I contacted this company with my very specific request and they were able to deliver the most beautiful acrylic for my wife as a Mothers Day gift. She is going to be stunned with the detail and beauty of this picture. Very good customer service, good communication and worked very well with a short deadline. I will use them again.

This company by far is the WORST company to deal with!!! You order a tumbler and it never gets shipped. They took my money and still no tumbler. I called customer service only to be told it is being processed and would ship in a couple of days. A couple of days passed, still nothing. No shipping date, tracking number NOTHING!!! I have called several times only to be given the run around. This has been going on for several weeks. I spoke to the person in customer service demanding my money back. She informed me that the manager would call me back as he was out to lunch. NOTHING!!!!! No phone call from the manager. My next step is to call the credit card company and the Better Business Bureau. DONT BELIEVE ANY OF THE GOOD REVIEWS!!!! The good ones are probably family and friends. Believe the bad ones and dont waste your money!!!! Wish I didnt have to give a star rating because they wouldnt have even gotten the one.

I ordered a thin blue line yeti tumbler at the beginning of December. The tumbler was supposed to be personalized with the name of the recipient, however when I received it, there was no name printed at all. I contacted the company and they immediately emailed me a return label to send it back and have it corrected. I was told as soon as it was received it would be corrected and shipped back out the same day. I was assured I would receive it back before Christmas (which at the time was still over 2 weeks away). Still no tumbler to this day. I have tried emailing them and calling them several times. No one responds to my emails and the customer service line just rings busy every time I call. SO FRUSTRATING. I doubt I will get my order and can’t get a hold of anyone to get my money back.

Bought a hybrid case for my LG from their HUGE selection. Arrived in only a couple of days and I was NOT disappointed. The quality is great and the prices are low. I will definitely order more very soon and I will also tell my friends about Trek

Zero stars! Don’t be fooled by these positive reviews. I ordered a Yeti Tumbler as a gift with the hopes that it would be shipped within the stated 2-6 business days. After three weeks, I contacted Trek Media Group to inquire about the whereabouts of my product. An employee responded with an apology for the delay and a promise to look into it; this was not a problem as I understand mistakes happen. However, this was several weeks ago and even after further attempts to contact, I still have no response to where my product is at. I’m now having to file a complaint with Paypal just to get my money back. Do yourself a favor and spend your money elsewhere. It’s not worth the trouble.

I ordered a plain (not printed) Corkcicle tumbler and it took nearly 3 weeks to arrive. This was meant to be a Christmas gift for a soldier home on leave, but arrived a week after Christmas. Thanks for nothing Trek Media. Attempted to contact them three times, but they would never reply.

I ordered a mug for a coaches gift, 3 weeks in advance. On the day of the event it still hadn’t arrived. I called and was informed they hadn’t even begun to print the personalized name on it, let alone shipped it. Very disappointed! now I need to scramble to get a new gift.Five days later, no email response and no paypal refund!

I never received any confirmation on my order, but money was taken from my account right away. So they are quick to take your money, but lack the ability to send out deliveries or reply to e-mails and phone calls. After doing some research I found out this place is in the same state as I am, so I definitely should have received my order.I will never order from this place again, and I highly suggest no one else does either.

Tried calling their customer service phone number and got a recording saying to call during business hours (this was before noon on a weekday). STAY AWAY if you want your product in a timely manner!

Although the charges were made to my credit card for the order, I have never received any confirmation or tracking number. Placed online order February 24, 2013, never heard back from company, I called in only to be told they could not locate requested item. No problem, I spoke with company service representative on June 13, 2013, stated a refund would be issued to my PayPal account within 48 hours. Repeated attempts to get refund and company delivers only empty promises, still waiting for my refund.I filed complaint to Better Business Bureau seeking my refund for professional services not rendered. I ordered a matte black rtic can kozzie. When I received it, it came in an Rtic cardboard box. Then I proceeded to open the box and the can is a fake yeti kozzie. Ordered a camoflauge phone case December 25 2016 said it would be her January 3 2017 and it has not arrived every time I try to contact the operater says Ive called during their closed hours when its during operating hours.

When I contacted their customer service, I was told that the items were in the shipping department - 8 DAYS after my credit card had been billed.
