Lauren at the Cedar Hill Supercenter location was very understanding, knowledgeable, and super duper easy going and funny. She helped me and my husband find a great mattress that will hopefully be the answer to all of our sleeping issues. AND, she told us about all of the great deals and payment options that were available. We left the store very satisfied with our purchase. Eric ( Marine Vet) was amazing. Super helpful. We told him our budget and he went above and beyond to accommodate us and find us the perfect mattress. We had our 3 year old with us and he had missed his nap, so any parent will know what thats like. Eric handled it like a champ and even help us calm him down. Buck at the clearance center in Cedar Hill is awesome. No high pressure sales. I told him what I wanted and he was most accommodating. I even came back the same day with my sister. Service at the store was excellent. Remon was really helpful and answered all of our questions and request. The store delivered the items timely the next day. The delivery employees did a great job and had everything set up really fast. The mattress and adjustable base were in excellent condition with NO scratch or dents and working appropriately. Im not a mattress shopping fan but this was a great buying experience.

I was able to get a very good name brand mattress for an excellent price.

On April 28, 2018, my son and I went to this location to find a full size mattress for his bed. Soon as we walked in, Dustin Sims greeted both of us with a warm smile and a strong grip handshake. He showed my son and I several full size mattresses, allowed my son to try them out by laying on them, and answered all of our questions. Unfortunately due to my careless mistake of not checking my sons old mattress size before buying a new one, I bought and had the wrong size mattress delivered to my home. My son needed a queen size mattress and not a full size mattress. I called Dustin and told him about the situation. He promised me he would contact me on the next day because he could not do anything on his end because I had already accepted the mattress time it was delivered. He kept his word and called me the next day on April 29th, 2018 time the store opened and not only was he able to get me the right size mattress which was a queen, but he was also able to get it for me at the same price I paid for the full size mattress with no extra delivery cost. I will receive the new mattress on today. I highly recommend Dustin Sims when you come into this location to purchase a mattress. He is an awesome sales person and he will take care of you.

I went into the store on a Friday without thousands of dollars to spend, although I really needed a new mattress and box spring. My salesmen greeted me with a welcoming smile. I told him exactly what I needed and what price range I needed to stay in. He immediately showed me my options, took my payment, and set up my delivery date and time in less than 30 mins. I did not expect to get that over with so fast but Im extremely happy I did. To be honest, I expected they would try to force me into spending more and buying a mattress I just couldnt afford, like other places did. Its such a relief to be able to go in, state what I want and need, and actually get what I ask for. The customer service here was outstanding and I will definitely tell any and everyone I know about my experience. Oh, I cant forget about the delivery guys who were also professional and polite. They called before they came and once they arrived they got straight to work. Love it!

This location is terrible. They had me swipe my card before they would let me see the box spring set and there was a huge gash in one of them. I requested one without the gash and the salesperson said that since it was already purchased that there was nothing they could do. Luckily I have a buddy working at a different location who was able to inform the salesperson how to fix it. Their attitude was terrible.
