The team here is great. They made time to fit my car service in last minute. Service was fast, communication was detailed, cost was transparent and upfront. Will be using them again.

Very disappointed by Scott and his company. I decided to bring my wifes X5 here to have an oil leak fixed. After looking at it, Scott said the oil drain was doubled up which caused the leak. Great! Problem solved. After about a day I notice more drops on the garage floor, but wait a few weeks just to make sure its not residual oil. The X5 is still leaking so I take it back to Scott. This time he says the leak is transmission fluid and some bolts need to be replaced. Fine. Hes the expert so I take his advice and have the work done. $1600 later I have the X5 back at home with new transmission bolts but notice more leaks. Again, I wait a few weeks before taking it back just to be sure. A few weeks goes by and still leaking. Back to Scott again we go. This time he says its an OIL leak coming from the oil pan gasket. Repair will be $1700. I ask isnt that the original problem I asked to have fixed? I feel like the problem was misdiagnosed. Scott offers nothing except a shrug. Needless to say, I will never be back and will take my money elsewhere. These guys are thieves preying on ignorant BMW owners.

This is the 3rd time I have used Titan for my BMW X5 They are honest and know BMWs like very few others. Price is less than dealership and I believe quality is higher. They don’t up charge or try to sell something you don’t need. Highly recommend

New to the area a few months ago and looked for a good independent mechanic. I took two cars in for service. But this time, the old license plates were impossible to remove. Took the car over. Scott spent 40 min getting the old bolt covers off - and when we were done he just said, ‘see u next time. No charge. ‘ Greatly appreciate the fabulous service.

I had my BMW towed here after a minor accident and needed a new tire rod and other repairs. Scott was helpful and knowledgeable. I also needed my car back by a certain day, and he drove to Denver to get my new tires so we didnt have to wait for delivery. After the repair, my tire went flat because of an unrelated issue, and Scott fixed it at no charge. This is a well-run business with good, honest service. Highly recommend for BMW owners. All in all Mr Scott was very concerned about his Customer Service and maintaining a great business image. Titan did a fantastic job on correctly identifying the problem with my BMW 335i. I was quoted a $12k repair from the BMW dealer. I took my car to Titan for a second opinion. They spent time asking me questions about my car’s issue, took the time to review past service records I shared with them and in the end were able to fix the real problem for a fraction of the price quoted by the dealer. They focused on what was truly wrong with the car and did not try to upsell or give me a laundry list of what else was wrong with the car. Titan will be the only shop to touch my BMW going forward.

Absolutely the best and most honest repair shop Ive ever been to. Scott Warren is a master BMW technician and knows more than the technicians at the local dealerships. I had a check engine light issue and Titan diagnosed it for free (Schomp wants $189 for this), and found the problem. While he could fix the problem for a fee, he told me it was a problem that was under warranty/recall by BMW, and that I should go to a dealership and they would do it for free. WHO DOES THIS? He turned down business just to be honest. Later I had another issue and Schomp wanted $896 to fix it and Titan did it for $324. If you have a BMW, TAKE IT TO TITAN!!

My 2000 BMW’s transmission needed to be replaced and I debated on whether to replace it or buy a used one. I love my car and wasn’t so much interested in the newer models with all the computer electronics so did my research and found Titan. They did an excellent job replacing the transmission + performed a thorough inspection and fixed a bunch of broken hoses and such. I picked up my car today and super happy with their work. I know it’s a stretch, but I feel like I have a new car again!

What an honest mechanic, had he not told my tires were rotated incorrectly I would’ve been traveling out of state on them like that. Great experience! I took my Mercedes GLE 350 in for service at th dealership and spark plugs were recommended as part of my 60k service. They quoted me almost $1200. I sawTitan Auto was highly recommended on Google so I called to get a quote and it was less than half of what Mercedes quoted. I took my car in, and service was quick friendly, and a great value! Highly recommend Titan Auto Tech, and I prefer supporting small Castle Rock businesses!

Titan auto installed Dinan stage 2 and Dinan Cold air intake on my X5M. I provided the parts and they installed. There was a little mishap with the intake fitment and I didn’t realized it until they were closed. I reached out to Titan auto that night (after they closed) and they responded very quickly that night and told me to bring my car at my earliest convenience the next day. I arrived next day and they stopped everything to work on my car and corrected the mishap and I was out of there in 10-15min. As a person who works in the Service industry I judge how the people/ company reacts to fixing a problem. That’s the true the test in my book and they passed with flying colors. The X5M is an absolute beast now thanks to them.

Went to Titan Auto Tech in this month that never was with my son’s gray market 1990 BMW 318i because of sloppy steering. This was our second shop for the same fix after the first could not locate parts being a a major chain. Titan had the parts here and the steering gear installed within week and a 1/2 day. Done right for sure without having to do the Denver scene. They tell it like it is, my son was floored, did I mention they beat the chain store quoted final price? We were never just another number in the fix it line up. We’ll be back...

I took my BMW 4 series to Scott at Titan for the first time 2 weeks or so ago and was very happy with the service. So much cheaper for an oil change with Titan compared to the dealer I purchased the car from and Scotts a great guy. Why, because I was sure I had an issue with an engine check light that I thought was serious and Scott let me know it was far less of an issue than I originally assumed. No high pressure sales tactics and no BS. Ill be going back to Titan for my next service and oil change for all of my BMWs. I took my BMW X5 to Scoot to install a hitch receiver. He answered the phone and asked the vehicle info and said he would call me right back with a quote. 5 minutes later he called and said he could get it done tomorrow. I liked the price and being a local business I felt it was worth it to support him. He was able to complete the job in less time than he originally estimated. 2 thumbs up on him and his business.

I bought a 335xi a little while ago and noticed it was leaking some oil. I called up this place and talked to Scott, he was very quick to answer any questions I had, and made me feel like this is the place to take my new toy over when I dont feel comfortable working on it. He let me drop off the car overnight over time constraints I had with work, and completed the car fairly quickly. Ill definitely come back with a squeak if I cannot fix it myself and all oil changes just so he can look over the engine and see if any leaks spring back up.Thanks Scott!

I was interested in Titan as Scott is an experienced factory trained BMW technician. I needed an extensive 100,000mi service done on my X5 diesel 3.0. He was able to do the service in a timely fashion at a reasonable price and returned the car to me on time. He also took the time to explain everything in laymen’s terms and even spent about 30 min after hours giving me advice on camping areas in CO (as I’m new to area).I was a little nervous as I was driving 6.5 hours to telluride the next day. I probably drove the truck as hard as it’s ever been driven up and down mountain passes, in the snow and at altitude and it performed flawlessly.Thanks Scott!

Great service and fairly priced. I went to another local shop first and they quoted me $700 more ($1,650 vs. $950) for the same work. Scott took care of one of the problems by just welding a bracket back together while the other shop said I needed a whole new bracket.

Brought a 2008 535xi in due to two burned out “halo” lights and one day daylight running light. Scott replaced for literally half of two other quotes.Two weeks later we brought the car in as the Turbos failed to kick in. Scott ran diagnostics and identified the part that failed. At that point he told us that BMW offered an extended 10 year warranty on that particular part and suggested we go to a BMW dealer and have the work done there under warranty. An honest, ethical businessman.Titan is awesome!

Made an Appointment and he was waiting for me in the lobby ready to listen to what I need done and went ahead and did a very thourough inspection and got back to me promtely about the issues at hand. Presented me with detailed information about what exactly is going on, and pictures to better explain. Since my first incedent I had another big project that I took to him and got done just as well, if not better than the first time.
