Great customer service. Staff was very helpful. The Eye Doctor was awesome. She was friendly to me and my son. When it came to picking out glasses I was not wanting to try on much because I felt bad they had to clean them after wards. But they made me feel comfortable about doing it. Found some awesome safety glasses as well!!

Went to see if I could get new arms for my glasses, was informed that due to my specific prescription any replacement arms may alter the prescription itself. Then she added I could get a entire new pair at their store. First, Ive never been measured for the length of arm pertaining to my script, its a try on and if they fit, done. I was disappointed by this interaction, I wont be going back. She was professional but somewhat short, like I was bothering her. I was given an old pair of glasses by a friend and weirdly the arms fit perfect. Im sure they do a great job for people who dont just need a repair or for those who are repeat customers. Now I know.

I’m almost 45 & had never had an eye exam. After putting on a pair of reading glasses I realized I hadn’t been seeing clearly for who knows how long! They were so sweet with me, there was barely any wait time, masks and sanitation were enforced in the most nicest way, & everyone was very knowledgeable in the processes I went through. The receptionist explained the paperwork and got me back quickly. The Dr was super nice & put up with my 4 letter words of shock and awe when she hit the right lenses and I got excited because I could see! She explained my eye issues in a super thorough way that I could understand and never made me feel guilty for never seeing an eye Dr which made me feel at ease because I really had no clue my sight had been suffering. (I even received a rubber eyeball ring and a sticker for being a good patient which was honestly the favorite part of my visit💕😂!) The tech was straight up about insurance and assured me she would help me get into a beautiful set of frames that I could afford and even was honest about what she thought about a pair that I thought might looked pretty on the rack but she said they were too big for my face. (I have a small face and was especially concerned because I was needing bifocals) I was able to pay half at my appointment and half when I get them so I wouldn’t drain my bank account also! I’m so impressed that I will be sure to not wait another 44 yrs before seeing an eye Dr & will regularly have my eye health taken care of by this amazing group of humans✨✨

I would recommend Dr. Stickelberger and her staff for all of your vision care needs. I have been in the office and on the phone with them several times because I am a first time contact wearer and they seriously treat me as if I am their only patient. They get back to you quickly with answers and it is evident that they genuinely care about their patients.

Dr. Stickelberger, was wonderful. She took time to answer all of my questions. I didnt feel rushed. The staff and the Doctor are very nice and polite. They have a fair selection of glasses frames, if you have a lower prescription. Which I mean, I get it. I was disappointed when I picked up my glasses. I wasnt fitted. I had my contact lenses in, therefore I cant be fitted? They cant get me a lense case like they did for my exam? I guess it doesnt matter if I need adjustment, or I can drive from Riverton again for one.
