The team at Service One was very helpful. I had to replace the headlamps on my mother-in-laws Lexus. Thought I would save the money and get the parts from Amazon at a fraction of the cost.When I tried to replace the headlamps myself it turned out to be a little more challenging than I thought with the tight spaces under the hood.I brought the car by and the team at Service One changed the bulbs for me at no cost. Even though I was willing to pay. Was pleasantly surprised and they were very kind and professional about the whole experience. Wanted to leave them a good review. Thanks Service One!

I am usually extra cautious on reviewing Automotive shops, as its hard to judge from just one experience. However, this shop is amazing!They did amazing job on fixing my high performance brakes, changing rotors, pads and balancing my car. High performance brakes are complicated unlike regular ones. Also, the place is clean with a comfy waiting area, they even offered me a loaner.And if you decided to drop and pick up later, you can call them back any time and they will promptly update you on the status of your repair with full transparency.Highly recommend!

You guys got me and my pitstop for all future repair and maintenances.You can imagine when a repair person says that you changed your brake oil at 30k miles as per CARFAX and hence you don’t even worry about. Guys were extremely friendly and accommodating. Waiting room is nice and comfy with complimentary drinks. They even have an old style arcade game. I was in and out in just a few min for a state inspection.

I went to this place for oil change Friday evening as it has good reviews and is closeby. I was suggested to do a bunch of maintenance items (like few reviews mentioned) of which radiator fluid change was apparently necessary immediately. I trusted them and said ok to it. The next day, my car had a check emissions light. I took it to another mechanic and he showed me how the radiator’s cap wasn’t fully sealed and broken and that resulted in car the fluid leaking and engine overheating and 2 ignition coils going bad. I wish I said no to the radiator flush in the first place. Now, I ended up having to replace 2 ignition coils and a radiator, which turned out to be an expensive affair. If they were changing the radiator fluid, it’s terrible that they damaged the radiator top or didn’t observe it if it was already broken as that’s what they were filling.

Nice lobby, friendly staff, came in for oil change and they take you out and explain all your choices. They are upselling but no pressure.

LOVE THIS PLACE!!! This is such an great business! The moment you walk in someone welcomes you EVERY SINGLE TIME. The waiting room is ultra clean with current magazines and TV. The employees are super polite, extremely thorough and very honest with solutions for your car problems. The prices are very fair and always a great value for the service you get from this place!! Weve been taking our cars here for years and there are always familiar faces - Ethan has been there from the beginning and always has a smile and so great to work with!!!

The guys here are phenomenal! The waiting area is clean and everyone here is super friendly. I came in for an inspection and much needed oil change. Mechanic took a look and suggested a transmission flush... Y’all, my car runs soooo much smoother. I am in AWE. I will most definitely make this my new shop. I feel very safe and confident bringing my vehicle here from now on.

Pleasantly surprised. These guys were great! They met me as I parked my car in the lot, walked me in and attended to me immediately. They were friendly, the shop was clean, they noted other things that I could take care of, but NO high pressure sales. Nice clean waiting area with wifi that I was able to get some work done in while I waited and I was out in no time. I even heard them offer another lady a loaner car once they realized her vehicle was going to need more work. Nice touch.I dont generally walk into a new shop with high expectations. Just call me a skeptic I guess. Ill be back!

This place focuses more on up selling than whatever the service they are providing.

Went in there to change spark plugs & wires of my 2006 Honda Odyssey, as my regular mechanic was closed & they show as 5 star service. After getting the job completed which was at least a $100 higher on the bill. The next day we had a check engine light with misfire in Cylinder 5 code. Went to Honda service & they fixed it saying the spark plugs were not installed properly. I would say extremely poor service. This is the simplest of jobs at an auto mechanic. Super expensive & a ripoff. Would not go there in future.In addition no one ever reached out to me as mentioned on your review. Honda did not find any problem with leaking valve cover tube seals. They only said the spark plugs were not installed properly.

Efficient, personal, and always knowledgeable with all our vehicles. Been going here since it opened and have never been dissapointed or felt overpriced. My definite go to place for all our autos.

Great and professional experience with these guys

Last time i took my vehicle for an oil change it was chaotic at the place. After 45 minutes i was told on the phone that car was ready and then when i went to get it, they had trouble finding my vehicle and they hadnt even worked on the vehicle. No apologies were made. I do not recommend this place. Bad service.

Going in for a simple oil change? Get ready for these guys to put on a whole song and dance to upsell the customer. I watched these guys do this to every walk-in customer. For me, they recommended $1,000 worth of extra service: transmission flush, brake flush, fuel injection. I went to my usual mechanic for a second opinion and guess what? None of it was needed. Watch out for these guys. I also watched them pull this on a woman regarding her brakes. She had only gone in for an inspection, and they came out and told her she better not leave on those brakes. She said not today, but they were super persistent, pulling out all the fear tactics.

We return here, year after year, for our state inspection. The staff is always so helpful and efficient.

Came in here after reading the great reviews thinking there was finally a shop I could trust to not up-sell me parts/services I don’t need. I received the exact opposite of what I expected.Check engine light was on and I needed my inspection done so I brought it in for a diagnosis. Mechanics billed me nearly $2,000 in estimated repairs. They told me what was “wrong” and I took the car to another mechanic for a second opinion.Turns out there was 1 issue with the thermostat causing my engine light to turn on, not the 4-5 things which ServiceOne tried to sell to me. I ended up spending only $300 instead of $2000 to relieve my worries and get my car back on the road with confidence.I’m not saying they do this to everyone - this is just my experience with this specific branch. I’m sure they are nice people, but I’m sad they weren’t honest with my car and I definitely will not be coming back.

Very fast and friendly service! Noah is awesome, he was honest with me about what I need and what I didnt need. I came in for oil change, tire rotation and inspection. He let me know that my tires were wearing evenly so rotating my tires wasnt necessary. Ive never had a car service company want to save me money. I cannot say enough good things about service one in cedar park! They are absolutely the best around. The guys are friendly, straight-forward, and dont try to talk you into things that you dont need. They take the time to explain the issues and why they are recommending the work that needs to be done. My family went through some tough times, and they were able to work around our budget and our fast time line to get our car back on the road. Their general manager is the most understanding and genuine guy I have met in the automotive industry. And their waiting room is comfortable and nice as well. This place was fast, the help was very friendly. There was free coffee and water very comfortable to sit and wait although the wait was not long at all to get my car inspected. I will definitely go there for all of my work from now on. They not only inspect your car they also do mechanical work on vehicles! Good to know and there are several either 5 or 7 mechanics specifically for inspection!

I had my oil changed a few times here. One time they put wipers on for me and during a pouring rain turned the wipers on and they stuck. Couldnt see a thing. They had put the wrong size wiper on. They replaced them not charge. Last time I went in for an oil change they told me my tires in the front were at only 15% and that I should replace them for $250. I took the car elsewhere and was told they look fine. Service one never even took the wheel off to inspect them. Do not recommend. More interested in swindling you than taking care of you. Last time going there.

Good place. Have been taking vehicles here for a couple of years now and always feel good about it. They try to work with you if there is an issue. Always feel like they are honest and straight forward with me. Feel like they treat people fairly because they know that’s how to get repeat business and referrals. Of course they always point out maintenance that is due (as everyone does) but no hard selling. Good group of guys. I have talked to and see the same people time after time so they don’t seem to have high employee turnover.

Straightforward and solid business. They will make service recommendations but will not pressure you to take them. Very reliable and dependable and they stand behind their work.This is a business whose job is to make money. If you want to do the bare minimum to keep your car running, then go ahead and do that, but dont take it personally if they try to upsell you.

Just did the state inspection at this store. It only took me 10 minutes from the time I arrived to the time I left, which is the fastest service Ive ever got. In addtion, they didnt up sell any unneccessary service. I know it because I maintain the vehicles myself. What I need is just a state inspection, which is what they really offer.Id recommend this store to anyone else.

Wow. As soon as I explained that I couldnt spend a $95 diagnostic fee only to find out that repair might be way more expensive, they stopped talking to me and just went dead silent on the phone. Eventually hung up when I asked if they were on mute. I will say that the conversation started out well, it just ended exceptionally poorly.

We used to get our oil changes at Jiffy Lube, and now we do business with Service One. They are honest, professional, and dont try to upsell you on ever visit. I would recommend checking them out, if you are in limbo on where to take your car.

This Shop has the best service ever!!! The only place I trust to service my cars. Now my cars are cleaned up, and for about half the price from what I anticipated. I have been to a few service shops in the area, and was disappointed 100% as they prided themselves as great service centers creating a negative memorable experience.I will always come to this team as I have for the past few years. I just had my vans oil changed here and the service and attention they give to you and your vehicle is phenomenal. It may not be the cheapest place in town but I wouldnt take my van anywhere else.

Let me start with - I live in GEORGETOWN. I literally pass other car places on my way to ServiceONE. I could probably just leave my review at that, but Ill say a bit more. This place is fast, clean, and somehow Ethan always seems to be the one to help me and he is The. Best. Hes super nice and informative about what needs to be done to my car. I feel like my experiences at other places is someone telling me a mini unicorn is jumping around my engine, poking holes everywhere, and it might take my whole savings. Not here. Theyre honest and quick! And theyve even UNDONE incorrect work from another place for me! (Thats how they won me over)So, yeah just go here.

Some of the best service I’ve ever had! Ethan and his team are incredibly honest and very thorough in their explanations. When I came in on the weekend, they were really busy but Ethan gave me his card and said to call him on Monday and he’d give me a loner car so that they could take a look at my truck and I wouldn’t be out of a vehicle! He did just as he said! I was able to pick up the loner car on Monday and get my truck back the next day! All of the other positive reviews of ServiceOne are true and as long as I live in Cedar Park, I won’t take my truck anywhere else! I highly HIGHLY recommend ServiceOne!

I went in for an oil change and tire rotation and Ethan and his crew did an amazing job. They recommend a brake flush that I’m sure was needed, andbut declined because I still have an engine warranty on my vehicle AND they said I did not need a tire rotation :)It was the fastest oil change I had as well in under 15 minutes. Beat that Jiffy Lube!Also, the bathroom and waiting area was immaculate!
