The owner is real cool and the auto technicians really know their stuff. They that there a major difference between a mechanic and a technician. And those guys are definitely technicians. The new engine is so quiet until you can barely hear it running. Great job EURO MOTORS

This place is absolutely amazing!! I can not say enough about the staff, efficiency, cleanliness, and set up. I definitely recommend Jex!! He did a great job and attended to all of my needs. He was patient, courteous, and helped me with everything that I needed. The service department is hands down the best. The Service Manager, Mike Nelson, goes above and beyond and does a great job!! Wish I could give more stars than 5!! Thank you guys for everything.

Made an appointment for an oil change, was not completed! Vehicle was never cleaned, and they had my vehicle for well over 1 week. They also “fixed” my water pump and “coincidentally” when I got the car back, the vent was broken. They said the motor must have just gone out and they would give me 10% off to fix it! Customer service at this location is garbage. Save yourself the headache and go to the location in Raleigh. Only giving 1 star because there are no options for ZERO! This location gets a goose egg.
