This is a place for professional hair designers.Not for moms who trying to dye my girls. Sorry I didn’t know about that!!!But the staff does not need to yell and teach me that “License” means you need to go to schools to get it since I have a health provider license.The staff need to go back to elementary school and learn about etiquette.

This business only sold to licensed cosmetologist and I get that, however I wish I was able buy certain products not for professional use only

Absolutely 0 star!!! Sarah is an Awful !!Awful !!Awful !! Person. The looks she gives you are unbelievable I cant believe she has a Job in customer service!! I caught her rolling her eyes behinde my back!! for asking a question. It was the worst experience. I need to find another store!! Or maybe I will open one my self.

Sarah needs to work on her listening skills. I was looking for a product. Was describing it and she didnt even let me finish answering the question. I literally got 3 words out before she cut me off and hung up the phone. I called another cosmoprof it turns out cosmoprof does cary the product. But Id rather drive out the way to durham or Raleigh than go to Cary and physically interact with someone so rude and ill knowledged.

Love the new manager. I have to say its awesome to hear a store manager thank their staff and praise them. You dont hear that often in businesses around Cary. And I love the staff they all seem to really work well together. Im extra glad Sara is back too.

They make it so easy to pop in and out when I call and place an order for pick up for the salon.

I always have a wonderful shopping experience every time I come in this location. The manager Joey is extremely helpful and knows his products. The girls that work there are always helpful and help me find what I am looking for as well. I’m usually in here about two times a week and everyone is always helpful, and I must say the store is taken well care of and clean. Upper management should be proud.

They usually have a good selection of products. Not very fond of the new lady. Shes nice, but she follows you around the store and makes you feel like she thinks youre a criminal. Doesnt make you feel as though she wants to help you.

Mostly for hair dressers. Good selection of name brand products. Joey really knows the products. First time Ive found all the products that I love. Excellent!

Zero effin stars.Incredibly rude comment made about my wife while she was shopping in this store. Comment was made by young man in 20s, dark hair, shouting across the store to his coworker. This was ~1pm, 3/29/19.My wife wont shop here again as long as this guy remains employed.My wife adds; the girl was nice.I hope the owner or manager takes appropriate action. This employee is losing you business and $.

Zero srars here again! The guy, Joey, he is RUDE!! Really really RUDE! Is anyone kind human being in this store? Every single time visited the Cary store, they made me feel so BAD!! Whats wrong with them? Whos the main manager? They got trained???

I cannot believe that customers cannot use the restroom. We do not have a Cosmoprof store in every corner, Ive to drive 30 minutes to get to this location and a simply sorry, the public isnt allowed is unacceptable.

I was in the store on December 22, 2018 around 2:30 pm, I asked Kaela an employee there if she could help me with the hair products as I had no clue being an esthetician. She just snapped back that she did not do hair, and that I should have looked up the product before asking her, which I relayed to my daughter on the phone, while in the store. Though, today 26 December, 2018 Kaela went out of her way to be helpful. She must have heard what I said my daughter earlier. I was happy to see the change in attitude. It have me hope.I go with great trepidation to Cosmoprof in Cary as I dont know what kind of employee I will run into. I owned a business for seven years, my clients loved me and were sad that I sold my business. I gave them my best, worked hard, so I wonder what makes these Cosmoprof employees better than me or any other clients who work very hard to keep their clients happy. Dont come to work if you dont like working with people.This afternoon my daughter and I went to shop at Cosmoprof. I let her pick the stuff she needed as it was a Christams gift from me. There are many other licensed professionals who come with their families to shop. I Felt very honoured that my daughter who is a licensed architect and who is very respectful of my profession indulged me. She can buy her products on Amazon or go to any store where she lives and buy it at full price.I was shocked when Sarah who works there, an obnoxious employee, so very rudely told my daughter to put the basket back in its place at the counter. My daughter was very gracious, did not say a word, just put the basket away. I thought that it was Sarahs job to do that. I was seething mad, but I held my peace. As another client walked in and recognised me and said how she missed me, while Sarah who was busy giving me a lecture that I should read the label before buying, even though I did an immediate return. Sarah quickly changed her attitude as there was a witness who might say something against her. Now I understand why Amazon is thriving: no human contact with bad attitudes; cheaper products, and returns are easy without unnecessary lectures.I hope Cosmoprof at some point realises that good customer service is an asset, and not a deterrent for its survival.

ZERO STARS -🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫- This review is for the Cary, NC Cosmo Prof...Note, this is the first review I have ever made but after this experience, it is necessary..I have been doing hair for many years and seen my share of rude people but this stores employee Sarah took the cake !! Sarah literally told us that she did NOT have time to help! EVERY question that we asked, she spoke in the most hateful disgusted tone. It was truly shocking! The manager was kind and did step in and help so I do appreciate that. He in the store while the other employee continued talking down to customers though. I will be contacting the owners and will most definitely never give this store my business again, unless there is some major changes made. Cosmo Prof, I do hope that you will re-evaluate your employees, so that you dont continue lose more paying customers.

Horrible customer service. Im licensed and just called to ask about a certain product. The lady on the phone acted like she didnt want to help and ended the conversation without asking if I needed help with anything else, just very abrupt.It is very unfortunate you all treat customers in this manner. Without us you have no business. I hope you all reevaluate your employees and managment. There is no excuse for this at all. Thank you.
