This is a nightmare. Absolute hell. My sons phone broke and was insured and it has been beyond difficult to get a replacement with insurance. He finally got a replacement and they didnt make sure it was in good condition. A week later it quit. Again absolute hell getting a replacement with insurance. Keep making him an authorized user and then hes not again. I may move to Spectrum.

I had a awesome experience at this location . I came in wanting to upgrade my iPhone. It was a small wait but it was well worth the time. Everything is sanitized which was great! Allison, the store manager, very nice, was the first to greet me and was able to help me in the beginning process of deciding on the pros and cons of which iPhone would be better. Then Ann took over and it was great ! Had some great laughs! She made the process very smooth and went above and beyond with offering me many choices from the phone, accessories, and protection plan. Excellent experience here. I went in trying to change my plan, which could not be handled over the phone or website. I wasnt in the market to upgrade my phone or anything and Mayra patiently spent the significant amount of time it took to resolve the issue, handling things professionally as if I was their most important customer.The place is kept very clean and safe as well. While I was there, I observed each sales table being sanitized after each customer.

Every time I come in this place, they welcome me with such happiness. They are customer service at its best. Allison, Erika, Ann, Ken, Jeannie, and Joe have all helped me in many ways then one. They are kind and polite and are very detailed in the process of getting new service, adding a line, learning about phone features, etc. Even if they dont have the requested phone at there location, they would call around and see if other stores have them to hold. I appreciate the crew here so much. See you all again for the upgrades.

Stephanie was AMAZING today!! She was so helpful and patient in answering all of our questions. When they didnt have all of the phones that we needed, she immediately requested that they be transferred from another store for our convenience. ❤ She communicated all of our different options that were available, including promotions available throughout the store.We were anxious about coming in and inquiring about new phones (think buying a car), but this experience was PERFECT! We were greeted by Stephanie immediately upon our arrival, taken to a sanitized station, all of our questions were answered, and everything was done with exceptional professionalism and efficiency! This was opposite of what I was anticipating and it was WONDERFUL!!Thank you, Stephanie, for making this the BEST phone buying experience EVER!!!

Excellent service with my visit today, Ken was supper. I was there today to get a new phone for my dad, he was super professional just like the 1st time I met him...two months ago when I first purchased my cell phone. He was very patient and detailed every step of the way. Today he helped my dad get all his contacts, images and videos to his new cell phone. I have to share this process wasnt easy since my dad phone was not really working properly. Ken made the process enjoyable and I was truly satisfied. I did not feel at any time while he was assisting us, like he was rushing us to get to the next person. For me that just tells me he cares. No body can ask better service, Allison was excellent as well, she also was very professional and helpful with all the questions I had.... I definitely recommend to visit Ken or Allison at the Hollow Branch location in Casselberry, I have a T-Mobile store less than 1/2 mile away from home and this was the second time I went to go see Ken, its all about customer service... Bought my phone with Ann she was absolutely exceptional went above and beyond. She took her time with me in finding a job for my needs truly loved her. Went back 2 days later to try to finish getting my phone set up as well as buy accessories and met Joe. It seems like he was in a hurry to get me in and out and not receptive really to help. Mind you I drove 35mins to this store for the wonderful service I received when I have several within a 5 mile radius of my house. Will never return here

Adrian was the rudest, most awful manager Ive ever had the displeasure of dealing with. He refused to serve me and asked me to wait outside, in the rain, like a dog. He then ignored me when I tried to have a civil conversation with him and proceeded to assist those who came in after me. He didnt agree with my religious beliefs and decided to discriminate against me. Then he called the police on me when no crime was committed! He wasted the time of our hard working police officers! Hes just a horrible person who enjoys ruining peoples day. What I wanted would have taken two seconds of his time, but he chose to be a horrible human being instead. I will be looking for another phone company now.

If you are in a hurry, this is not the place… literally every time I come here the minimum wait is almost an hour( minimum)… not making a great impression with this merge, T-mobile.

Joe C. is literally the BEST!!! He is patient, answers all questions without any hesitation! He takes his time on giving the best knowledge/feedback on what my issue was when coming to this T-mobile. I definitely recommend him when anyone is having any issue. T-Mobile did a good job hiring Joe. Again thank you for all your help.

Horrible lack of respect and service from manager Adrian. I will cancel my service and find a company with respectful employees. This store likes to discriminate against anyone with certain disabilities or religious beliefs, which is against the law. They are a bunch of criminals with no respect for the law.

Store Manager Aleem was absolutely amazing! He was funny, extremely courteous and helpful! He helped me understand many things about my phone I didn’t previously know and someone in a different TMobile store location had never told me even after many visits. My daughter was here earlier today and he helped her so much also. She was raving about how helpful he was to her so I literally jumped in my car and drove over here. He is a great asset to the TMobile company and they let him know this!

Christopher B and Stephanie R were an incredible source of knowledge relating to how I can navigate replacing my stolen phone in the most efficient way possible. Having been submitted to such a circumstance, my heart was already pounding with nervousness and slight loss of hope, prior to walking through the doors. Their combined humility and kindness was a much needed breath of fresh air as they listened, acknowledged, and continued to make me feel like I wasn’t going through this alone from start to finish. I’m incredibly grateful.If you’re looking for a store that treats you more like a neighbor and less like a number, this is it. Just be honest when you don’t understand something and they will do their best to get you going in the right direction.

Ken, at the T-Mobile here, immediately helped my elderly neighbors to calm us down when they could not use the phone and thought it had to be totally reprogramed. He worked with us patiently and saved all the information on the phone and even helped us discover what our password was!

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE-I visited a branch that was closer to my house to try to switch my phone through the jump program. To my surprise the associates that worked on that branch told me that they could not exchange my phone because they could not find a water damage indicator inside my almost new iPhone. I expressed my frustration because I had never altered my phone and they directed me to customer service and try to call warranty. I decided to stop by this branch and the team on this store was so helpful and knowledgeable. Stephanie (the associate that helped me) quickly identified that my iPhone XR had no issues and was able to help me out. I walked out of the store completely satisfied with how easy Stephanie made this process to be.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. You will want to schedule an appointment before going into this location as it is busy.

The two employees that were the time, 1/16/21 ignored us for a good minute after we enter the door, so we proceded to go farther in to the store to look at the phones. At that moment was told loudly and very rudely; to stay behind a chair . Behind this chair we stay for the next 15 minutes.w hi whitout been anowledge..never going back.

I usually don’t write reviews but I was having a really bad day and I walked into the store and this employee Dustin was so delightful. He gave me great customer service and was one of the kindest most genuine people I’ve ever met for the first time. I went to my near by T-Mobile store to get a upgrade on my cell phone in 06/15/2020. I was greeted at the door by Ms.Ann M. She had an abundance amount of knowledge about all the phones I was interested in and really helped me out a lot. My old phone was a Samsung Galaxy 7 and I was in need of a change. Ms.Ann helped me with my transition into team IPhone and I’m so glad I did. She was patient and made me a priority the entire time. I am so thankful she was there to assist me that day.

The associates that were working at 6pm on May 9th did not feel like doing their jobs and gave no help when asked questions. Ask for assistance to check around for available iPhone 11s and 0/3 of the workers standing around doing absolutely nothing did not even try to call around for available inventory. Disgusted and will never return here.
