I bought a phone last night at the 72nd and Sheridan store and between the two OSL employees they couldnt get the phone turned on so they told me to go to the AT&T store to se if they could activate it of which the employee there showed NO interest in helping me so I went back the the girl then told me to go to another store to get help!!!! today I talked to the OSL employee there who also acted as if he didnt want to help . i asked him for a higher ups number, but he wouldnt give it to me . so I sad basically Im Fd till I see the girl who sold me the phone and he said basically yes

These guys scam you! It’s better to go to an actual phone carrier store.

They really helped me out with 4 new lines on AT&T and saved me quite a bit of money.
