure.After sending photos of my trade in and accepting a potential offer, I went to see the car in person on a Saturday. Farzad was in the middle of a deal with another customer. However the staff was quick to hand me the keys to go look the MINI over and test drive. It was very nice to be able to look the car over ALONE and test drive alone. Still, no pressure and no gimmicks.Fast forward to now. I did have an issue with the rear tires within a day of getting home. I signed the NO WARRANTY, SOLD AS-IS paperwork, so I figured I was screwed.When I first test drove the car, I noticed the rear tires were quite loud. I shrugged it off knowing they were run-flat tires and probably just needed a serious balancing.Turns out the left rear tire was losing air rapidly. My mechanic looked at the tire and right away it was clear. Still had plenty of tread life, but left rear had flats spots all over the inner treads!...right side was almost as bad. That explained the noise, And was clear that no balancing could fix this. The leak was just from an old plug job that wasnt sealing properly.I was hesitant to text Farzad about this, but bummed at the same time. I went ahead and advised that it was day 3 and I already have to buy two new tires ASAP. Knowing I bought the car as is, I was certain that they would not be able to help me.To my surprise, Farzad was very understanding and asked me to send him the invoice for the tires I was purchasing, and theyd mail me a check.Sure enough, Farzad and Legend auto did by their word throughout this whole process.Legend Auto went above and beyond in providing excellent customer service and going the extra mile to take care of post purchase, sold as is issues. THAT is what builds a strong business.Kudos guys!
