Jeremy was THE BEST!! He made my storage needs so easy! He was super helpful and accommodating with getting me set up and when it was time for me to leave! I highly recommend working with him and i will def be back if i have any future storage needs!!

They have some amazing prices. Best deals around. We rented after hours when the office was closed and it was super easy. We were able to unload our stuff at the last min when our other plans fell through. This was a life saver.

My husband and I love their online rental option. We were able to get our space after the office had closed for the day. Jeremy called us the next day to introduce himself, offered to take us to our space and help us download the app.

I am in transition with not just moving myself cross country from California to Texas for work, I also coordinated and arranged for my mothers move from New York to Texas!!! With that being said, a lot of decisions and choices needed to be made. I decided to reserve a storage unit at this location for my mothers items. I called the 800 number requesting the size needed based on cu size, after meeting Debra, property manager she told me right away that the requested size would not be big enough....she was right! She was very professional, personable, patient and recognizes the needs of others and reaches out to provide positive input and helps in anyway that she can. Since I am not from Texas, Debra was able to suggest some places that would be a place for me to visit just by getting to know me. I almost feel like Ive known her my entire life. She is on point and amazing! If you want a positive experience whether you have short or long term storage needs, I highly recommend you going to see Debra!Debra - Thank you for all of your help! Had to grab a storage unit on short notice, ended up working with Josh who got me squared away pretty quick. Was gonna rent a 5x5, but after telling him how big the truck load was, he recommended a larger storage space. Admittedly, I thought it was an upsell... But turns out he was right. Saved me having to walk back and get another unit then move all my stuff again.Easy in and out, decent pricing for the size of units, I recommend the place. Do wish there were climate control options, but its not a terrible thing given I was just storing furniture stuff.

I opened my account last July, in the year that I have been with Public storage they have gone up three times with their rates. The property manager stated that she could send an email to customer service and have them honor my original price so I, a single woman with disabilities, wouldnt have to hire movers to move me to a smaller unit a few doors down. She promised to send me an email or to call me personally when this was done. I have waited two weeks, after going up there to talk to her although she is never there! I finally called customer service, and was told that such email was NEVER sent AND they would NOT honor anything she said, although she represents Public Storage. So here I am to bite the bullet on this without any help from anyone at this sorry excuse for a business. Unbelievable.

I have found my new storage building!! Recently in need of a larger storage, came in to campare prices, and what I got was SO much more! Desirae was PHENOMENAL! She took the time to break down prices, storage capacity, and regulations, and answered my questions without hesitation. Ive never had an experience like this at any other facility. Ah, just another pile of company-written positive reviews, and reviews written by people to get some kind of discount.At first, this place seems to be a bit cheaper than competitors.I can assure you that when the bait-and-switch price is over, any savings you get at the beginning will quickly disappear.Local managers have no ability to fix problems, customer service is vile, and the website is glitchy and untrustworthy when making payments.Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.
