I bought a $800 mattress from sleep experts and a couple days I lost almost everything I owned due to a house fire. I called the store and was told that sleep experts was owned by mattress firm. The guy at the store said there wasn’t anything he could do to help and gave me the customer service for mattress firm. I called and was unable to talk to anyone on the phone. I then reached out to the website of mattress firm to do a live chat. A representative also told me there was nothing they could do to help, not even give me a mattress or a credit to my account. Also reached out to the owner of mattress firm via email but got no response. The only way I was able to get a response was to leave a review on google then someone from sleep experts replied and called back. They would only offer me a small discount on a new $800 mattress. Wow what a joke. WILL NEVER IN MY LIFE REFER OR BUY ANOTHER ITEM FROM SLEEP EXPERTS OR MATTRESS FIRM!

This store was very welcoming; it was nice and clean, the mattress were lined up nicely and the store smelt great. I never thought that there was more to going to sleep besides laying down and closing your eye but Mr. Bullock was awfully patient. I think I was there for about 2 hours laying around on mattreses and taking time to choose my purchase. In the end I put a Blue Mattress and a base in the law-a-way. What a pleasant experience I received from Sylvester. When I came in the store it had a wonderful smell that started my relaxation. When Sylvester started to explain the different types of mattress, I Didn’t know mattress had changed that much over the years. We were not acknowledged at all when we walked in. I understand the two workers were busy with other customers but a simple we will be right with you would have helped. Also by the time we were acknowledged 10 minutes later, another customer walked right in and was acknowledged and helped immediately. I understand things are different now but customer service can still be the same and we definitely did not receive good customer service there. Because of the experience and vibe, they did not receive our business and we went across the street to Matress Firm and made the same purchase that we would have here.

I went in to Sleep Experts today and I was greeted and welcomed in by Sylvester Bullock! He asked me what I was looking for, and after I explained he got to it! He showed me several mattresses along the lines of the what I’d explained I needed and we found the right one! He found the exact mattress I decided I’d liked and found me a great deal on the box spring and delivery was only $99! In less than an hour I was set for my new home!
