Very competent and friendly staff. Most thorough eye exam I have ever had. Dr. Porter was very professional and knowledgeable and I felt comfortable in his care. I know my eyes are in good hands.

The care and friendliness of everyone there was wonderful. They were thoughtful, thorough, and very patient, taking the time to explain everything we wanted and needed to know. I was disturbed by the fact that they were playing Christian music in the waiting area, when I think it would be far more appropriate for all audiences to play something neutral and not religion-oriented. Other than that, I highly recommend giving them your business.

I really liked the office folks and Dr. Levi was a very thorough eye Dr... He had big shoes to fill I had my last eye Dr. 30 years. .Dr.Levi did a good job of filling them.

I was very impressed with the professionalism of the entire staff. I had to bring in my 20 month in for a check up. They were gentle and caring with her and allowed us to play her favorite shows to distract her. The doctor answered all my question and never grew tired (there were a lot of questions).

I arrived ahead of scheduled appointment and was almost immediately helped. Staff very polite and helpful. They didnt have the nose piece for my glasses but were more than happy to order it and will let me know when it arrives. Great customer service.

Great staff and great Doctor. You’re not rushed through the process and all of my questions get addressed. It also doesn’t take months to be seen. Couldn’t be happier.

The office is awful about upcharging and extra fees. Our prior optometrist was great but we gave these guys a try because of their location. We had an appointment last year and they recommended a new contact lens eventhough we were just fine with the ones we had. Because they changed it they insisted on top of our copay that we pay a extra amount for a contact evaluation. They said to avoid a contact evaluation fee to not change the contacts.So one year later we gave them another chance. Went in for a annual exam and explained to them we like the contacts we have and dont need to change them. They still charged us for an extra contact evaluation in addition to our copay and were quite rude. Its sad to see this type of treatment in Casper. We have lived here our entire lives and never had to deal with anything like this.

Dr. Porter is amazingly thorough. My 9 year old son has had glasses for about 4 years now, and I have never felt so confident that he is getting the right prescription. Dr. Porter took the time to explain everything he was doing and what he was finding. I am extremely impressed with the level of service we received!

Highly recommend. I can tell Wind City Eye care respects their patients and their time, as weve never been kept waiting long for appointments. Also the staff is friendly and they do a great job assisting with insurance, appointments etc.Dr. Porter has been my kiddos eye dr. for several years and they look forward to their visits.
