Its been way too long since I had outstanding service like this. All 3 of the employees in the store went above and beyond to help sort out the many issues I had with incorrect charges and a missing phone ...

We upgraded our phones online but opted to go to the store to do the trade-in on our old phones because of conflicting trade in values shown online. The help we received was excellent, but it turns our the associate upgraded our service without our permission or knowing to include 12 gigs of hotspot data. This was done on both phones, separate visits, same associate. I suspect this may line their pockets via a commission thats earned? AT&T corporate corrected the issue for me. Good thing I looked closely at my billing. Took over two hours to correct between hold time and the call itself. Be careful of what youre getting relative to what you asked for and know what you should be paying! Hate to leave a bad review since this was a bad apple employee, but thats out of my control.

By far the best store in castle rock! Went in to move services over and they could not have been more helpful, attentive, and through in making everything so simple and easy. Highly recommend this corporate office! Thanks guys.

AT&T sent me a phone that I didnt request. AT&T online customer support told me to take it to any AT&T store to return it. In the store I was told that they cant take a return. When I mentioned what I was told by customer service, they just said again they cant. No apology, no offer to help, or double check in any way. Just an unfriendly, uncaring, condescending response. This is a corporate store. Need to change carriers.

We were in this morning with some billing questions. Andrew was SO SO helpful and kind as we were trying to navigate through how to take my recently deceased grandmother’s phone off our bill. He was patient, kind and so generous with his time and expertise! We are so appreciative of the amazing service we received this morning!

I cannot say enough good things about this store. The store manager and sales personnel helping me were very friendly, and nice, and made sure my wife and I understood what we were getting. We were a long time verizon customer and never had service like here, great job! Thank you guys!!!

I came in to purchase a replacement phone since my long used HTC had been giving me some problems and was faling. Zach handled everything efficiently including transfer of data and photos from my old phone to my new Samsung Galaxy A32. I was delighted to find that I did not need to reenter passwords for almost all accounts including several wifi locations that I use regularly.

Superb customer service! I switched from another carrier at the At&t Castle Rock location the other day and Adam and Shannan made sure we had a really positive experience. We had some issues with our old phones so we purchased new ones and had all of our data transferred and are really happy so far. Thank you!!

Went in to port my wife and sons line to my plan. Somehow they cancelled my insurance while my old phone was being repaired for trade in. So, the manager of the store said so sorry, but youll have to wait till the new phones are mailed and activated before your insurance is good. But I need my old phone to trade in before I can do that and it is stuck at the repair shop as a hostage.the manager got angry when I wanted to escalate the situation to his manager because he refused to help me. He refused to give me his name or his managers name. My phone still is hostage while im paying for insurance and service.

So thankful for the guys helping me yesterday, had a poor experience at another location before coming to this store. Great staff! this will be my new store.

After being customers with Verizon for 20 years...my husband and I decided to make an easy switch after a frustrating experience with Verizon. In enters Josh Cuchiara! What an outstanding sales rep! Josh made our entire experience enjoyable, smooth, and simple to transfer our 3 lines over. He is definitely an outstanding employee and made us feel welcome and very glad we switched with his helpful, knowledgeable service!

Had a great experience in the store yesterday with the folks at this store. These guys took great care of me and made sure that I left happy. Highly recommend this store.

Shannon was EXTREMELY kind, prompt, and helpful. She went WAY above and beyond in every circumstance of getting my account set up, adding lines, and porting in phone numbers. She was able to help me do all this when I wasnt able to do it myself online, and when AT&Ts telephone customer service couldnt help. I highly recommend this store, and Shannon specifically.

They were bashing the retail ATT store down the street. I actually like that store but happened to be at Cuba Cuba. I’ll probably go back to the other one from now on. I’m not impressed.

We had a horrible experience with another carrier. Andrew made the transition super easy and seamless. I would recommend Andrew to anyone! This is a great location. Super knowledgeable.

Had the best mobile carrier experience ever today at the Castle Rock AT&T!! I Finally made the call to leave Xfinity after a slew of problems, and I am so glad I did. Drew was efficient and knowledgeable throughout the transfer, and exceeded my expectations in every possible way. Not only did the store have both of the iPhones I’ve been looking for (which was a huge surprise since Xfinity gave me the runaround about how limited their stock was), but case options were also excellent. Overall I’m so impressed with this location, and I highly recommend any of the staff, as they all pitched in someway or another throughout my visit. Thank you Drew and Castle Rock AT&T team!

Cody was awesome! Super polite the minute we walked in. Explained simply any questions we had and helped us decide which phones to get based off of our needs and wants. Best AT&T service I’ve had.

Ben and Jerrod did an amazing job solving an issue that was created by a separate stand alone at&t store!I would recommend going to them over the location next to Belco credit union. They have made me sticky again!
