What a difference a store can make. Not all Verizon stores are the same, this location breaks the mold on exceptional, honest, upfront, helpful, and insightful assistance. Kim took the time to listen and understand my needs, no sales, no pressure. He gave honest feedback and recommendations and not once did he try to upsale which I greatly appreciated. He took the time to answer all my questions and when I left I felt great about the entire experience from start to finish. This is the store you want to visit for all your cellualr needs.

I visited this location on 1/5/2021 and had an appointment with Cory, I previously spoke with him regarding a certain promotion on Saturday and asked if I could come in Tuesday and he said yes, me and my family drove 40 minutes out to the location and Cory than told us that the promotion we specifically asked for was over on Sunday. Not only was I misinformed but Cory than proceeded to cut my mother off in the middle of talking on multiple occasions, he also than proceeded to talk to his co worker about my family and I over heard the conversation as he was walking back to his desk... I have been a long time Verizon user and am severely dissappointed.... someone please tell Cory to work on his people skills I will not be going back.

I just switched my carriers from ATT to Verizon. I had a rep named Kenya. From the time I entered the store, Kenya made me feel rushed. I had no time to look at phones. Kenya had said, these are the phones she had picked out for me without my consent. I had questions regarding my phone, I had left Kenya two voicemails asking her to please return my call regarding my questions and I never received a call back. I am a disabled person and felt like Kenya was only out for the sale and not making sure I was comfortable before exiting this location. Very poor customer service. Sorry I ever went to this location.I would also like to add that she asked me to post a positive post regarding her and she wanted to read it before I posted it.

Andrew went above and beyond to help me get a new phone and then a new tablet. I am a very matter of fact person and he took the time to get to know me and what I wanted and more importantly what I didnt want. I truly appreciate all the time he spent with me. My past experiences at this store, which was about 5 years ago when I needed a new phone, it wasnt the best experience. This time, however, completely different. Lets hope the next time will be the same.

They answer all my questions and take care of all the issues I have every time.He was able to fix my ringer which wasnt ringing loud and the power button working when I went to light it up. Now its good

It is absolutely pointless to ask them to transfer your info from one phone to another. Do it yourself and save 37$. They also charge you a dollar if you pay in cash 🙄. So they told me there is no way to get all my app settings transferred with my theme and folders organized. That is NOT TRUE. Save yourself the trip if you are looking to transfer info on your Samsung. Use the Smart Switch app and it does all of that automatically.Update: I went into the store and spoke with someone else. She helped and gave me a refund so I appreciate the customer service!

Initially our experience in the store was great with Conlin. We purchased a new phone, add-on as well as an iPad. We were told there were multiple deals going on at the time and activation fees were waived. If anything came up on the bill, to call him directly. Numerous fees were of course tacked on, customer service has been awful and Conlin will not respond to several phone calls and e-mails. Very upset with how our experience has been after deciding not to switch carriers - re-thinking our decision now.

As of now the experience has been great I came in with an emergency situation because my old phone was lost in water. Came here over the weekend to switch from Straight Talk. The gentleman who helped me was very kind and made the transition very easy. I had to go back a few days later because Straight Talk did something to my phone that made it difficult for the transfer to be completed, and two more guys there were determined to figure out what it was and were very helpful -- and they didnt charge me anything! I will definitely come back here.

I came in to the Verizon store because I couldn’t figure out why my phone was not sending or receiving texts to my friend in Canada. I was helped by the rep Steven Farrell and he showed me why it wasn’t working. He also helped me set up my contacts so that I do not run in to this problem again. Steven was as courteous as expected, if I need a new phone he will be the first person I would buy from.

Sold me a bad phone so I went back to see what was going on with my new phone. The sales person ran a diagnosis program and it seemed to help. The next day my problem continued. At that time my wife contacted Verizon and they said they the phone should have been replaced because it was in the 14 day no questions asked replacement time frame. Then she finds out that most of the stores arent owned by Verizon. What.

The experience at the Cellular sales store compared to the Verizon corporate stores is a huge difference. Cellular Sales treats you a lot better not looking at you as just another sale they treat you like a person making sure you get what you want with no stress. The staff is amazing and always extremely helpful, they look out for whats best for the customer. Trust me if you need something done with your Verizon phone or plan whether it be adding a line, becoming a new customer, getting a new phone, or any troubles visit a Cellular Sales store, they actually care what you want not like the corporate stores unfortunately. thank you to the great staff there and finally not making my visit with Verizon a nightmare and making me want to stay with Verizon.

I had an excellent experience at the Casselberry store. The salesman took his time to help and followed up until the situation (Boot Loop) was rectified. Excellent customer service and patience. I wish he could teach the employees at a different Verizon store how to treat the customer. A different rep that took care of me when I received my replacement phone was also excellent.

Jeremy was so helpful!!! I came in to get my line transferred and expected it to take a while, but he was very efficient and got me in and out in no time at all. He was very friendly and made conversation while we were on hold with the representative. I came in for help in my service and seeing when I can upgrade to the new iPhone! Service was very informational and helpful in pulling up my account right away. Very polite and respectful!

Decided it was time for an upgrade and purchased a new IPhone XS in March 2019. Along with the purchase I was sold a pure gear screen protector with a lifetime warranty. Representative Cesar Lopez took care of me and did an excellent job. 3-4 weeks after purchase I came in and informed Cesar the screen protector was defective and cracked- it was replaced it free of charge.9/2019 - I contacted the store via phone call notifying them that the screen was cracked and I was informed it would be replaced free of charge. Took the 30 minute drive to the store to have it taken care of to have sales representative Nicholas inform me the replacement will not be covered and I would have to pay the cost. Very misleading and frustrating to have one representative inform me it would be replaced to arrive and hear the opposite. Disappointed overall with the quality of customer service and lack of communication between employees. I would not recommend purchasing any phone/accessory from this store as their staff is not willing to hold their agreement as discussed on the phone before making the 30 minute drive.
