Very negative experience with Laptop Authority. Owner has unfortunately used deceptive means to gain financial benefit. Essentially a loop hole in terms and conditions has allowed him to profit from fraud. This is ongoing and will update with more information once process is complete. In the meantime, BEWARE OF THIS BUSINESS.

So I pay $2727.17 for a laptop that I had in my possession for 3 hours before it crashed and seller refunds me $2181.74. Thats almost a $600 difference...really? Stay away from this company.

Poor customer service from the start. Prices for most product specs are often above what can be found elsewhere. After purchase experience was terrible, once transaction is complete, they dont want to know you. Dissapointing.
