I simply came into the store to look for a casing for my new iPhone and was greeted by Manny, one of the employees here at this store. He was super courteous, friendly and helpful with my selections. His customer service pedigree was excellent. The store is very clean and tidy, the employees followed the COVID mask wearing guidelines, and the store was conveniently located off of Founders Parkway. I highly recommend this stores to others.

I had such a great experience at this GoWireless location. I wanted to switch to Verizon from another carrier….and Frank, the manager, was so knowledgeable, patient, understanding and personable. He listened, understood what I was needing, and worked very hard to get it done. (All of this was after I had made 2 previous tries to get this switch made at the corporate Verizon store on Promenade——and I was treated rudely and condescendingly both times.) Save yourself the heartache, skip the corporate Verizon store and go straight to Frank and crew at the GoWireless store on Founders Parkway! They get The Who,e customer service thing and really appreciate your business at GoWireless!

Verizon needs to teach their employees how to wear masks properly. The nostrils are actually connected to the lungs. Wearing a mask over your mouth only, like you were one of the popular kids in school who got away with everything, is pointless.

I entered the store and was met with a very angry person yelling that I could not be in the store without a mask I tried to explain I was handicaped and could not wear a mask. He refused to listen and continued to yell over me, that he didnt care, I could not be in the store withour a mask. I must wear a mask.He was so rude and angry I didnt want to spend my money there anyway.

Had no problem writing us a new contract but when my wifes phone didnt switch because of a simple sim card concern they gave us a number and pushed us out the door. 3 hours later after contacting verison directly they solved the simple problem. Simply go to a corporate store, not a retailer that just sells them.

Marcus, Thomas, Johnny, and Isaac were all at this store today. They were the most helpful and friendliest staff I have ever encountered at Verizon. They were super kind. They didnt try to upsell me and they put together my sons phone. They were amazing and I hope that they stay at this store!!!!

He took the time to ask me questions so he could point me in the right direction to get the phone that was best for my needs. I liked that he went over the pros and cons of each phone I was looking at. After choosing a phone he took the time to go over it with me so I would understand how to use everything. Went in there to settle my account and an employee said that he is not allowed even AFTER I explained to him that the store 🏬 in my town is not open for business and he claims that he cannot take in products once the bill is paid off. And he claims that he is only a retail store 🏪 very rude and would not even try to reach out to someone else to try and help me. Stated that he doesnt have any authorization to release my tablet once it is paid for either...

I must say if your looking at getting a new phone carrier or trying to make a decision on what carrier to use I highly recommend going to Verizon in Castlerock on Founders pkwy and talking with Andrew. Andrew is amazing! He is very patient and was very helpful with getting me set up with Verizon. He took the time to activate me and my families phones and had our phones activated and working when we left the store he has even checked back with me making sure we were satisfied and asking if we needed anything or had any questions. Its because of Andrew at the Castlerock location on Founders pkwy. That I have recently had her get a Verizon plan. Thank you Andrew for your dedication in customer service and SATISFACTION!

Andrew Farina has been terrific to work with. I purchased my phone right before a 3 week trip to Europe. It was delayed in shipping due to a holiday weekend. He went above and beyond to get my phone working, and getting me set up for my trip. When I was feeling concern about my learning curve and transition...he resolved the concerns, offered great recommendations, and even got support from his boss to offer an option if I decided to return the phone when I was traveling. I went in last week to switch from Sprint to Verizon due to Verizons better coverage especially in Douglas County. The switch was flawless. The manager who took care of us was great. She set up our emails before we left so the new phones were working just like the Sprint I phones they bought back from us for $99 each. Big Shout out to Makenzie!! Went in 9/22 to exchange/replace my Note 7 - the store was extremely busy- Mackenzie multi-tasked with a handful of customers - kept calm and made all the customers feel welcome as she acknowledged each one, even as 3 new customers walked in, and she was on the phone w/Verizon, taking care of me and another customer at the same time and her co-worker left for the night..Mackenzie is a ROCK STAR and every time we have gone in she remembers us and always greets us with a smile... and her knowledge and willingness to go the extra mile has made our family of 4s transition from Sprint to Verizon a GREAT experience.

Best experience ever! I went into this location today after a bad experience at anther store and was blown away at the customer service. I was helped by Andrew and John and the manager of the store as well. All 3 men were incredible friendly and went above and beyond for me to assure I had a pleasant experience. Initially I purchased 4 lines at another location and had some questions and a few issues I needed to iron out. Having had a bad experience at the prior location, I decided to try this store and was amazed that these men went out of their way for me. I would recommend Verizon Wireless to anyone and if you live in Castle Rock, this is the location to visit. You will not be disappointed in their customer service. Thank you, boys!!

This place is a francise, go to a major Verizon store to handle your business. They make money off bundles and rip you off. No good deals here. Customer service is crap and from the manager of all people. I was bullied about returning my phone . The man who sold it to me was showing me messages on the screen about other customers and showed them to his co workers as well . Super unprofessional. The manager couldnt have been more rude asking me twice if I wanted to keep my phone and if I was really sure I wanted to return it. I called 611 information and was informed that this business was screwing me out of a contract and putting me into their crappy one! Never going here again! This place sucks!! You can also buy all the product they sell much cheaper online. They Will try and sell you a garbage screen protector for 40.00 dollars when you can literally buy them online for a dollar,I feel bad for the newbies that are working there because the managers that run the place are basic scumbag car salesman,Im curious why these places are still in business when you can call up Verizon on the phone and talk to an honest person to save you hundreds of dollars!!!

I came in and met with Colten last Black Friday and switched carriers because of a great promotion they had going on. Colten sold me on this promotion and then charged me full price for everything in order to get more commission for himself. DO NOT LET THEM SCAM YOU. Do not do business with these people or let Colten trick you into saying that you will see the promotion applied to your bill when it isn’t on the receipt.

Colton assisted me and was very helpful in explaining why the corporate stores no longer assist in transferring items from one phone to the next. The store is used as the local hangout. The employee that helped me, Mackenzie, was very kind and relatively helpful, though suffers from a lack of direction from her boss. The store manager happens to be the other person working when I went in, his name is Jay I believe. While we were there he conducted a transaction with a young lady in which she was purchasing a new iPhone and charging her fathers account, who was not present at the time. We were told that this young lady comes in a hangs out at the store with them. When she was for her new phone to be retrieved she promptly followed the store manager to the back in the employees only area. I would never return to this location for any reason at all. The store manager needs to be replaced as soon as possible. It would not surprise me if there was something going on behind the scenes.

Jamer was simply fantastic! My husband and I came in to switch carriers. He helped us find the most cost effective plan for us without trying to upsell. We had some trouble bringing my phone over from our old carrier, and he went above and beyond trying to figure out a way for us to do it without having to pay the money to our old carrier to get the phone unlocked. We got creative and found a way to make it work with his help. All in all, with the complication we were at the store for a little over two hours and the entire time he was friendly, personable, extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We had a fantastic experience at this store and are happy to be new Verizon customers.

Buyer beware. Super unhappy with the transaction and lack of customer service/knowledge from this store. From the reviews it looks like maybe if Andrew had been helping us out we would of had a better experience but we dealt with Colten. I reviewed my verizon account online and knew where I was at in my plan and the payoff of my devices before going into this store to upgrade phones. Colten initially told me I couldnt switch my phones in to upgrade without paying them off. I told him that the verizon website said I could as long as they were in great working shape and I had paid at least half of the phone off already. I said I would just upgrade online and pickup the phones in the store, then all of the sudden he said I could upgrade as a trade in. We upgraded/bought 4 iphone Xs. 4 brand new phones are not cheap, even if I am paying for the device monthly on my bill. When it came to screen protectors and cases I was hesitant to buy them from here because they were so expensive (and they dont carry otterbox). Im pretty sure he said the cost of each screen protector was $40 and that they had an unlimited replacement warranty for $10 per replacement. He got all 4 new phones set up and then he opened the screen protectors and started putting them on each phone. My husbands screen protector is crooked on his screen. I looked at my receipt and these screen protectors cost $79.99 each! I would return them but the associate opened them and put them on our phones and their return policy states within 14 days in new condition. I was scammed into $320 worth of screen protectors and then I still have to pay $10 each time I need a replacement. Then while he is ringing everything in the transaction up I mentioned I had $10 device dollars and $15 in accessories from verizon up rewards I want to use towards this transaction. Colten says he cant add the rewards once he has started the transaction and I would have to call verizon to get reimbursed. Luckily verizon customer service did credit my account after the fact but they mentioned he could of done it in store even after the transaction was started. Then, a day later we realized we never got out 3 iphone 8 cases back and one of them is a UAG which runs $80 new (so I wanted to resell it). I call and talk to Colten who helped us the day before and he says he doesnt know what happened to the cases. He says they were on the counter when we left but doesnt know what happened to them after that. There was only him and 1 other guy working at the store when we were there so how do you not know what happened to them?! He didnt offer any kind of credit for losing our cases. I also was not made aware that it would cost $19.95 per phone as a Ready to go Set up-Smartphone. If I would of known I would of set the phones up myself. On top of that verizon charged $40 per line as an upgrade fee to my bill, even though my phones were either paid off or traded in. Ive been a verizon customer for years but Im looking into other options after this ordeal. Ive had a bad experience at both verizon stores in Castle Rock. If you need to go to a verizon store I recommend making the drive to the Parker and Arapahoe location in Aurora.

This is by far my favorite Verizon store. Andrew and Jemar are the most incredible sales associates! I brought in a major challenge of a phone and they went way above and beyond to troubleshoot and help resolve the issue while maintaining great attitudes and smiles. Jamie was our representative and she really missed the mark on customer service skills! Not once did she smile or say thank you.we asked for a screen protector and she said oh no we dont have that with out even looking! We asked if she could check stock at the other local store, as she let out a big sigh she went to the computer and said oh I guess we do have one. She placed the protector with out even bothering to remove residue from the screen! I was very disappointed in the service we recieved, and would not recommend!

These guys are rude, refuse to tell you their names over the phone. I pay for insurance on my phone and the home button is stuck causing a ton of issues. They told me there wasnt anything they could do, that they couldnt file a claim and that I needed to contact Verizon directly. Will never do business with them again

So when I bought my Galaxy S8+ less than a year ago Verizon sold me an Otterbox for $50. And told me that it was the best thing since Sliced bread and indoor plumbing, and it was Guaranteed for life. Well it broke and Verizon no longer carries Otterbox so they told me that there was nothing they could do and I could try to call or email Otterbox to see if they can replace it and then they tried to sell me one of the new ones that they carry. I have been with Verizon for a very long time, their service is not cheap and I think they should honor some sort of warranty even if its a discount on a new phone case!

If you enjoy condescending, rude employees who talk to you as though you cant read your own online account properly, who make up lies about phones to manipulate you into thinking a certain phone has all sorts of problems that it doesnt just to get you to buy a more expensive phone, and who will not stop trashing phones or leave you alone despite explicitly asking them to do so FOUR times within maybe 1-2 minutes of total interaction...then this is the place for you. If you prefer to be treated with respect and dignity and offered accurate information concerning ALL of the devices offered...try the new Verizon store near the outlets, or maybe ANY OTHER place that sells Verizon phones. Btw, Im a former Verizon employee who continued with Android device support in my current role. And to future customers - please keep in mind that the store demo devices are NEVER used the way the average consumer uses a phone. Do you leave your phone plugged in 99.99% of the time? When not using your phone for something, do you have demo software/videos running continuously? Do you seal your phone in a hard plastic showcase with little or no meaningful ventilation? If you answered no to these questions, you shouldnt be judging the demo phones in the stores by the same standards you would judge the one in your pocket. Do your own research on the devices and make your own decision; theres more than you could ever digest all over the web - from professionals, average users, and everyone in between. But whatever you do, stay away from this place with the lying salesman who blatantly disregards personal boundaries.

After arriving at 11:30am, the gentleman said Hello Sir as he was busy with another customer. No problem at all. I was the only other customer in the place. At 11:58am, I got up to leave and he, 28 minutes later, says I have someone coming in about 5 minutes from now. I wasnt acknowledged or anything for that 30 minutes. Possibly the worst customer service ever.

Customer service was awful! Store manager is very unprofessional in many ways. Wouldnt help me figure out an issue with my phone until I threatened to drop Verizon. Then suddenly he wanted to help... The other employees were very kind, however Im just questioning the store manager and how he still has a job? I have not had to deal with horrible customer service in years! Very disappointed!

Go Wireless is Not a true Verizon store. They sell for Verizon and will tell you what ever it takes to do so. Get in writing, or better yet record them.The issue is, they will tell they can get you a deal. Tell you something comes free. Anything to get you to sign. They tell you they can get you a discount. Then comes the bills from Verizon and hundreds of dollars extra, that werent mentioned.Verizon then tells you. You signed the contract. The one with all the fine print.DECEPTIVE and miss leading sales practices. Verizon reaps the benefits when you pay the first bill, even if you turn in the merchandise within the time limit. Then tells you to pay for cancelling the item.Dont ever turn in merchandise to Verizon store, obtained at Google Wireless. Or visa versa.They do not exchange with each other. And you pay, when they keep it.

JARON TOOK ADVANTAGE OF US. THIS STORE HAS ALWAYS HAD BAD SERVICE. PLEASE GO TO VERIZON AND NEVER TO A GO VerizonLifetime warranty on my sons charger and we took it in and they downgraded his charger.Poor service everytime I walk in the door
