Been here a dozen times in the past years. New management yelled at us when we arrived for our reservation. His excuse for being rude was that there are new policies on parking before obtaining equipment. Customer is no longer number one. Hopefully this is not impacted chain wide. I have found that renting trailers from home Depot is more painless, way faster, and I have yet to be yelled at. Have I mentioned that this place is poorly managed? The shop has never looked this unkept in the years Ive seen it.

Went to rent a Cargo Van,they didnt have any available unfortunately. But the 2 Gentleman that I spoke with their got on their computers and searched multiple location for me and found what I need. Even though it wasnt gonna be from their store. I would definitely make sure to make them my first choice next time.

Well organized, professional staff with good customer service skills. Good equipment, ready on time, and no surprises on the bill. I have used them several times and will not go anywhere else. I highly recommend them.

Horrible experience dealing with this location. I rented a truck and returned the truck same day, 5 hours later. On my receipt I was charged multiple extra fees because the receipt said I returned the truck 2 days later. AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS YOU WILL BE CHARGED EXTRA for their clerical errors.I never leave reviews but wanted to warn people avoid this poorly managed location.

Amazing! Ryan Andrew made my wife and Is day especially after the absolute truth service we received at another location. He got us in and out and hooked up quickly. Really appreciated his kindness and great customer service. He and his team are truly sweet and amazing!

After being sent to TWO different locations before finally coming to this uhaul, I would say they were the most polite and helpful. Especially Steven. We were so frustrated after being sent all over Dallas looking for a truck we RESERVED. Thank god we left Dallas but if I had to use a uhaul in the area I’d definitely come to this one. DONT go to Harry Hines /NW HW one!!!!

The people here are really unkind. When I rented a truck in the morning, I felt a lot of discomfort. When I returned the truck, the staff didn’t even say thank you!!!

Very disappointed dont believe that $19.95 a day rental. By the time they are finished a 200 mile trip costs almost 400 dollars.

Nobody greets you when you come in. I spent 10 minutes trying to find a specialty box. Had a lot of associates walk past me seeing that I need assistance. They should teach this store and the general manager the 5ft rule. Very poorly managed. MCP needs to come help this store out. Would never return to this Uhaul every again. By the way, I own a moving company.

Ricardo was extremely helpful with my trailer rental and gave me pointers while driving. He was extremely friendly and made the process easy and stress-free. I would definitely recommend this U-Haul location!

Dumbest employees, ever. Seriously, they had 3 of the trailers I rented, but their computer told them I had to drive to the next town to pick up a similar trailer. Took nearly 30 minutes to fix, so I could take the trailer Id rented, from the store where Id reserved it! Would have been faster to drive to the next town to get it!

Horrible customer services.The lady who answered the phone monday april 8, 2019 at 12:30 pm have no desire to work nor proper training on how to treat a customer, she was rude, disrespectful and didnt care to answer my questions, she gave me the information she wanted, she didnt answer any of my questions properly.So sad when a bad employee make a great company look bad.

Had U-Haul install a hitch on my car. It took two appointments and they kept telling me to buy different wiring kits because the original ones they told me to buy was not compatible with my car. So after buying 3 wiring kits they finally got one that would work and also since the first two were opened they were un-returnable. Then when they installed the wiring kit they drilled a quarter inch hole in the side of my car. Offered no refund or apology. After having to take days off work to get this fixed I have not talked to one person that can come up with any remote excuse to how or why they drilled a hole completely through the side body of my car, per every repair shop I have talked to this is 100% sheer incompetence. I am now dealing with their insurance company that is fighting the costs for repairs and I have never received any word or apology from U-Haul Management. According to their complaint department I was supposed to receive a call after two days but it has been over a week and I just got a random credit to my debit card for $50. I would advise anyone to not let them touch your car. Accidents happen I get that but how they handled this is a complete lack of customer service and shows management does not own up to their mistakes.

Thank you Christopher for your professionalism, your stellar customer service skills and help in reminding me why I have been a customer of Uhaul for 20+ yrs. This young man is patient, honest, friendly and courteous. He goes above and beyond and this type of talent is and joy cant always be taught. They really need to either fix their computer system or find new employees. Something is broken. It shouldnt take hours and enough frustration to run into oncoming traffic to rent a trailer.

Very unhappy with my uhaul experience. I just moved to the area two days ago from out of state. I needed to rent a trailer for just a couple of hours to pick up a couch and washer dryer I just bought. I called a made a reservation ahead of time...pretty straight forward. I get their this morning for my rental. The person behind the counter wanted all the usual information but then she asked for names and numbers of two people not me which I assume is in case the trailer doesnt come back. I understand that. ...but then she said she would have to call them to confirm who I was just because I have an out of state DL. I drew the line there....I mean come on...you deal in moving supplies...I shouldnt have to give my blood just to rent your stupid $25 trailer for 2 hours. All in all I spent 30 min at the store and left without the trailer...went somewhere else who was more than willing to help me out....
