6/4 Post review Update: The owner himself came and looked at our floors and guaranteed that they could be replaced and redone and still match. This was just completed and it looks great now!We hired HFS to sand down our hardwood floors, replace several sections that were badly damaged and then refinish it all with a nice dark stain. To start I want to say that the office manager was amazing throughout and was the saving grace of the job. We had a few issues that came up during and after the work completed and they were great in sending workers back to fix the issues. The main issue we have though, is that the carpenter that replaced the damaged areas, replaced some sections with boards that were riddled with worm holes. We brought it up before the finish was applied and we were advised it was no issue and when they were done, it would not really be noticeable. Sadly, it was very noticeable and when we brought it up they came back and filled in as much as they could (pictures added before and after) which did help a bit but the end result is still pretty noticeable.

Ty and Keith were amazing to work with. Customer service was awesome as I had a lot of questions to ask them and they were very knowledgeable. Angelle and the front staff were all very kind and helpful when it came to warranty issues. Would recommend highly for any flooring needs!

We couldn’t be any happier with our floors. We had old, scuffed and faded hardwood floors with yucky carpet on our main level. HWS came in and redid my flooring from that yellow oak color to a beautiful ebony color and removed every square inch of carpet. I was indecisive and one of the installers brought out different samples before putting on the permanent stain. Rodney was our estimate guy, he was prompt and professional. He recommended our carpet that we have on our stairs and I absolutely love the product and color choice. We also got LVP for our basement and upstairs. I will recommend this company, anytime. We also had the privilege to meet one of the owners, James. Everything is high quality, thank you guys!

How can you thank someone for going over and above in every aspect of customer service?As the grandaughter, daughter, wife, & morher of veterans, I try to use veteran owned businesses. HFS was the first company to answer their phone. Rodney went out of his way to fit the floors I needed done into the schedule. Ace and Josh were professional at every step of the process. And, these floors are Beautiful. If I could give them 10 stars, I would!
