The manager was super awesome and friendly. His customer service was what you would wish at most places. Explained everything to me in an orderly fashion since its my first time using a storage unit. Definitely will use them again in the future if I have too again. Hes the one with the dope tats lol 👍👍

Easy renting process, and the unit was very clean and ready to go. Brian was super helpful, and I was able to get the 26’ moving truck in and out without issue.

Not much to say, its a storage. Employee on site when I leased the storage was quite helpful. Some items they sell seem a bit pricey however and after I started leasing I found cheaper storage closer to where I was moving to, but thats my fault for not doing proper research. None of that seemed significant enough to give less than 5 stars though.

These guys actually try & go above & beyond. If you see a unit that will work for your situation, dont even consider any where else, just go rent! the consumer service & helpfulness is worth any trade off you have.

This place has excellent customer service. I made a mistake and accidentally rented two units. I thought for sure I was going to have difficulty getting out of it. But Tyler at the Castle Rock location helped me out immediately. Got me a full refund on the unit I did not want. Very very very happy with the way they handled the situation. Good guys.

Found this storage facility online, placed a reservation and received a phone call to confirm within an hour! I spoke with Randy and he worked with me to select a unit, they offer a totally online purchasing option but i requested to look at the units first and he was very accommodating. When I showed up later that evening, they were very professional and even gave me a nice tour to see multiple units. I was very impressed with how clean the environment was, its obvious that they take great pride in their facility. Im very happy to begin a lasting rental relationship with this facility!

We love this Extra Space location! The manager Brian is very kind and helpful! And so is Jena! When we were moving into our space Brian was so sweet, he checked on us and brought us water!! MIKE....hes a funny guy :) I thought he was this Bryan all the reviews raved about and he never told me otherwise, until my husband figured it out!Originally I called the number on the web site, and the rep Josh actually locked us in for the Unit we wanted, and the Web Price over the phone. We took a trip an hour later to the property and Mike already had our info on hand and took us on a quick tour! The visit was pretty quick, and regardless of your question, everythings doable or theyll help you figure things out.From what we saw, the property as a whole is really clean, lots of security cameras, the units are easy access (drive up), and really affordable compared to a few other local places I checked out. Were so happy we chose Extra Storage...were more excited than normal people should be about finally getting a storage space. lol :)

The moment I walked into the office, Bryan welcomed me with one of the friendliest hellos and smiles. He showed me my unit before we went over details to make sure it was the perfect fit. Theres security cameras and its in close proximity to the police station. He was very informative and just makes you comfortable storing your belongings with them!
