My company leases a truck from this location. Unfortunately, I am in this rental truck. I took the truck in for a few engine codes and a coolant leak. I thought the truck was due for a service as well. I ride with my dog. I checked in at 11 AM about 1130 a mechanic came and got my truck. I asked where the drivers lounge was located. He informed me that they dont let anyone in the building. I was told there are a few chairs over there you can sit on. Im very thankful it is not the middle of sumer. I sat outside for 6 plus hours, with my dog, on the sun. No water. No bathroom. 0 amenities. They didnt care. I didnt know I was going to be there that long. If I had been updated from the shop of what was going on, I probably would have ordered some food. They would not let me get onto my truck, as it was in the shop. I had left my wallet in the truck, but no chance of getting to it. I didnt want to make a scene, so I kept my mouth shut. Im a diabetic, on top of everything else. I felt my blood sugar crashing at about the 4.5 hour mark. Medication and food all in the truck. I wasnt allowed access to my truck, even after I called and communicated that I was having a physical issue. My truck was finally ready nearly 7 hours after I checked in. No service done. They worked on two items. 0 communication. 0 compassion. 0 humanity. My dog and I both suffered at the hands of the people in this shop. I hope I never have to go back to this location ever again.

Bryce and his team were great. They answered any questions I had, did a thorough walk through of the truck and its features. I will definitely be back to rent from this location again.

Awful place. This location & the one off Goodnight.They lie about having trucks just to book reservations.The admin lady Ashley or whoever she is has a bad attitude and no manners. Upper management is blatantly discriminatory. I wouldn’t recommend. I would give them 0 stars if I could. Trash company, at least these locations are.

My company has a lease with these people for some reason and they now do not spray the back of the trucks out when they wash because whoever is washing hates their job and is too lazy to pick stuff up. Its supposedly part of the lease agreement but whatever. Not my money. Rush Truck Centers is much better.

My son drive 18 wheeler had to get fan for air conditioner they change the tires and fixed noises on the truck so hes riding safe.

Careful when you return. They will charge you for damage you did not do.Also charge 8m$8.00 a gallon for fuel and will add to the fuel level even if you just filled up.

I Rented a truck and car carrier and i was already stressed out with moving and Brian shop manager was so helpful in mounting my car...n making sure all connections are safely done...

Rented a 26’ box truck from here and were a life saver as budget in Denton gave our reservation away 12 hours before pick up. Great people great trucks.

Go to enterprise truck rentals. Much cheaper, cleaner and better service.

I had experience with Penske in long past time but it was not really good then i stayed with U Hall more, but last year I used the Penske Service and i really forgot U Hall, specially when we came to this Center the staff was responsive and they gave better deal too to cut down the daily prices for the first time. I liked their regular prices too as compare to U Hall.

Made a reservation for 7 am 10 days before we needed it7am: Arrive at Home Depot to get the truck at 7 and they said there weren’t any trucksHad to wait until 8 am til they opened to get an answer so we already lost an hour8 am: Called and talked with the person who said it was on the way to home depot that very moment830 am: nothing8:31: called and no answer8:32 same8:33 sameNow we just have to wait and cross out fingers at this point.9:15 truck shows up still have to sign paperworkDidn’t get the truck until 9:30 wasting 150 minutes of our time.Gave us 40% off but that does not change the fact:1.that the person ignored our calls repeatedly2. The truck was INSANELY late3. Kept my family of 10 people waiting at 7 in the morning creating a very stressful situation.4. Causing our move to be later in the day when it is the hottest.Do not do business with this place ever.No stars.

Am only giving a one because there is no negative. The management is arrogant, treating us like thugs. Once you hire a truck they dont call they just get money from your account without your knowledge. Theres a particular lady called Adriana who acts like she owns the place.I would rather pay more with another company and be traded with respect. Again before you go there, look around a little bit more

If you are a truck driver avoid this place. Penske is the absolute worst place to get anything, especially a lease truck. My company uses Penske. 🤨😮☹. They botched the repairs on Thursday, lied to my company about them Friday, then never followed up with me. When I called on Sunday I was given the run around. I asked the mechanic about test driving for the massive steering wobble the truck has. He clarified that they tested for a transmission problem, but found nothing wrong. They didnt even test properly for the ACTUAL transmission problem, and used a cop-out for the steering wobble. Then their service department gave me attitude for telling them I wanted it done right. This is not ok. This is the second Penske location to screw the customer on repairs. Avoid Penske at all costs. They are ABSOLUTELY AWEFUL at what they do!

I rented a truck from Penske to drive from Houston to Dallas, and they gave me one with a bad transmission. When I got to dallas around 11 pm, they came to check my truck and confirmed it was messed up and I needed a new one, and I was told one was reserved for me at the Carrollton location. I came to the store at 8:00 the next morning and sat in the waiting room for 20 minutes before being helped, only to find that they had no record of my reservation. As I was sitting in the waiting room, they told another customer that they had given away the truck they had reserved them because somebody else broke down on the freeway the night before. They told me to drive to Keller 35 min drive) to pick up a similar truck, and called me 10 minutes later telling me to come back because someone else had taken the replacement truck. In my experience, Penske was extremely unorganized, had terrible customer service, and their product was flawed and therefore not safe. After this experience, I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone.
