Literally in here almost daily and the old guy is lacking personality and customer service EVERY SINGLE TIME. Just brought a massive box in to return to Amazon and they wanted to charge me to tape the box shut. And I realize tape costs money, it was the rudeness and fact the man was holding the tape right there.Absolutely no customer service, I will go out of my way to a business who appreciates my patronage.

Great store all the employees were super helpful. They made the procces quick and easy.

Use this store all the time, always friendly, going above and beyond. They have USPS package service as well which is a big help since post office is further away and much less convenient.

My husband and I moved to CO from CA and get a P.O. Box for business purposes. It was surprisingly about $100 more than CA for one year. Very pricey in my opinion but we paid for business needs. Unfortunately we are moving states again within 5 months and we tried to see if there was a way to transfer our box to another franchise in the state we are moving to or if we could be reimbursed for the rest of the year since we paid for a full year. This UPS store was not helpful at all or willing to reimburse us. I understand they are all individually franchised but from a corporate standpoint you’d think transferring would be an option to keep long term customers, or at least this store could have reimbursed us the rest of the 7 months we won’t need the P.O. Box. It’s disappointing. Overall the people at this UPS are nice, but I think they are overpriced and not very flexible.

Whoever worked around noon today deserves a raise. He was friendly, efficient and all around the face I’d like to see run my company.

Todd is absolutely amazing! The staff are very nice and understanding as well. If you ship through them the tape is free. Only the prepaid shipments cost a dollar to tape and its for the safety of the shipment. I will definitely be using this store to do my shipping!

Went this morning with an Amazon return. The owner was at the counter and in a very foul mood. For some reason he had no time to help a potentially long term customer with his return. It actually surprised me especially because on the south end of Douglas county their are 3 UPS stores available. I guess being civil is no longer in style. Go figure...

If you need to ship UPS, this is the place to go!!! I love how they handle you here and how fair and nice they can be. Always willing to help you figure out what you need...GO HERE!

I used to drive to the South location to drop off my amazon boxes. Today I realized there was one much closer to my house. (This ocodtion) Went there today but apparently they don’t allow you to use their tape. The south location never had an issue with this, which made my life so much easier. Poor customer service from the ownership. I’ll drive the extra 2 miles for nicer staff and more accommodating customer service. Oh, and free tape.

Ive had a box at this store for a while. They are pretty good actually. A bit pricey though.

$1 to print a label. The boy at the counter stood there and watched as I struggled to get a large box in and out of the door, dropping it on my way out (I’d rather drive to the other UPS than hand them a dollar for a label. It’s stingy and frankly I’d love to see this location fail for it). Not entirely sure the boy working to counter is even old enough to do so. Depressingly dark inside too. Seriously the pits, avoid this one.

I have used this location over several years for receiving packages and mail for my business. The whole team is very knowledgeable and helpful. The package notification via text is has really helped which usually saves me time and fuel as Im usually out and about and I can just drop in to pick up my packages on my way out or back to town. Great job guys!

I think the owner must be some sort of a tightwad. $1 to put a strip of tape on a package with a prepaid label from Amazon? You have to be kidding me. I have dealt with multiple stores and this is by far the cheapest most horribly ran store. Its very sad that an individual owner can give such a great service a bad name. Stay far away from the store!

Please train your employees so theyre able to do online print jobs in a timely manner as well as print them in the format requested in the online order.

I gotta say $1 to print off a free return label is ridiculous. I’m on vacation, the manufacturer gave me a free label to ship a repare to them and what should be a “what great customer service” conversation has turned into me feeling ripped off. This is why I hate using ups.

Todd, the owner, and all his staff are awesome to work with. They always greet me with a smile and ask how they can help me. Its not the closest store to my house, but Im glad I do business here.

SCAMMED lol! So a b&w print is .13¢ or so. I get a label printed out (one b&w print) and it’s $1.00 now?! “because it’s a label” ...ya which is one .13¢ b&w print. last time I go there. Office Depot did it for free last time.GREEDY OWNER IS GREEDY!!
