They made the process very quick and easy, especially reserving a unit online! They walked me through the whole process and answered every question I had! John at the front desk was very kind and helpful, and walked me through how to find the storage unit. Very secure and a safe place for storage, and at a really good price too!

What a great experience! I made my reservation online and was almost immediately contacted to confirm. Paityn walked me through the rental process over the phone so I didn’t even have to come into the store! I appreciate the kind and efficient service she provided! 5 Stars all the way!

Awesome experience checked out the facility after going to the Plano location. Was able to help father get his unit quickly and easily. John in Plano and Terry in Carrollton are good dudes and very helpful.

We made reservations for our HHG being transported from DE to TX. Unfortunately the units we secured were taken without our knowledge with a lock on (next door) by All Sons Moving and never notified the Main Office. Now we are paying to smaller units that cost us more money. Poor business relationship without honoring the contract. Next day the smaller unit lock was cut by someone else who thought it was their unit. Twice in less than 24 hours. We have rented storage units in the past but never have we had this problem.

Great pricing for the space and climate controlled unit. You can drive an utility vehicle, trailer, or truck to unload in the climate controlled area. The elevators are spacious and they offer carts to help haul boxes and furniture into storage. Ask for Brice! He was very helpful and knowledgeable! Very much recommend!!

So Im thinking Im going to need some extra space so I have started looking for a storage facility.After viewing several different storage facility locations I have decided I will be going with Paityn at All Storage. Paityn had an answer for all my questions, was more than helpful and understands true customer service.The facility is definitely the cleanest over all others and has perfect hours and access.

Truly appreciate the help and service I was given by the manager, Ryan, during my visit. The grounds are very clean and well maintained, the units are well kept and secure. The security level is top notch with elevator access to the buildings. The manager worked with me to make sure I understood all the ins and outs of leasing a unit and answered any questions I had without hesitation. Very glad I was recommended this storage facility and will definitely recommend them to anyone whose considering leasing a storage unit.

Super nice staff, they will explain all terms of services. Storage area is always clean! The parking space is limited in the front but I’ve noticed they get you in and out so I’ve never run into not being able to park. Staff always takes good care of you over the phone and email, and even when cancelling they are still friendly.

We did a online rental and it was so easy. Only problem was that there was no one there to helps us since it was a holiday. Had to find the room ourselves. Property looked great price is great.

The property looks out standing love the drive through keeps you out of the weather this Texas weather is something else. Large elevators. The property is well light at night. The gate makes me feel well secure. Staff is very nice and willing to go that extra mile for you. Darrel has really made me feel like home here. Highly recommend this for your moving needs

Drove by this storage and went in to just see what it was all about. When I walked in I was greeted with a warm welcome two men standing and smiling ready to help me. We talked about Storage and the manager Daryl drove me around showing me the property. I was really impressed with how clean everything was. The drive through is something never seen anything like it before. If I ever need to store anything this is my place.

I was there during the covid crisis the staff was so professional they talked to me over a doorbell thing it was crazy but it was for our safety. Have to like someone that looks after you. If they look after me like that then you know they will take good care of my things. Price is great property is clean. Cameras all over the place have a drive through area to store thing. This is a all in one place even have boxes locks for you covers all kind of things. You should at least stop in take a look talk to the staff. You wont regret it

Everytime I come here the place is very clean Darrel is very nice and help full. Darrel goes over everything you need to know about the property. Cameras make me feel safe that they watch over my things. Prices are always right you should rent here over any other place.

I stopped in today to look at units and was talking to Darrel as he was telling me about the property I explained to him that I live an hour away and he told me about the property that are out in the other areas. That are closer to me and he even explained to me those propertys and what they had very knowledgeable of the other stores in the company. He wanted to put me in a reservation but I explained to him I am not sure what property I really want to go to just yet and it may be more then a month that I get it. Over all he was doing great

I came into the property with a friend today to help him move things in his unit. I was impressed to see someone out cleaning and taking care of the area. You can tell that who ever runs this property here really cares about the first impression. In my opinion if they care for the property they care about who is here. My friend says he wouldnt rent any place else. I am truly impressed.

I reserved my unit online, canceled my first order, and was able to re-reserve and pick the unit size I wanted. The staff was very friendly and helpful, helping me assure that I was buying the correct size unit for the storage I needed. I was showed exactly where my unit was on a map and all necessary information was given, including information if I was having trouble with the unit! Great place!

Then, he took time to show us the size of the three rooms that I was trying to choose from. I picked one and he wrapped up the paperwork very quickly. All in all a very positive experience. There was a mix up with our original reservation after speaking with Darrel everything was cleared up and the stress was relieved! The experience was fine. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable enough. However, the one thing I cant stand about this place, is the fact that you cant access your own storage unit after 9 pm. I understand its for security and parole and blah blah blah... but I pay %100 of my bill, I want to be able to access my stuff %100 of the time. Its simply unfair and inconvenient for customers with conflicting work schedules.
