Communication really needs to improve! Had an 8 am appt and at 1130 still didnt hear anything and was only an alignment. Went back down and car never got taken in until about 1030. Mechanics know their stuff, just really need some people out front that care about people! So if you make an appt, dont expect for them to actually get you in on time. Have also seen this from others but wanted to give them a chance. But definitely wont be back!

Absolutely terrific experience! If this were the ancient times, this store would have at least 17 tales sung about it by bards across the land! My headlights have never shined so bright, like the mighty thunderbolt of Zeus!

Had new brakes and rotors installed this past May. My vehicle brakes were squeaking loudly and distributing force on the rotors unevenly. Basically, they have not operated properly, considering they are brand new. Took it in for warranty and a check up which the employee stated it would get done today. Dropped it off for five hours. Nothing was done. Picked it up with nothing done. A call would have been considerate, to say the least. Keep in mind, I walked from and back to this location from my work.

I will no longer take my nor any of my families vehicles here ever again. We have given them many chances and each time they miss the mark. While I trust their technicians to do a decent job on the mechanical side, their shop is not run professionally at all.First, I went to get an oil change a few months ago with a 9am appointment. SIX HOURS LATER, I had to call the shop and check in on my vehicle where they then told me that they hadnt even gotten to it yet and wont get to it until the next day. They simply forgot about my car and their response was just sorry.Just last month my wife took her car in for an oil change and was told to leave her keys in the before hours drop box. Once again we have to call the shop HOURS later only to be told they didnt get to it. Apparently they check the overnight drop box at 7:30 in the morning and thats it. My wifes keys never actually left the box and that was another appointment wasted.This last Saturday I take my car in again for an oil change, once again I had to call the shop SIX HOURS LATER to check on my vehicle. I even made sure to tell the associate the morning I dropped it off to please call me when its done because in the past they had never done that. She said no problem and I was on my way. Long story short, they called THE WRONG PHONE NUMBER and never wondered why I didnt call back until they were almost closed.All in all I simply dont trust this shop anymore. After three bad experiences in a row I feel as though they dont actually care about their customers, or they give preferential treatment to certain customers and others are left behind.Either way I wont be coming back, which is a shame because I have been an avid Brakes Plus supporter for over ten years.

Very honest service. When they said they had to order parts, I was worried they’d have my car for a week or more, due to how hard Covid is to predict. Not only did they have everything done the next day, but before I had to go to work too!Sensational work!

Made an appointment for a brake flush (in parker) was told i needed new brakes (very rudely) and he gave me a paper that had a quote for both the brakes and the service (round close to 500. so i made a new appointment for my brakes with the one in castle rock- when i called the first guy was all over the place with the price stating it was going to be almost 400 just to install (i bought my own parts) when i called a second time the girl said that the price out the door would be $156.45. went ahead made the appointment went in today (this morning) and are told that the price out the door would be $290. number one when you give a quote- that’s the price- not extra or anything- when i talked to the guy he said he had to pay the guys - i get that you do a service you get paid, but not when you are told one thing and than given another. highly disappointed. highly dissatisfied.

No complaints about the quality of work or their communication. The problem is that they wanted to charge me around $5,000 for work that another local company completed for less than $1,000. (Im not affiliated with that other company in any way, Im just a loyal customer)I wouldnt have even gone to brakes plus if it werent for discount tire that cracked a brake fluid line when installing new tires on my car. Discount told me to take it across the street to brakes plus and if brakes plus proved it was their fault they would pay for it. Thats a story for another review.All in all, I only had brakes plus do the minimum work that would allow me to drive my car to Wessbecker automotive for a 2nd look and Im so glad I did.

This is the place to go!Amazing customer experience, quick and convenient service, and treatment that no other auto shop even comes close to!I went in just to have my brakes checked and to get an oil change but after the initial diagnosis that they did they recommended that I replace my shocks and struts (something I never would have thought of!) I couldnt be happier that I took their advise and had them replace them there on the spot! Now my car drives more effortlessly and smoothly than the day I got it, seriously cant recommend this place enough they will find what needs to be fixed and fix it, unlike other places that will just try to get as much money as possible from people like myself simply because I dont know that much about cars. 10/10

I had a few lug stems broken they worked me in and got me out the door very quickly, they even went to another business for them to repair the Lugnuts without me having to do the work I really appreciate them and they’re concern for my safety and time. In this day and age it’s very difficult to find a service team that is truly engaged with their client nice work.

I went in a few day ago needing to get my SAS sensor recalibrated and Jeremy the store manager had one if his guys do it for free. I offered to pay but he wouldnt let me. I have passed by this establishment for a number of years and had never used them to service my car in any manner. Last Tuesday morning I was about to drive to a meeting and realized my back passenger brake light was not working. I hate to admit it but I know nothing about cars and this stressed me a bit that day. I called a friend who told me to go buy the bulb and have someone install it. I did just that and stopped and bought a bulb and then took it to another company and asked them if they could install it. While they were nice enough, it was clear the manager was having a fairly challenging morning. He told me he was down a mechanic, had a lot of cars in front of me, how much it would cost, and Id have to come back in the afternoon and he just seemed none to interested in my little problem. I literally then drove less than 100 yards to this Brakes Plus and as soon as I walked in the door, the atmosphere was calm, professional and welcoming. I indicated I needed my brake light installed. The manager said...sure, no problem, give me a few minutes. Literally less than 15 minutes later, he had installed it himself and when I went to pay, he said...no charge. I have to tell you, I almost teared up. It wasnt the money...well yes, I guess thats part of it, but more importantly, it was the compassion. I will not pass by them again when I need my car serviced.

These guys are awesome. Normally i would try to avoid corporate entity places and go for mom pop shops. But i had a brake line burst up in the hills on rampart road and it was a Saturday and they were the only place open. I got an old beat up truck. They at first said i had to leave it there over the weekend, but when they saw me pulling clothes and necessities out of my truck trying to buckle down with nowhere to go for the weekend they realized i needed help. They patched up my problem that day and for less money than i expected. These guys really are the best. I really recommend them. Super nice staff. All of em. Thank you so much...

I recently moved to Castle Rock and experienced some brake and front end troubles to my work van, since i am new to the area i was unsure who is legit and especially good!!! So i yelped some places and this is where i decided to go, i am very pleased how quick and honest this place is and very caring, the crew here stayed about 3 hours after closing to fix my work van because i had clients the next morning, no one does that and is still nice and in cheerful moods, John was the main person in charge and was extremely helpful and kind. I will definitely be back here for any auto care that is needed and i highly recommend this company...

I cannot speak more highly of this location and specifically the service advisor Aaron. He was professional, kind, and extremely helpful. My fear when going to car repair shops is that I will be talked down to and scammed, but that was not the case here at all. He was honest and fair and did everything he could to give me the best deal possible and advise me on how best to deal with a costly problem. I left feeling confident that I was given a full and honest picture of what is wrong with my car and how to fix it. I would 100% recommend this shop to anyone and everyone.

It’s unfortunate that as a society we can’t always trust everyone, especially when it comes to repair type services - not because good people don’t exist, because they do and I believe there are far more good than something less. However, I feel as a society in general we tend to focus on the negative. This said, I wanted to BE SURE to highlight my experience today at Brakes Plus of Castle Rock, CO. From the first call to the store and when I arrived for my Alignment appointment, the Service Advisor (Aaron) greeted me and made me feel like he wanted to “earn” my business. While waiting, I asked another Service Advisor (Joselynn) about my vehicle’s cabin filter, and she literally took the time to not only answer my questions, but also to identify for me where the cabin filter was and how to replace it. And lastly, I decided it was time to do my part in sharing something positive versus doing nothing, which only allows the sour apples to consume the attention of others. So, I asked yet a third Service Advisor (Brian) where could I share my experience today getting my car’s alignment and oil change, and he pointed me to Brake Plus’ site. Bottom-line, Brakes Plus EARNED my business today and in the future; and my time spent sharing my opinion/experience for those that might read my review.There are still countless of good people out there, we just need to focus our attention and willingness to see them; there is power in numbers!

Awesome service and very professional! Replaced my starter in my Honda Accord as required by a Honda TSB. Used only genuine Honda parts and was a lot cheaper than the dealership! Cody and the team are honest and have integrity which is not always the case at other auto repair shops in Castle Rock.

Weve always enjoyed the professional and courteous attitude of the people at Brakes Plus and the cleanliness of the facility. This is by far the best auto repair in Castle Rock that Ive found. Customer service is excellent. Knowledge about cars is excellent. And best of all, I trust them when they say a repair is necessary. No recommendations for extraneous work to drum up business. On-line appointments make for easy scheduling, too!

Wow! This is a great shop, hands down!! The communication was great! From what my vehicle needed done to the best price. They even called me to tell me that my vehicle might take a little longer than thought because of the parts not being delivered until later due to weather. I appreciated Cody’s great job in keeping me in the loop with things. Since he did this I wasn’t upset about it taking longer because he took the time to call me and tell me. I am very pleased and will be back!

I took my Avalon here and they said I had to get the right front steering control arm replaced. Their work was so shoddy at Brakes Plus Castle Rock that the control arm actually fell completely out a few minutes after I left the shop. Now, years later, Im told the work was so shoddy that the entire assembly has to be replaced. The boot is full of fluid, there is fluid everywhere splattered around the area.They didnt even offer me a refund or a discount when the whole assembly fell apart after they worked on it.Avoid sleazy scammers like the people at Brakes Plus. Take your car literally anywhere else.

Left feeling very pleased. I felt like the price was better than I thought for the repairs on my car. They were able to explain things so I would understand them and answered questions. I felt in control of the repairs and not pressured. I was given options on the parts to help keep the cost within my comfort zone. I would highly recommend them for your car service needs.

As the owner of a foreign vehicle (Volvo), I am always a bit hesitant in not using an authorized dealers for repairs/services. However, I’ve had two separate service appointments with this Brakes Plus location and had an excellent experience each time. They did a great job replacing my front brakes/rotors, and did fluid services (Coolant, Power Steering) using Volvo specified fluids. Cody, Brian and team are a pleasure to work with.

Top service with a fast and easy oil change. They quoted 1 hour for the job, but got it done in half the time. And when I needed to reschedule my appointment time, a simple phone call to them did the trick. Also very nice of them to throw in a small discount to bring down the price a little.Would certainly recommend for a cheap, reliable maintenance job on a vehicle.

Took my Subaru in on Saturday. The repairs were done correctly and the price was great! They needed my car all day because of them being busy and the time it took to do the work on my car which was fine because I made plans for that. They even were able to drop me off and pick me up. That was awesome especially with how busy they were.

This place is the best. I have brought three different vehicles here. They can usually get you in same day. They are professional, experienced and very honest. You tell them your vehicles symptoms, they run some tests and get back to you with your options. They are priced right and do a great job. Very knowledgeable.
