Great customer service. J.J. manages the office well and Aspen is always on top of things and goes above and beyond to make sure I have what I need. They get swamped but they are always attentive and will help you as soon as they can.

Ive been using this store for my business for years. Im not sure what the deal is with their service lately, but they seem to be on break every time I go in. I went in today to drop off a package with a prepaid shipping label. There were three people in line and only one of the three workers were working. The other two employees were standing behind the counter staring off into space. When I asked one of them for a shipping pouch, the guy looked at me and said he guessed so and got me a pouch. He then proceeded to continue staring off into space. I dont have time for that kind of nonsense. Do your jobs!

I’ve been coming to this store since it opened and JJ the manager and his team are wonderful. They always welcome you like your family and try to find the best solution for needs. Small business owner and supposed to get my package two days ago. The delivery date has been changed twice and now there is no delivery date. The website does not give a ETA of delivery and I keep calling with no progress.The lack of information about when my package will be delivered is beyond my understanding... customer service has no clue and the facility that it is in is not answering the phone so I can get a proper delivery ETA or if I can go pick it up. This is stopping my business from moving forward. Unacceptable!

I called the store tonight at 7:20 with an urgent project that needed to be done tonight. Luckily, I Chris was on duty and was able to get me. After a competitor (cough...Office Depot), couldnt get the project done with over 24 hours notice, Chris and FedEx was able to get it done 35 minutes after I walked in the door. Great service and a great product. I will use them every time for here on out. Thanks Chris!

I went here to print baby shower invitations & when I got home I realized I had forgotten to edit some wording, I fixed it & went back with the new download. They were sympathetic to the hassle and reprinted for free which was not expected as the problem was my fault. Great staff, exceeded my expectations & the invites printed beautifully

An employee advised me that it would definitely be much cheaper to ship through USPS then their establishment.3 hours later after making the package suitable to send through USPS I found out this information was totally incorrect. In fact, FedEx was $60 cheaper than USPS. I Spent extra time and money on wrapping when I could have been done in 10 minutes at Fed Ex.They were also sure to make me wait in line again (20 minutes) at Fed Ex after I had already waited in line and was given bad information. They tore off the brown wrapping paper since I no longer needed it because it was originally to conver up the Fed Ex logo so I could send through USPS.No apologies and not even a thank you for doing business, in fact JJ acted annoyed with me. As noted by another reviewer, JJ lacks any kind of customer service and acts as if you are the one inconveniencing him. The person that originally gave me the information wouldnt even look at me or make any contact with me.With FedEx failing to meet their deadlines and terrible customer service there is every reason in the world to take your business to UPS.The employees here need to know what they are are talking about before they give customers bad information, inevitably costing them time and money. Also, learn how to treat customers. In this case 3 hours of wasted time and extra money.

3 employees, myself and one other customer in the store. Female was assisting delivery driver. I asked for help twice, once was ignored, the second time I was told that hed be with me in a moment, waited for 10 minutes while male employees emptied a Fed ex truck while I am paying for work station time. I had no reason to buy my own printer because I was so happy with the services provided, but Im on my way to buy a printer. Never go there again.

Staff are nice but the fedex service is getting worse and worse. Customer support doesnt care. they cant make deadlines. you pay for a certain time-frame of shipping and will only sometimes actually make the deadline, their delivery drivers will straight up lie about delivery attempts. Avoid if you can. Never buying fedex again after this.

The store itself was nice and the employees were kind, helpful and great.I would absolutely use this store for my business needs OTHER THAN SHIPPING!FedEX Corporate LOST my package and they did not care. Their customer service, claims, and over all process were TERRIBLE!I am SO DISAPPOINTED in their management of the situation and how they have treated both me as the shipper, and my customer.I will NEVER use FedEX again for shipping anything.

Alberto gave excellent customer service! Took care of me beyond expected. Reminded me what to take pictures of (tracking label, return papers, ect...), showed me inside the protective box to ease my worries on shipping my expensive laptop. Thanks! Will be back for more business.

This store is rude. I am not a complainer but these folks had a bad attitude and would not ship a box because it had a small tear that could be tapped over. The lady told me I had have them re package it if I wanted to ship from their location. My box was in good shape they just wanted to force people in to buy new packaging. They were not even trying to be pleasant about it.

I had the WORST customer service here today, and Ive found out from family members that this is a trend. I went in for a very simple copy job but needed help with some of the settings because the copier wasnt sensing the size of my document correctly. I asked for help from the young woman at the front, who gave a nod, and an ok, but I saw she was busy with another job so I waited a few minutes. Well, this job took over ten minutes, and still no one came to help me, so I went to stand in line. The woman at the counter was still engaged on her computer, trying to get a print job to go through. She didnt acknowledge that I was still waiting - not a word to me or to the man who came in and stood and line behind me. I asked another FedEx worker for help, but since he was a delivery person, I got the response, ooh, you know, I wouldnt know about that. I proceeded to wait for several more minutes in line, with not a word from the woman at the counter. I finally took my document and left. Will NOT be returning here.

Worst customer service Ive ever experienced.If I could give zero stars I would. After waiting in line for 10 minutes the lady working the register at the package center looked at me, told the man working the copy center that she had other things to do and then she left me and the 5 customers behind me standing there. The man working the copy center proceeded to complain about the lady not putting labels on the packages as she printed them, saying he would have to measure every f@&$ing box to find the f@&$ing label that corresponded with it. After taking care of all of those packages, he scanned all of the prepaid packages people had dropped off in the meantime. After waiting for him to take care of everything else he finally acknowledged the line of customers who had lined up. I was simply picking up a box, which he said he couldnt find. I explained that it was a package with the same company name on the side as the box that was right in front of him. He then told me but youre not Meagan. Or Sheila. Or Catherine! until he accidentally stumbled across a box with my name on it and said oh. There you are. After spending 20+ minutes standing in line, being ignored once I got to the front of the line, listening to people curse at their coworker, and watching him look past my box multiple times until he got nasty with me I just wanted to get out of there! I will never, ever step foot in this fedex store again. In fact, I canceled my wine subscription the minute I got home so that I would never have to.
