Saved our rear ends. Stopped in the castle rock shop while on a cross country road trip when we detected a new vibration. We love this Big O Tire location! Weve been to others and this is by far the best. We wouldnt buy tires anywhere else. They are legit honest, to a fault. We were ready to spend hundreds on a new set of tires and they came back saying they were able to fix the ONE tire that was giving me trouble! I brought my car in last week due to having a flat (but knowing there was a laundry list of other things needed done) Matt and the guys there took complete care of EVERYTHING while I was at work and had it ready for me in time to get my kids from school!Over the course of the next day of driving, I noticed my TPMS sensor came back on so I gave Matt a call. He told me to just bring my car in and he would take care of it. Matt and his team had my car in and out inside of an hour and my kids and I were off! Yea, I called after crappy work and was told to pound sand. I have to refund my customer for your bad work, ball joints replaced and your guys ruined the entire axle which then had to be replaced. Sean was absolutely NOT helpful in any way.

Bought my tires at big o. Great tires but I can never get in for a tire rotation the last five times Ive stopped by. Im going to have to consider my options or they need to open a second location in Castle Rock to take care of customers.

I had an issue with a tire that had a slow leak. They took a look at it was able to fix it really fast. No charge! Maybe because I was a previous customer, but the service was great. As I was waiting, a car came by and said their tire was low and they came out filled it and sent them on their way. Great service!

We have had excellent service each time we have visited Big O Tires in Castle Pines since we moved here a year ago. We had a situation recently where we had a leak in the axel/tire area on our Honda CRV and werent sure what the problem was. After evaluating it, Stephen Graham said we have a situation where we have a small problem, and potentially a larger problem. His recommendation was to fix the small problem and bring it back a month later to see if there was a larger problem. When we brought it back, Jim E. found that there wasnt a need to do any additional repair work and that things were working just as they should without any leaks. Yay! How refreshing it is to have honest auto repair people who have the customers best interest at heart. We will continue to take our vehicles to Big O in Castle Pines for all our auto repair work needs. We feel so fortunate to have found an honest, reasonable auto repair shop so close to our new home!

UPDATE FROM FLAT TIRE.I went out and my tire was at 20 psi, same tire that I had repaired. I went to Les Schwab and she informed me that a plug doesnt hold air and that is what Big O did to repair my tire. I dont consider that a repair. She agreed, apparently a plug is temporary and I feel like Big O should know that. Big O was my dependable go-to, Im disappointed.Arrived here on Wednesday at 7:01 am to have a tire plugged that I removed from my SUV. I was in and out with the plugged tire and wheel in 4 minutes with no charge. Hard to beat that!

Have been a customer of this Big-O for a few years now and it hasnt been perfect, but its been decent. After a recent incident I am frustrated and will be going elsewhere.I called ahead to make sure they had the tires i needed. Two days later after making special arrangements to drop off my vehicle for a few hours they tell me they dont have the tires (not only that, but the ones they have in stock are reserved for other customers!) and to come back the next day so they can order different ones (not even the same quality as the original). Not impressed.

Andrew and the guys took excellent care of me. I needed my tires done asap. I brought my SUV down to the shop and they knocked it out in under 1 hour, no waiting, no hassle! Customer service goes a long way, these guys killed it and I will be back !!

I will only buy from Big O Tires in Castle Rock from on. On Sunday the 24th of October i realized I had a nail in one of my tires. Big O was the closest place so I went there. I walked in and asked them to please fix the flat tire and add ait to the spare as it was low on air. I didnt realize that there were closing in 45 minutes and they were very busy. I was told that they could fix the tire, but couldnt swap it out with the spare due to them being busy and about to close. I was absolutely fine with that and felt bad that I hadnt noticed that they were closing soon. It took them about 25 minutes. Not only did they help me in a timely manner, but thet went ahead and switched the spare with the original tire. This was a perfect example of above and beyond customer service. For that reason I will only get tires at Big O!

1/16/19 The crew at the Castle Rock Big O are simply the best! I’ve had 5 nails in my tires over a 2 year period, and they always fit me right in, fix the flat, all for free! Great place!1/17/19 It’s me again....the nail magnet. Make that 6 nails now. Got another flat the very next day. Less than 24 hours later. Different tire this time. Kevin and the Big O crew got me in right away and took excellent care of me. So happy to have this place in town. Still didn’t charge me! Really excellent service! Guys....I owe you lunch!

Mike and his team saved me big time. Less than two weeks ago I picked up a screw on I-25 and limped in to the Big O near Highlands Ranch. This week I picked up a nail on the way to pick up our horses. I made it in to Big O and Mike and his team got me back on the road in less than an hour. Super grateful.

They were very friendly and helpful and upfront with pricing and gave me options to save me money. I was needing tires in a hurry and did his best to have them by the afternoon as they didnt have my size or tire I was looking for. Had a Great experience today. Had come into town for an appointment and noticed my low tire light came on. Called Matt and he took my car in immediately. Great attitude and atmosphere talking with Matt and Manager Mike Young. We even had the same name. The Business knows what customer service is all about. My flat tire repair was done before I could finish lunch. Will be back for some new tires and any other necessary accessories. Great Job!

Very good price but be careful with your wheel, they scratch easy, they just scratch mine pretty good. I planned on restoring them this winter anyway, so... but still be careful.

Ive been coming to Big O in Castle Rock for more than 15 years. Wasnt greeted at my car because I got there 45 minutes before they opened (to be first in line). I love the staff....they are always helpful and friendly. Ok....got to admit...my favorite is Mike. Hes been putting up with me for a long time. Love this place!

YOU GUYS ROCK!!!FORD TURNED ME AWAY and then sent me to BIG O TIRES!I had an EMERGENCY, rapidly losing tire pressure, (suspected a nail) and was 30 mins from my hotel and FORD TURNED ME AWAY, service dept was still open for 10 mins but said they had 3 other customers but couldnt help me or even PUT AIR IN MY TIRE, Literally told me no! The guy then looks at my tires quickly and says ..you dont have a nail just go to BIG O TIRES, I said HUH.? Welp Big O Tires not only helped me but in less than 2 minutes FOUND A NAIL, plugged the tire and NO CHARGE! WOW!I was safely back on the freeway! They genuinely cared for my safety!! I also went next door to Chevy, and they couldnt help me either!! Thanks BIG O TIRES for caring!

The guys at the Big O Tires, at the south end of Castle Rock, are the best. They do a fantastic job and genuinely have their customers best interest in mind. Its the only place I go for work on my tires.

Fair prices and real nice staff

We started working with the Castle Rock Big O a little over a year ago and have started having all oil changes, tire rotations and tire purchases done with them. When our 5th Wheel needed tires this month, they confirmed the size and were able to address the non-standard tires in a single day. While the truck and trailer were there they also addressed a fuel leak that we had on the truck. The service was fast, professional and the crew in the office are fun to work with.... they have great senses of humor.

Initially told it might be 40 minutes to complete flat repair, however I was out in18 minutes. Very curteous!

They were awesome. I came in on a Friday morning expecting to be there for at least an hour and I got out in 20 minutes or so. Would definitely recommend to everyone I know.

I get services done here frequently, the gentlemen at the front desk are down to earth and friendly. Ill be coming here as long as Im in the area. Pricing is fair, just show up when it isnt busy and youll be in and out.

I took my vehicle with two leaking tires to be repaired and neither were repaired. They had my truck for an hour and only filled up my tires. Now I have to find another tire company to do the repair or replace them. They removed my hub cap and did not replace it before I picked up my vehicle. Then upon requesting it back they were extremely disrespectful. They also just threw my spare tire in the back of my truck. All around from beginning to end it was a very disappointing interaction. I will not be going to them for my future needs.

Went in today to drop off my 78 f-150 to get a spare plugged, new valve stem in a diff tire and wanted the steering looked at. Matt was the gentleman that helped me when I arrived. Very professional and helpful. They got my truck right in, I took my dog for a walk and about 30 min later I got a call from him letting me know the situation with the truck. There are some part getting worn in the front end and at some point I will be looking at having them replaced. So I have them just do the tires. I come back to pick it up already parked outside and finished. Matt went over what they had discovered of the front end. Some things will need to be replaced but informed me it would be ok for a while and could hold off on fixing it immediately.When it came to bill I asked how much for the plug and valve stem. He informed me there was no charge for either service. I am still blown away by their gesture. I have 4 vehicles and will be going to them every time I need a service they provide.Couldn’t have had a better experience.Great work and honest business!

So I am pretty disappointed with my experience at this Big O Tires, for I thought they were one of the pillars of the community.I came in for a brake inspection, due to a grindy front right brake and hopefully my brakes fixed. When I got there, I explained that I delivered groceries, and my brakes have taken a bit of a beating, and I hopped a curb on accident. But I explained I didnt have too much money, and hopefully they can get me a good deal on everything.After leaving my car, I called back after about an hour and a half to ask for an update, and was told they still havent gotten to it, and that they had to get others done first. Perplexed why all these others were going before me, I asked about it, and was told they were quick jobs. Ok.... About 2 and a half hours go by, and I get a call back saying they inspected everything, and I need about $2500 worth of work done. Wait, what?! Started spewing all these numbers about things, and my heart drops. I said I definitely dont have that much, whats the minimum? Dropped to about $1900, then $1500, and I said BARE minimum....$900. I said ok and hung up, and took a Lyft back.When I got back to grab my keys, again told him I work for a certain grocery company, and were supposed to get 20% off from their corporate company. Yeah we dont offer that here. Um, ok, well how about the 20% off for essential workers thats on your main site? I delivered groceries through the entire pandemic for my community, and can really use the help now. Yeah, we dont off that either here. Wow, seriously? I left and was blown away. Didnt even get reinbursed or offered a shuttle for the $30 I had to spend on Lyft rides.I was diagnosed with cancer a month before the pandemic, and still risked my life for my neighborhood and community bringing everyone their food and groceries, because I LOVE to help people, and so they wouldnt have to go out. I thought that might have earned me some good karma to cash in when my brakes started failing because of this delivering. I guess not.....I guess Big O Tires doesnt appreciate ones that sacrifice for the community that they live in, and ones who risked their lives so they could eat and use the toilet. And not only refused 2 different discounts they were supposed to offer, but price gouged as well. Im still blown away at how heartless people can be, after experiencing one of the most trying times in modern history. Why would I support this company, when they cant even support their community?**response**That is absolutely not true. No discount was offered, no finance options were offered. This is a total lie, and the website was not pulled up, because if it was, then they would have seen the discount. Just more lies and lies and another reason not to go here. You guys are pathetic!

Chad helped us out SO much. We came down to Castle Rock from Steamboat Springs (3.5 hours away) and was was having such a hard time getting my spare tire to come down. Walmart auto couldnt get it down so we came here and very happy that we did! They got us in and out of there in 30 minutes (maybe less) and they were able to put on all four new tires, and get my spare tire mechanism under the truck to work again! I am super satisfied with the service we just received from Chad and his team. Great prices, service, and would HIGHLY recommend Big O Tires for anyone who needs a tire service done.

Had two vehicles in for winter tire swaps. They got them both in and out quickly even though they were really busy with a 3 day snowstorm on the way. Ive used their services many times and the guys are always courteous and professional.

The person I dealt with was not very friendly and not very helpful.

Nice guys in general. But two things could have been better.1. My tires were inflated to 45-47 psi (my TPMS showed me driving home, and I confirmed with my electronic pressure gauge). This is WAY too high. Unsafe. Simple thing to detect and fix. Surprised it wasnt done right.2. There were multiple discounts and rebates that I was eligible for that was not discussed with me. I had to find out on my own from the website, and get that done myself, including getting a credit for a purchase discount I was due from the start.Tires are nice, and I got right in for service. Got a text when my truck was done, which was nice.

I have used the Castle Rock Big O Tires for many years and 3 cars. I feel their people are very thorough, courteous and helpful all of the time. I feel they go above and beyond when needed. The people in the office, Daniel and Mike that Ive primarily worked with have always been great! I wish I could get in for all of my service needs but I work in Centennial and have to go to the nearby Big O....theyre not nearly as good and helpful and theyre sloppy and miss things...The one thing I wish was different is that you could make an appointment as apposed to first come/first serve. They are always so very busy...but that shows they do a great job and are in demand. Keep up the good work guys!

Went to have a safety check in preparation for my son to use the car for a crash prevention driving class. This was a free check. I was completely shocked when I received a call stating that everything checked out, expect that my rear brakes needed to be replaced. I was told that my rear brakes were 95% worn. Funny thing is I had a major tune-up, at Subaru dealer, back in December and had driven less than 2,000 miles since that check-up. When my brakes were checked in December they were at 7 mm and marked as in good condition. Doesnt seem possible that they wore down to 95% in less than two months. My vehicle is also equipped with a warning device when the brake pads reach the point of needing replacement and that has not occurred. Took my car to another mechanic and guess what? I was told I probably have another 6,000-12,000 on my current brakes and my pads still fell within the good range. Dont appreciate feeling like I am being scammed and taken advantage of. Will never do business with Big O because of this experience.

Brought my Audi in for an oil change. Brought it home and an hour later there was a large puddle of oil on the ground. The oil level was low when I checked it. There is no way they checked for leaks when they completed the work!

Lied to me saying no wait to get me in, then when I arrived 5 mins later oh there are 5 cars ahead of you come back end of day and itll be ready

So YESTERDAY I ended up at Walmart [yes I said it] and ended up getting home pretty late. I got a bolt in my tire, as it was late all places are closed. So in turn I had to wist this out. Got up early to be there at open, which was 7am. They took a look at my tire, got it patched and I was on my way.The staff was amazing and I would for surely go back for my car needs.5 stars are not enough for how great my visit was.

Always have really good experience with this shop. Daniel, Mike and Matt really take care of business and are easy to deal with. Some of the car issues can be confusing whether Big O actually handles it or not. The associates at the desk and the technicians all see me to care a lot. If they cannot handle an issue they find somebody who can. Great store from technicians to associates who work with customers to the owner. I am in the store a lot and a very happy repeat customer. Through many issues they have made my life easy with car stuff which is why I give them repeat business whereever I can.

I have received awesome service from this particular Big O for 15 years. More than a decade ago Mike sent a parts truck up to Denver Honda dealership to get caps for steel rims to create a second set (winter tires/) for my van. The factory caps made the steel rims look much nicer on the van when we put the winter set on each year. It was his idea (great one by the way), great service and a very fair price. Just last year they fixed a nail puncture in a non-Big O tire on my sons car so we could get more use out of them before replacing it. Absolutely the best service I have gotten at any tire shop, across 4 states in nearly 30 years of driving and buying tires.

Not happy about getting home after a tire rotation, only to notice by tread deapth my tires WERE not rotated. I tried to call, and they never answer their phones either. Also, the man who “greeted me” when I came in was not at all friendly with me, but was more than talkative with the male guests coming in. As someone who worked in the automotive industry for two years, I fail to leave satisfied every visit here.

When considering everything that needed to be done (new tires, front brakes and calipers, and rear shocks), I was out of the store quite a bit faster than I would have been anywhere else.I strongly recommend that if you need a one stop shop for your vehicle and Big O can help you -- that you go to this store. See Mike, one of the managers, hes absolutely awesome and one that I will always trust. His knowledge and experience are something that I will always value. I was driving from Colorado Springs to Boulder for an important meeting with a client. I hit some debris on I-25 and blew out my tire a little south of Castle Rock. After putting on the donut, I drove into Castle Rock needing a quick fix. The people at Big O Tires got me in and back on the road in 45 minutes. The customer service was outstanding and they totally saved the day. They understood my needs and delivered without hesitation. I will travel to Big O Tires in Castle Rock next time I need a new set of tires.

Great place, awesome service. Was on vacation with a rental car and had a flat. Stopped at another place that said it couldnt be fixed and they directed us here for a new tire. Talked to Matt and he got the car right in while the family waited. Less than 10 minutes later I saw the car pull out and Matt threw my keys to me and said, just a nail, have a good day without charging anything.
