Very long line in the drivethru but it was the noon hour, actually pretty fast considering the long line, very friendly employees and they got the order exactly right. Would recommend.

Always one of the quickest, most efficient and friendly Starbucks you can go to. A delight for coffee drinkers in a rush everywhere.

The coffee is good I go there all the time. The people are nice. The only reason I give it 2 stars is because every time I go there on the weekends there lobby is closed. I ride a motorcycle, drive-through does not work for me… they don’t have the space to force everybody into there tiny Drive-through when they open up the lobby again 7 days a week I will change my review

Wasted my time and gas to come here. 2pm in the afternoon and they are Closed! 3 people running around inside and when I called I was told that they were Unstaffed. THERE WAS NO BUSINESS!!! How can they be Understaffed??? How many people does it take to brew their overpriced swill? Ridiculous! I swear I think its time to switch to 7-11... SMH...

After lunch with my family on a recent trip to Orlando, my sister said she wanted an iced tea at this Starbucks. We parked and entered and got comfortable seats by the front door with small six-sided tables for each comfortable chair.The coffees were standard, but my sisters tea was special and generous.There are four side tables, each with two wooden seat chairs, and one long table in the center of the large room with extra-tall ceiling with about a dozen high chairs, mainly occupied by people with laptops or phones and books.The place is very clean and outside are several outdoor tables and chairs, sheltered from the sun by umbrellas. There is ample parking and landscaping of palms and other plants.

I always have a great experience. I stop by this location every weekday on my way to work. Elle in particular gives great advice in addition to handing over my coffee! She exchanged a useful nugget of wisdom about mini coopers with me that has saved me money on gas! Thanks so much for everyone there who helps me start my day off on the right foot. 🤗

Pretty good coffee. Not the best Ive ever had, Starbucks tends to roast their beans more than I like and it gives a stronger aftertaste but can you choose own I guess. The staff was really nice and I found out today that I can get a blond Americano anytime I want. I always hate but they never have any blonde coffee brewed after around noon. Thank you to the Barista who offered that suggestion.

I just wanted to say the employees at this location are amazing and because of them I want to try Starbucks as soon as I get my paycheck!! My car died at this location and one of the employees came out asked if I needed help and offered me a drink. Two other employees who went out of their way to help jump start my car along with one of their customers. I couldnt be more thankful for their help. I really wish I got their names.

This store is inconsistent. I live right next to it, but will choose to go to Altamonte or Winter Springs instead. They often close earlier than the listed time and I have often had to get my drinks re-made at this location.

Multiple employees standing around. Line wrapped around the building. Cashier girl at drive thru and another boy just standing. They need to be making drinks!!

Lately they havent been open at the time they say they are. I work early and usually theyre supposed to be open at 6:45 am like all the other locations but this location has been closed the past week and its misleading to say youre open on Google when you are clearly closed.

We placed a mobil order at this location, which we have done many times. Today we placed an order like normal and when we went to pick it up today when the lobby was closed and we were forced to wait in the drive thru line... An employee did come out at one point to give people their Mobil orders, but refused to bring anyone else their order. When we asked about her other orders she basically refused to talk to people other than to yell and wave her finger at us and keep repeating that we had to go through the drive thru. We then waited 27 minutes in the drive through line, after pulling away and starting to drink my coffee, I realized that my order was incorrect. We then turned around to go back the the store. I tried calling the store and then knocking on the door when I got no answer. My husband then walked up to the drive thru window to tell them the coffee was wrong and we were told we’d have to get in the drive through line to get my coffee fixed (which by now the line was even longer. We talk about supporting our local businesses & restaurants, however this business’s LACK of care to their customers was EXTREMELY disappointing. There were so many things they could have done to resolve this issue,, they could have simply turning off their mobile ordering or open only one door and place a table just on the inside fro people to pick up their order. This experience really turned me not only to this store but Starbucks the company itself! I will NOT EVER return this store.

I go to Starbucks multiple times a day.. This Starbucks in Casselberry not only gave me old coffee the first time. I had to go inside to a very rude staff my drink was forgotten about twice I was asked my order twice . After 30 minutes I was finally able to leave with my coffee. I will never be back.

We enjoyed our venti frappucinos, Mocha Cookie Crumble and Vanilla Bean along with a Puppaccino for our sweet pup, Gabby. The staff was super enthusiastic about her getting her first Puppaccino. The frappucinos were delicious!

11/17:20 Terrible service at this location!!! I ordered a blonde Americano with cream on the side. I asked for a short cup of cream, large amount to mix into my Americano. I get a short cup with a small amount of cream. I ask for extra cream. And she says.. I have too charge u for that! Ive never had that happen too me at any Starbucks location. I Asked for splenda didnt get it. Had to ask for that again for that. Beware. This is not Starbucks service here. They have an attitude problem with customers! Not coming back here!

Friendly service, good drinks. The only thing was the woman behind the counter making drinks kept touching her hair, twirling and then touch and making drink without washing her hands.

I didnt get my birthday drink and I waited 15 minutes for the happy hour to start and the computer wasnt working so I had to pay for both drinks.

I was always a Barneys coffee ☕fan and it sucked when they closed. Eventually I tried Starbucks and I was pleased of the choices, from coffee to pastries and breakfast/lunch. Many stores have early to late hours. I like to order via mobile phone and they tell you how long it will take for your order to be ready. I usually go through the drive-through just to pick it up which makes it a quick process!

Good location, only recommendation is to get better chairs to sit on. This place only has 3 big chairs that are comfy the rest are wooden and hurt my back tremendously..if you have back problems youve been warned. Overall not a bad place, friendly employees and clean place.

Gave and paid for my order waited approximately 20 minutes then told oh we are out of what you ordered do you want something else then g ave me my coffee with so much sugar when I ordered cream only with no classic.

Went to this Starbucks this morning and ordered a Venti hot coffee. The drive thru attendant didnt put the lid on tight enough and spilled hot coffee all over my hand. I can understand how this would happen, however no apology and just handed over napkins like it was a bother. Didnt say a single word. Wont be going back and they need to understand how serious this could have been.

I absolutely love coming here. This is my go to study place. First, the atmosphere is so nice, there is plenty of room inside with two large tables if you have groups or smaller tables and plenty of outside seating as well. The staff is EXTREMELY wonderful and friendly, I love coming in here. Jonny is always smiling and so are the rest of the girls. This is my favorite Starbucks.

Ive been there a total of three times and each time there was an issue. The first time, stingy with drizzle and toppings. Second time, SAME. Third time, wrong order. I have to go the extra mile and go to the Target Starbucks instead. They always get the order right and they make picture-perfect drinks.

I love any Starbucks but this particular staff, when I ask for a green juice from the drive through, the staff will lie and say they are out just so they don’t have to go to the other side of the store to get it. So sometimes I have to go in myself and get it which is inconvenient because I have a 3 year old.

The baristas here are quite lovely. I come here most days to work from my laptop for hours. Theyre always friendly and once one of them came over to ask if I wanted waterIm also always seeing them deliver food or drinks to seated people.Its not absolutely packed to the gills like some locations but sees plenty of traffic.

Big sign saying they’re open for mobile order, Uber eats or drive thru. Drive around, and there’s a sign saying “drive thru only”... BLOCKING the drive thru. Try to call to see if that was a mistake or to see about someone moving the sign - no answer.

The team is extremely unprofessional. Ive stopped in on a few different occasions and each time, Ive deeply regretted it. The baristas have an attitude, will not say youre welcome or address you by your name and openly laugh in your face as they make smart remarks to each other. This has been brought up to management with no avail. Very disappointing, will not go to this location, ever again.

I usually drive out of my way to frequent this Starbucks passing BY the one on 436/Howell Branch. The coffee is smooth tasting and rarely bitter. The Howell Branch location Ive had to have them remake my drink several times due to the burnt flavor their coffee sometimes has.

I NEVER GO TO STARBUCKS IN FEAR OF BEING SINGLED OUT FOR BEING A MINORITY, MUSLIM AND SO CALLED AFRICAN AMERICAN. I PASS BY STARBUCKS EVERY DAY. I WILL NEVER GIVE THEM MY SUPPORT OR BUSINESS. IN MY OPINION STARBUCKS HAS A VERY POOR REPUTATION REGARDING THE 1ST 2ND AND 4TH AMENDMENTS.

Everyday I go to starbucks and spend $10 dollars on my coffee and breakfast. thats over $300 a month. Normally I am met with excellent service however Today i was met with the most rude customer service ever. I was waiting for the clerk to take my order and she nastily says have you ordered yet I responded no and she says well can you. I was extremely taken back as to why she was acting so nasty. I said something about it at the window and I was told it would be handled. I was not left with the impression that it would be. I hated this experience and it messed up my morning that started off on a positive note. I gave two stars because the two black girls that work there, the white guy with the darker beard, and the super chipper black guy (i dont know their names) are always excellent.

The last two times I visited this location my pumpkin spice coffee was PERFECT!

The staff was very pleasant, but I asked for three long shots and when I got my drink it was cold. I went back and ask them to remake the drink it was again cold and it was not three long shots. Not sure what the mix up was as my companion asked for two long shot that drink was made correctly.

Incredible nice and friendly staff that goes out of thier way to get to know your name and drink preferences. Unfortunately the newly remodelled store lacks enough cozy chairs and smaller tables. Otherwise 5 stars.

Im a Starbucks fan and frequent a variety of locations when running errands. I like the Starbucks app and rewards program. Im partial to ordering ahead and picking up my order from the drive up window.

Not really an aficionado of fancy coffees but the seasonal praline latte was awesome! The layout of this Starbucks was different too.

I loved this location until my husband forgot to get the credit card back from one of the employees, and they went on a shopping spree. The card went missing and magically appeared days later. Another employee said, your husband forgot his credit card last time he was here. She went to the back and retrieved it. I tried contacting a supervisor and a corporate manager and never received a response from either one. Unprofessional in my opinion.

Not so sure about this place, I always get a cold brew coffee from Starbucks and everytime I come here it tastes bitter and too strong. Their drive thru in the morning is hit or miss - they might make you late, they might not.

I was headed to work just now and I go into this specific Starbucks all the time. Ive had wonderful service up until now. I was 20 cents short. 20!! Till wasnt able to get my coffee. I have put tips in the tip gar Everytime Ive went in there as well. Its just a shame that a loyal customer couldnt get a coffee being 20 cents short!

In 2016 I wrote that this location was not the same since the exodus of employees in spring 2015. When I get a frappuccino its good. When I get a mocha or similar coffee and I add extra pumps or sugar, it is never properly stirred. I only stop in the morning occasionally when I dont make my coffee. I just wait to get to work to stir it. For the last couple of years, each coffee I got has a bottom full of sugar and syrup that wasnt stirred. No excuse.

I love Starbucks but service here is very slow. And I always have one of my orders wrong. Today, this morning I actually received an uncompleted breakfast sandwich. My sandwich only came with the bottom bun no top bun, and bacon was not cooked completely. Also, from what I was tpld, these come pre-packaged. So wouldnt someone have notice the bun was missing?!
