I live a little over an hour away, and completed stumbled upon this location on accident when I was finishing a trip of shopping in Raleigh. I went to michaels and saw one next door and I had to go in because I was looking for something specific. Anyways, upon walking in I was greeted and it was honestly the best experience Ive had in any store, and Ive worked retail for a little over 10 years. All the associates were helping me gather the candles I needed, they checked in their back stock to make sure they could get me everything I was looking for. They were out of stock of some things, but to be honest Ill make the hour drive just to go to this store. Seems to have good management and happy employees. The young lady greeting people on 07/24/21 around 4-5 pm, the store manager Lisa, and the young lady working the register on the far left, you were all ANGELS. The young lady who checked me out also bubble wrapped some fragile items. Am very happy with this store. :)

This bath & body works what set up so beautifully. Its probably the neatest bath & body works I have ever been to.

I got a lotion and body spray from the semi annual sale two days ago. Sadly, I got some sort of reaction/ chemical burn it seems like from the spray. I talked to an associate who was really nice about it and explained they were switching formulas and that I could exchange it. I only took away a star for the burn. Everyone was pretty nice about it. I feared at first it was a tampered with product but she explained that it was the new formula which has hydrochloric acid and that they gotta a new shipment so no way was it tampered with.

I love this place me and my friend went out on Saturday for a girls day and we decided to go in bath and body works because we knew how much we love that place and the staff is EXTREMELY nice they helped us find what they needed she even bought body wash of the BEAUTIFUL smell of the candle we were smelling when we walked in this is an awesome place definitely 5 stars

I went in shopping this morning for my first “Candle Day” ever and had such a great experience at this location. There was a line of about 20-25 people before they opened the doors and the staff would let in 5 people at a time and wait until they dispersed throughout the store before letting another 5 people in. It was great to see them taking social distancing seriously. Hand sanitizer and masks are also offered at this location right when you walk in.Their selection was phenomenal and I was able to get some brand new candles that I did not already have. The staff was very friendly and made sure to offer help if it was needed. Thanks Bath and Body Works team for making shopping in-store a breeze!

As usual a great experience. Was unhappy for a while that I no longer get coupons but I take advantage of the semi annual sale and the reward program. Also enjoy the antibacterial products that smell amazing. Staff is always super eager to help!!!

Bath & Body works has a chain of stores throughout the country that can be found in most malls. All the stores that I have visited have attractive displays and enthusiastic associates. They have a wide variety of nicely packaged items with unusual scents, most of which can be sampled. The prices are very affordable, with great deals. Sometimes my sinuses kick when I visit, but I still like to go.

Very clean and well organized store. Just browsing around inside is relaxing due to how orderly this location is.

Its funny I was just there wanting to get my second purcharse ring up while cashier 3453952 and 3392453 were having there own conversation on my first purchase cashier 3392453 scan my order she never ask me for my phone number or if someone assisted me on my order which someone did this very nice young lady I didnt see her name but some how she looks Indian race on my second purcharse cashier 3453952 ask for my phone number to see if I was a loyalty member of which I am she ask me if someone assisted me with my order then I replay no noone did my second order I did it all by my self but when I was going to get out of the store I heard cashier 3392453 telling the girl who is helping customer at front that lady just say no one help her instead of her gossip around she should be asking customers what she needs to ask that way she would have noticed that that was my second purcharse with in 5 minutes. Poor customer service.

Im in line today Sunday August 26 and the store is closing in 30 minutes. I have like 4 people in front of me, a second cashier comes to help clear the line. Shes done with the people in front of me and when its my turn she walks away without even saying a thing. Then shes asking this other lady who was just browsing, if everything is ok. What about me?? I was patient in line and you just walked away without even saying a thing. I provide the best customer service you can find and when people ignore me and treat me like dirt it really hurts. Bath and Body please work on these employees and there bad customer service!!
