First and foremost, Kelly was absolutely great! She was very attentive to our family and very knowledgeable on all the sleep number beds. It didnt even feel like she was selling us a bed. Honestly, it felt like she was just guiding us to the best bed for our family. She even played with our son while my husband and I were discussing options. She always used our names throughout the entire process and overall, she really was just amazing and personable. Secondly, the store is very well put and clean. After we were done laying on a bed, they would clean the beds and kept it very sanitary and organized. I definitely recommend this store to anyone who is looking for a sleep number bed.

What a great experience! Trang was very knowledgeable about the products Sleep number offered. There was no pressure to purchase anything. We realized pretty quickly the beds sell themselves! After lying on the beds to figure out which one suits us best my husband and I were so relaxed and sleepy! Can’t wait for delivery of our new bed!!

Kelly was so Amazing! She spent so much time with us finding our perfect bed. She answered all 1 thousand questions we had. She made sure our app was installed for our bed delivery date and made sure we knew how to use everything. I felt at ease and very comfortable with our purchase and now exited to get our new bed! Kelly was amazing. My husband had gone there in search of a new bed. He had told her about my back problems and how I had trouble sleeping. When I had arrived, she addressed me by name upon entering the store. She answered every question. When we got to the store we was welcome. We was early about an hour.but that didn’t make no difference. And start working right away with us. We was trying different beds. It was a very good experience. I every had of buying mattresses. And the sale person camron in cedar hill Texas was the greatest.

From the moment my wife and I entered the store we were warmly greeted by Shanna who was very courtesy and professional. Questions were asked about what brought us in, and when my wife and I express why we were there, immediately our concerns were addressed on pricing and other questions we may have had. From that moment we were shown different models and given the opportunity to try out the different models and what their differences. No pressure to make a sale, time was taken to allow us soak in the experience. Upon completing the purchase and leaving the store, the entire staff told us thank you, and enjoy our new bed. My wife and I were very impressed. I would recommend this store to anyone looking to purchase a sleep number bed.

Sales team will sell it to you. But do not expect any help from customer service after your purchase. Also, be aware that you can only return half of it. You will be stuck with the other half of the bill. They fail to mention this little tidbit of info to you at the store.
