Went to go get a flu shot and never received it because the guy whos supposed to give the shots is horrible and likes to waste other peoples time. They are really slow moving here. The pharmacy I worked for was fast paced and efficient.
Been waiting almost 20 minutes for curbside order..if the employees are too busy to run out a small order why even offer the service Walgreens? I shouldn’t be wasting my gas waiting outside this long not shopping here again
I arrived at this location at 8:57pm in the drive-through to pick up my daughters inhaler. A car was in front of me so once the car pulled off it was 906pm. Got to the window and I was told by a Caucasian young lady they were closed. She was rude and disrespectful for no reason just picked up the phone and said we’re close and then hung up. It was an African-American cashier another Caucasian Cashier which looked in my face and walk past the window. I press the call button again and this young lady once again felt the need to be disrespectful again. I asked to speak to her superior the pharmacist came to the window acting as if she didn’t care. She continues to say we close at 9o’clock and I told her once again I was in line at 8:57pm behind another car. And that it was not my fault that the car took forever to get the medication.As I explained to her that I was picking up my daughters inhaler. Which my daughter was in the car with me gasping for air. I went into the store to talk to a manager which I was told to come back the following day. The four employees and pharmacy tech were horrible and not professional. When a customer comes to the window on time we should get service. This location is so unprofessional. So now I’m in the ICU with my child because we did not get an inhaler. Which I had to call 911 at the Shell gas station across the street because my child did not get her inhaler. What type of business is this . People are so concerned about getting up at the exact time. You were hired to do a job not to do a half of a job .
Did a curbside pick up, but once got there i was told that i needed to get down to show DL, becouse of cough syrup purchase.(whats the point of having curbside pick-up if you have to go inside the store) i told them if they could just calcel that 1 item, but they said no. so i just cacelled the whole transaction. what a waist of time
I work at a Dr office, tried to call this pharmacy to discuss a patients prescription, the phone rings and rings but they did not pick up for over 10 minutes.
I dont know what it is about this location but the employees must hate their job. The customer service skills at this location is at an all time low. If I could give this location a -0 I really would.

We went to get a COVID-19 shot and lady pharmacist was rude and rough in giving the shot, she then took the temperature after the shot. Not a pleasant experience.
I moved to Cedar hill in 03/21... had an issue with the pharmacy and still do. This is the slowest pharmacy for this to be such a small town and Paul the pharmacist is holding my pain pills. Their website is so full of flaws. I went through and ordered a RX that showed to be do. I mistakenly ordered one and simply disposed of it. Paul the pharmacist is treating me like a drug user who gets drug tested by their dr who sent the script in. he wants her to call again to tell him she sent the script in when it was done electronically. The MA has been calling all day and and I know she is not lying. When I Call they let it ring as long as possible and then pick it up and put it right back on hold without saying anything. Store manager or something needs to step up or be replaced.
Pharmacy used to be tolerable but in the last few months it has gotten progressively slower. You will wait at least 45 minutes for your medication, even in the drive-thru.Also, the inside of the store is very dirty and makes me feel like Im in a low income city. I just went to pick up photos when it first opened. So there was no reason for it not to be cleaned. Seems like its gone downhill in the last 4 years of me coming here.
Did a curbside pickup. Took 15 to 20 minutes. Waited 5 minutes outside. Nothing. Called inside. On hold for 5 minutes while she looked for it. Came back on the phone saying she cant find it and it was put back. I ordered 24 hours ago. Put on hold again. By now, I had to go inside while still on hold. She then says I found it as I walk inside the store and she will bring it out. I looked at her and said I am here. Would have been quicker to buy inside the store and check out. Wont do this again. Very inefficient.
Needs major attention from corporate. Both inside and outside pharmacy lines wrapped around the store. No sense of urgency from the employees. Same pace as if there was only one customer. Elderly and sick people standing in line for over a 45 minutes. A man behind me had just waited in the line outside for an hour only to be given ANOTHER PATIENT’S medication. WOW! He came back in to exchange it. And had to wait in the line AGAIN. Incredible. Horrible customer service bad management. I will be moving all of my family’s prescriptions.
I’ll be honest, some customers are just plain rude, and the employees already have enough to deal with, with all of you making a fuss. I received good service. People here were nice and welcoming. You guys need to relax.
I just wanted to take the time and recognize these amazing ladies and the pharmacy department! Especially Ms Karen &Kimbree these ladies put so much time and effort into their jobs, always see a smile on their faces when I get my medications,and not to mention I love how the pharmacy department goes above and beyond to get patients their prescriptions. Always answering my questions and concerns. Good jobs &very much appropriate them for their hard work and efforts. Would not want to transfer my medications to another location for this kind of amazing customer service (:
This has got to be the least or most poor managed pharmacy in cedar hill. Its been a week since theyve supposedly ordered more of my meds and every time Ive called the their pharmacy for updates on my meds, they always give me a different answer. Ins lady wouldnt even answer my question. She kept beating around the Bush and had t hff e nerve to hang up on me.....
Theyve come through with delivering prescriptions fine in the past, but its nearly impossible to get a pharmacist to answer the phone. Many times, the pharmacy number just rings and rings and rings
This location does a great job at maintaining good customer service. Im always greeted when I come in and the cashier always ensures that I get my savings through the rewards program. I always come here when i need to get medicine, and they have great prices. Their store brand items actually are of good quality as well. I usually find a great deal on their batteries as well. The Walgreens batteries last just as long as the Duracell. Great place to stop and grab a few items that you need.

This is an Awesome store a location. The staff at this Walgreens is very helpful and knowledgeable about the products and the entire structure of the store. The young African American lady in the photo area is very nice and is always helpful to all customers. Just the other day, there was a long line at the front register and the lady in the photo lab made an announcement to take customers at her register. Customers were then divided and walked out with a smile. The cashier in the photo lab greeted each customer with a smile and wished them best for the rest of their day.
Rude fat Mexican lady working the register and stocking seriously needs to learn some manners, its not my fault you hate your life take that bad energy somewhere else. The 2 stars are for the employees there that are nice and helpful especially the guy in the photo area. Overall its an ok Walgreens u just have to ignore the ones that were raised with no home training.

Visited this location recently and the pharmacy staff is beyond horrible!!! Immediately I approached the counter being the only customer in line PERIOD the cashier and drive thru sales associates didnt even greet me or look my way, one being less than 3 ft from me. He stayed talking.on the.phone and looking at the screen. The pharmacy manager than walked by and I was able to flag him down and told him I had a quick question for an item I was looking for..he came from behind the counter and walked me to the item. Nice for doing that but when I.was talking to him he ignored me the entire time. I would never purchase or fill prescriptions here..you cannot ignore someone if theyre not there lol.
The employees are more interested in what each other has to say rather than what customers have to say. The employees are not really rude, they are just really dumb and lost. You can ask a question and they just look at you like a deer in head lights. This scares me because they are dispensing life saving medications. I am looking for a new pharmacy.
This is the most pathetic excuse for a pharmacy that ever existed. They dont appreciate the customers . The management sucks. GET MORE STAFF. I assure you waiting in line 30 minutes to pickup a prescription isnt acceptable yet they have no problem with it. over and over and over again. Will never have another prescription ever sent to this place again

They spent a lot of time helping me with COBRA delays. I called several times and they would check my insurance to see if it was finally turned on. I thought this was nice of them because they are always busy. I get the impression that Walgreens never hires enough staff for their pharmacies. Shame on Walgreens in general because I believe that department is a cash cow. But perhaps its a lack of qualified applicants. Long training for pharm techs and pharmacists.
Online they advertise pharmacy hours as 7am - 12 midnight. Yet they close at 6pm. Very disappointing, when I have to take my medicine each night at 9pm. Walgreens should have correct information on their website!
Not good pharmacist. They make you wait until the 29th day to pick up refills on medication. It doesnt matter to them that you may have to get it on the 28th day due to personal schedule. I will not use any Walgreens again. Ill use the locally owned pharmacy.Then on weekends they open late and close early.The staff doesnt seem to care if they retain their customers or not. One clerk smarted off to me when I told her Ill find another pharmacy in the future.
Friendly staff, very helpful if you need some last minute cold medicine for sick kids. Great selection of drinks too.

I agree that the pharmacy is not well staffed. I had to fight to get an rx using GoodRX. They told me it was close to $80 but GoodRX listed it about $20.00. I think this is a problem all over too that you have to fight for your rights as a patient. Sad.
Meds not ready even though the dr. Sent rx 24hours earlier. Customer service clerk not polite. Rx should be on auto refill but I have to call every 30 days and miss taking my meds because it takes 2 additional days to fill.
Worst pharmacy ever! Don’t even waste your time getting a prescription!!
