Great customer service and polite. No pushing you to buy something you do not want.

Changed review after speaking to a brand manager. I am satisfied the employee will get proper counciling. My original review is I have been with metro since 2008 and It is one thing to sell it is another to outright lie. After trying to activate my old metro pcs phone I was told the company was banned l. A 10 minute call to there 800 number and that phone was connected. Unfortunately this man had zero ethics and customer service. I usually do not post this bad of a review but he truelly earned it.

Tiffany was awesome! She has a great personality and pristine knowledge of the items! She helped me decide between the LG Stylo 6 or the Motor G Stylo for my upgrade, by the way theres no comparison, hands down Moto! Thanks Tiff! I definitely recommend this location for all of your mobile needs!

I met one of the sales rep, Luis P. It was a pleasure meeting him, he had the best customer service, he was very patient, explained everything so I can understand everything. I was very comfortable before I left the store. I had to go back 2 days later hoping he would be in the store and he was! Thank you for employing him.

Génesis is AMAZINGGG!! Love her. She got me into a new iphone, accessories and bomb speaker. I told her what I was looking to spend and she made sure it was LESS than what I had in my pocket. I got a pretty big speaker and my back isn’t that great but she even helped me just get it to the car which I was SHOOOOOK from. 10 outta 10 for Genesis and she needs a raise. Ive been with Metro since 2010 and have never had an experience like this one 🤞🏽👍🏽✊🏽

I just want tell you what an excellent employee Jessica is. I bought a new phone today and she was awesome and so patient with me. I really appreciate that since I am an older lady and really needed help. Thank you and I hope you will recognize her for doing such a good job.

I bought a phone last week and left it on the bus and this girl here tracked my phone down at the lynx lost and found. very helpful she is a great asset to this company and she need the credit.. my new store from now on and i live in orlando..

Jessica is the best employee hands down couldnt ask for a better employee. She made me feel like family and helped me with everything i needed ive never been to a metropcs store ever and she made this the best experience for me. I was a little in a hurry when I came in.Lorenzo was on top of his game only took 30min.left the store with a new phone and accessories.

Came in ready to buy 3 phones, left within 5 minutes. Luis was less than helpful, terrible sales, no enthusiasm, and acted like he was annoyed I was even there. I will tale my money somewhere else. Someone take Luis some caffeine.
