We looked at all of the storage facilities in Castle Rock before deciding on Castle Lock. Their prices were the best in the area without the fear of increasing rates like the other corporate owned facilities. They are family owned so the service is exceptional! Mike always went above and beyond to help us coordinate our moves and Kyle was very patient and kind with billing. We’re sad to be leaving the Castle Rock area and can only hope we’ll find another storage facility as great! You won’t be disappointed with the cleanliness and service if you chose to go with Castle Lock storage.

Went to most of the others in town and found no people on site at many of them. Had to call them to even sign up. Every time i have been to castle lock storage there was someone there. Nice to know in case you ever had questions. Some places had prices with other charges added on, not here. This place is spotless and the staff is the friendliest i have ever seen. They do business as if we still lived in a small town. Helped me find the right size unit and didnt try to upsell me like some of the others. Easily the best storage place in town.

Kyle and his team are absolutely amazing. You will not find better customer service anywhere. The day we moved into our unit, Kyle brought me cleaning supplies because I forgot my own and wanted to wipe down the shelving unit we planned to use. When I moved out he was so kind and generous as well. Access to the area was always very easy, the units are cleaner than youd ever expect from a self storage facility and the prices are extremely reasonable. Plus, as an added bonus, you can get a great history lesson from Kyle and learn more about Castle Rock and the surrounding area! Amazing business that is locally owned and operated!

Castle Lock Self Storage - Kyle, the manager who runs this establishment, is very professional. The facilitys security is top-notch and the facility is practically brand new. The unit was spotless and we were very pleased by the condition. Additionally, they offer a truck to use when moving in for only .99 per mile with no other charges associated with the use of the truck! Great customer service. Would highly recommend this business.

The property is well laid out and is easy to navigate and the driveway area is extremely accessible, especially if you have a larger vehicle. The units are well made, clean, and the ceiling height is high, so there is a good use of space. Everyone I encountered, with Castle Lock Storage, was knowledgeable and friendly. The owners of Castle Lock Storage are terrific! They are very professional, courteous, and worked with me to accommodate a unique situation. Kyle, the young man who runs the business is friendly, helpful and good to his customers. The facility is clean, well secured and has a super high tech video system covering and recording every inch of the property. My husband and I needed a temporary storage unit while transitioning between homes. We shopped around and this is by far the nicest and affordable storage facility we came across. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We didnt realize the leasing office was closed on New Years Day, but they didnt turn us away. They were very welcoming and showed us all available units. They even offered us use of their moving truck! We were so impressed, we ended up leasing one yesterday! I dont usually write reviews, but the staff took very good care of us and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for storage in the Castle Rock area.

They have the best customer of any storage facility in the state. I have rented from more than 5 companies over the past 10 years, and was always treated as a number with dollar signs. Kyle, Mike and everyone else has always gone out of their way to make me feel welcome and make sure my storage needs are met!! And at times has even asked if I needed help!! This is the only company in Castle Rock, or any where else, that will NEVER periodically increase rent. At times they offer new move in promotions, but after that the end flat rate will stay the same as the day you move in!!! No other place can promise that, and keep it!If you are looking for a storage facility you can count on for price, cleanliness, and customer service, this is it!!!

Clean, reasonable, great location. Dont do month to month by date. They will prorate the first month, then you have to pay for a full month after that. (E.g. Cant do August 12-Sept 12. You will be prorated August 12-31, then you have to pay for the entire month of September, even if youre out on the 12th.). That was the only drawback. Otherwise, great place!

For many people who may be reading this post you may already know that Castle Rock has a storage problem. All of the local facilities are full and do not have room to take on new folks. I have had to store everything in Littleton, which was a pain when my family needed to quickly grab something. I recently drove by the Castle Lock Self Storage (which is new) and walked up to the counter to inquire on their availability. Simply put - They were AWSOME. The front office manager (Kyle I believe...?) was super friendly and gave me a tour of the available units on the site. They were huge and a much better price than what I was paying for my unit in Littleton off of Santa Fe. Because they just opened up they had many units to choose from, and best of all - THEY ARE NEW AND CLEAN! There was absolutely no cleaning or sweeping that needed to be done. I immediatly reserved my unit. When I was unloading my stuff I was offered help, which also nice.
