Well, needed put plugs in my truck, wanted be somewhere Id have access to correct mistakes as I made them.I met the crew, each helpful, friendly, underpaid, hard working men, here for their community and did I mention UNDERPAID.The helped my broken ol tookus and I appreciated it.They didnt work on my vehical, but provided eyes when mine couldnt see the issues.Even the new kid on the job, was helpful with a good head on his shoulders and I bet he too could use a raise.Good people form great teams and those a company should fear losing. It is after all about the people, right?Keep up the good work fellasP.S. it is a good sign when the customer cant tell who the manager is.
Very helpful, we were buying a battery having to replace one from another vendors 2nd warranty issue.While a battery is no big deal to install, they offered free installation with the purchase.

Daniel and Rigo took great care of me on my most recent visit to the store. These guys provided top notch customer service, understood my situation and went the extra mile to make sure I was taken care of. They are both extremely knowledgeable, and a great asset to Advanced Auto.
Two employees spent the whole time I was in the store up front maskless. At check out the employees nose was hanging out. I asked him to cover up which he did but I did not need the excuse well we just wear them for 10 hours a day.... Ive worn my mask long periods of time to. Its unpleasant but spreading covid is worse.when theres other people in the store your employees must wear masks. What they do when customers arent there or on their breaks doesnt mater, but when youre in front of customer theres no excuse to see employees mouths and noses.
Rey just helped grab a few things for my Saturday brake job including a loaner tool. Super cool guy and knew his stuff! I’ll be back!

Our truck needed new batteries, we couldn’t shut it off and restart unless we jumped it so it was pretty urgent. I went to Advance auto in castle rock, it was dumping snow, my husband was out of town and Austin was so kind to come out in the cold, wet and snowy weather to change 2 batteries in our truck. Appreciate it so much and the fast great customer service.
Everything you could possible need for your auto. Counter help was wonderful. Clean neat store, even the windows were super clean. I ordered break pads, the man behind the counter gave me several options . They were in the very next day. Im pretty please with how knowledgeable the team was. The new pads went on in a jiffy, and I think they are better than the original set.

Well stocked, good service, and the ability to find products online, and/or in stock, before I drive there, is the best one can ask for in todays shopping challenges. You can even pay for it online and really reduce ones contact factor.

I had an amazing experience! I needed a bulb changed in my headlight, which ended up being more complicated than anticipated. They wasted no time at all! Came right out to my car, started working on replacing the bulb, and remained extremely friendly the entire time! I will DEFINITELY go back!
Probably the best customer service I have ever had at a store. Went in today got all the parts I needed. Had to come back because of my fault. They took very good care of me and helped me get my tuck back on the road!

Their return policy was horrible. Even with a credit card number they could not return a battery that was defective. And their customer service was lackluster on top of that.I am into other advance Auto parts stores and they are above and beyond more helpful. At other locationsthey are more helpful above and beyond more caring and they go out of their way to make sure that all your needs are met. This location could not even pick up the phone to make phone calls. And when they informed me of their return policy and that they cannot confirm through their computer system other purchases other stores I was confused because Ive never heard of it. It would have been nice to see them at least pick up the phone or at least talk to the person on my phone. They informed me that they cannot confirm a purchase from a credit and that they can only confirm a purchase through a telephonenumber. At other locations they have gone above and beyond for returns and that was what was interesting about this visit to this advance Auto parts. I will not be going back to this advanced Auto parts store unless there is a problem that they cant take care of and I confirm that over the phone before I go. I would like to say that all advance Auto parts or as good as the advance Auto parts that Ive been to in the past but that just isnt case with this one or at least with my visit.its unfortunate because I have met and know a couple individuals quite well that do work advance Auto parts and it was disheartening to see them with this kind of customer service at this location and on this visit. They couldnt even pick uptheir phone or talk to somebody on my phone to look into their system so that I could return an item.connect to their computers for two other advance Auto parts stores sell I am very disappointed with the visit.

Drove to Castle Rock from the Springs for a day of shopping at the outlet mall. Unfortunately my car decided to overheat on the way up and now I was potentially stuck up here. Coasted to Advanced Auto told them my situation after being denied by FireStone and the guy from Mississippi (I forget his name) went out to my car in the parking lot and helped me immediately! Absolutely fantastic customer service and was honest and did not try to get more money out of me than needed.

Wanted to return some windshield wipers that dont pick up anything after 1 day with the original receipt in packaging, they wouldnt take them back. Their rainx latitudes are $7 more than walmart.

Had a tough time talking to the sales guy chance who kept trying to sell me a ujoint for my car that wouldnt even start up. Maybe more training is needed as I went to a shop and they replaced my battery and I was good to go.
