There were made 3 people in sephora and that included the sales girl yet I had to stand there for nearly 10 minutes waiting to be let in. The girl finally comes over to let me in and squirts hand saniter on my hand. Didnt ask me, just did it. I always open the tester lip glosses to look at color because I cant trust the color on swatches and was told, u cant open testers or use them! Then why have them out labeled as testers? They were rude and treated me as an inconvenience. Last time I shop there.

They didn’t have any products, the two females that was there wasn’t helpful at all and really didn’t know what she was talking about. Kind of sucks because the main reason I shop at this location was there great customer service.

Today is the second day coming to get the right Fenty makeup, thankfully the worker Andrea was working she was fantastic, she knew my correct color instantly! Hey Sephora/JCPenney make sure you keep her as an employee!Now the day before I went in there were 3 ladies working that were unhelpful I tried colors that were not for me, they seemed to be preoccupied talking about something else rather than helping a paying customer.

Limited selection, they didnt have the product I wanted. The two ladies working there were not helpful at all. They are not doing shade finders bc of covid and they wont let you open any boxes because of covid. Impossible to find your shade, waste of time. I will not be coming back, just go to ulta.

The store itself was okay... light on product ... But they dont tell Men who come and buy gift certificates that they cant be used at Sephora.com or standalone stores... This is especially important in a pandemic and when your store is only half stocked.

Horrible customer service. Also they changed the return policy and no longer offer exchanges on unused unopened products. I used to love them. I will no longer be shopping at any sephora. I just keep having bad experiences. From racism to blantly being rejected from purchases. Its so sad.

Never coming here again!! I came to buy a nude lipstick and found it.. I was also looking to try out different brands of foundation. I opted in for too faced born this way and beccas total coverage or something like that and let the girl know that. She said okay and shed be right back and went to check out somebody. Okay cool. I thought shed come after she was done but nope. She went to go fix the perfume display. She was literally looking for things to do while I was there sitting for over 10 minutes with a bare face waiting to be matched. If she didnt want to match me, she couldve told me. Wouldve saved me a couple of ounces of my own foundation which is pretty expensive! I wasnt there to be cheap and get free foundation.. I wanted to get samples of 2 foundations to try them out with my oily acne prone skin and then buy whichever one I liked best! There was three Sephora employees and literally maybe 2-3 customers including myself. Theres no excuse for this. I ended up leaving the lipstick.. very disappointed

Terrible customer service. Lola was of no help the first visit. Initially told her that I had gotten darker due to it being summer. Ended up having to return the product due to it being the wrong color. When I returned it I let the lady know it was the wrong color an I was interested in getting something that match. She just returned my money and didnt help. I just put back all the items I had in my hand and walked out. Lola and the other lady apparently found it all funny. Last time Id ever shop there.

Best customer service experience. I usually shop at Ulta but lately their customer service has been lacking. Ill be shopping here more often. Lola helped me find the perfect eye shadow pallette and even helped me try it out before I bought it. Cant put a price on that! She went out of her way to help me out and I sincerely appreciate it!

This place is an embarrassment to Sephora. I was there about 5 p.m. and it seemed like mostly just store employees putting makeup on themselves and their friends. A majority of the testers are missing or gross, lots of the stock has been opened and used! Its awful. I asked one of the clerks if they had a Drybar product I stopped to pickup and she just said I dont know and went back to her conversation with another clerk polishing her nails. Never this store ever again!

Why is there always only 1 girl working the entire sephora? Im so tired of always seeing a lone employee run ragged trying to tend to customers and phone calls stop trying to save a nickel and hire more workers also u cant return items that you dont sell at that location that location sells close to almost nothing! And i cant use my sephora giftcard on the sephora website? Complete bs ..Either this is a sephora and they return all sephora items or not this is the last time I shop at this location get it together jcpenny.
