Staff is always as helpful as possible! Definitely having inventory issues since COVID. More troubling is that my last visit only 1 of three staff members was wearing a face covering.

I absolutely love Salon Centric ! The staff here is always very helpful and knowledgeable on all the product lines and different hair types. They offer free classes and if they are ever out of stock they are quick to get an order placed on your behalf. Again love them.

I have been going to this location for over a year. I have not had any issues with this store. James and Becky are pleasant to work with. If there is a sale that I was not aware of, they always let me know how to save the most money. Very much appreciated!

Absolutely horrible customer service, I have been to numerous salon centric stores and this one is the worst! always the same rude employees and are no help with anything. This store will no longer receive my business and I will use the Fayetteville store from now on!
