Great Eye Doctor and Staff. Dr. Jensen performed a very thorough eye exam and explained things that I havent heard from other eye doctors in the past. His office staff was very nice and his eye glass fitting staff was very thorough too. Id refer him to anyone looking for great eye care.

I’ve been seeing Dr Jensen since he was in a small office next to Sears in the mall, have sent numerous people over the years and all have come back happy. Very meticulous about getting everything right and making sure you are satisfied with your vision even if it means coming back more than once.Will continue to come back as long as he’s open for business :)

Clark is an awesome optometrist. He is extremely patient with me and willing to put in the work to make my sight his top priority. To him I am an important person and always treats me as such. The girls who back him up are always super helpful, friendly and kind. It feels like I’m part of the family when I’m there and they will do anything they can to help you out.

I have been coming to Jensen Eye Care for a long time. Both Doctors Jensen are great to work with and are thorough with both the vision and the medical side of eye care. They are patient, answer my questions, and are very kind and compassionate. I also love all the staff. They are attentive and are great at helping me navigate the crazy that is insurance. To top it off, I have never had to wait very long for my appointment. As long as I live in Casper, I will be going to Jensen Eye Care.

The office staff were very polite and helpful. The waiting room was clean and professionally displayed. I was able to be seen quickly as I had been suffering with headaches and nausea. Due to the thorough exam it was discovered I was severely under prescribed by previous eye doctors. I highly recommend going to this establishment. It’s so nice to be able to see things again!

My husband has bought a few pairs of glasses from regular glasses to safety glasses to sunglasses and service couldnt get any better! I have been using Jensen Eyecare for my son for 4 years now! Doctor Seth Jensen is AMAZING with kids. My son has a hard time sitting still and Seth does fantastic with him and is so patient! The ladies who work in the office are always cheerful and helpful even with silly questions, and the ladies that help pick and fit the glasses are always phenomenal and so patient when it comes to me or my son spending forever trying to pick the perfect pair! I will never go to anywhere else!

As a new patient of Jensen Eye Care, Dr. Seth Jensen took the time to re evaluate the difficulties I was having with my prescription eye glasses and contacts. He corrected the prescription and gave me trial contacts to make sure I was seeing correctly and comfortable.The staff at Jensens then had the difficult task of asking the right questions to determine the best lenses for my lifestyle and needs. I was diagnosed with Keratoconus about five years ago. My original eye doctor after three years of trying 16 different contacts threw in the towel and referred me to Dr. Seth Jensen. Dr. Jensen was very patient with me and took his time to understand what I was looking for in contacts. He even did research and found a contact that would work for me. I am so grateful for all that he has done so that I am able to see clearly. The office staff also goes above and beyond each time I call to help me. I would highly recommend them to anyone who has be diagnosed with Keratoconus.

For my first visit I was very impressed! Everyone was great and it was a pleasant experience. I will definitely be coming back here for my yearly checkups from now on.

I please note that all the bad reviews have been removed. I am actually giving this review a one star but hope to warn other people about Dr. Seth jensen.I rate him A one star. After losing my initial contact he ordered a Nother contact and when I got it I had trouble seeing out of it creating my cornea to go foggy. When into weeks later to find out they had sent me the wrong contact. No wonder my eye hurts was difficult to take it out and created problems with the cornea. I went back in he happen to have one in stock gave me that and I purchased another one a sum of $600 and my cornea is continuing to go foggy. And I hospital in Colorado suggested I see him again to check the measurements I made an appointment and got a phone call back from the office that he does not know how to deal with the problem and doesn’t want to treat me anymore. Which is fine to me. But when you go for a doctor for help and they fit you with the wrong thing that causes a problem you think they’d be a little more attentive. This doctor is not like that he only cares about the holy buck that you spend in his place after that he doesn’t want anything to do with you.Why does somebody become a doctor and can’t fess up to their own in adequate skills.I recommend you find another doctor that will treat you with respect and is interested in you and not your money.
