They definitely have my interest top priority!This is the first time in 40 years I haven’t worn contacts. This is following cataract surgery in both eyes. The lady was excellent showing us all the cost factors, did great explaining the lens options to us & even saved us money! First time in my life I could go pick up my new glasses within two hours. I was pleased to receive a FREE second pair of glasses for reading glasses! What a GREAT DEAL ALL AROUND!!!

First time using Eyemart Express and they surpassed my expectations. What a value! I chose two of their value frames for am exceptional low price. I picked up both pairs a little over an hour later! The same day one of the frames experienced a manufacturer defect. I visited them the next day and they fixed the frame, as well as warrantied it for me. They said they would warranty it as many times as needed in a year, even if my dog chewed them up. Impressive! Highly recommend their fast, friendly and fantastic service!

If youre ready for professional assistance in picking out frames, this is certainly the place to go. Jennie stayed within the frame budget & made the process actually fun. She took face shape into account & found several frames that fit my face, nose & high cheeks. We played with both color & style.They are a group who obviously love what they do. Community with a touch of pazzazz. I always enjoy my experinces with the Eyemart ladies.

The first time I went to them for new glasses and they fit my pupil distant for a man (im female) they didnt measure my curvature of my old glasses. Everything was wrong, to make sure it wasnt something my doc did I went back to him for another exam. Went back to eyemart with note from my doc and got new glasses. When I picked them up today the edges of the glass were jagged, sharp, and poorly placed into the frames. Talked to a manager to just ask for my money back (because Ive spent over $200) and she told me i had to wait for a store manager to come in tomorrow. Whats the point in having a manager if they cant do anything! Will NEVER go back there again
